Boss here

Hi all I'm Theboss, I'm 19 and from the Netherlands.
I just finished my highschool and preparing for uni next year to study theoretical physics and if I get bored I'll also pick up astrology. xD
My passion is science but I also like technology, the paranormal, coding, writing, doodling in photoshop and flash or on paper and I guess much much more but I don't want to bore you with the whole list.

I'll also be posting some of my stuff here on the forum so you can decide if I am any good in it. Other then that I don't really know what to put here, so I'll just ask for questions.

Niiice. I'm actually trying to puzzle out Photoshop right now...Its complexity is scaring me! Haha. If you do any more Photoshop work, you might want to put it up in the Art & Photography forum. That would be fun to see!

I don't really watch sports, don't play any either (because of exams etc) I used to do Waterpolo, tennis, swimming and Medieval Swordfighting. Want to puck up the last thing again. Also want to give archery a shot.

Dogs win bigtime
4. Favorite writing genre?
Well All i've written sofar is fantasy, but after this I want to write some dystopian thrillers. Maybe a sci-fi novel. I have enough ideas for all of em. Just not sure if my writing skills are sufficient for them xD

Physics, heeheehee. I like nuclear physics myself. I totally brain-dumped everything else, though. (Bad idea. Never brain-dump anything. O.o)

Don't worry about your writing not being up to par. Just get the ideas down, and when you post, you'll get a lot of great critique and help with fixing it. Just do your best and we'll help from there!

So what kind of music are you into?

I'm mainly into folk, Irish stuff like Flogging Moley, The pogues, Gaelic Storm, Gogol Bordello, Fintroll and Korpiklaani. But also into 70/80's disco for eassylistening during writing or doing something that needs my attention.
And not much apart from that, I also like classical but hardly get time to listen to it xD

Nah, just kidding, it's good to see someone else interested in the sciences! I'm a biochemical engineer myself. I am also in the process of getting a bunch of YWSers together so we can build an underwater volcano in the ocean and then come up with hare-brained schemes to defeat James Bond... a theoretical physicist may come in handy there!

Anyway, don't worry about being good enough for YWS... we all need improvement, so it's all good! Glad to see you on.
