"Run!" Lily shouted to her parents. They did as they were told, but grabbed her as well.

I tried to hold the man off. It was easier now that he didn't have a gun. I took a jab at a pressure point, and he fell to the ground.

I touched a finger to my lip. It was bleeding. At that point, I really wished we were in the park. The animals would've been some help.

I looked around for Lily and her parents, and noticed that the figure in the woods had gone. I figured they had gone there, so that's where I ran.

The man was still on the ground. He would be, for a few more minutes. I had to get as far away as I could.

"Sutton!" I heard someone whisper my name just as I had entered the woods. I looked around. It was Lily.

I sighed with relief, then ran to hug her.

"I'm so glad your okay." She said. I was out of breath, so I couldn't reply. I just smiled, and hugged tighter. After that, I shook her parents hands. They still didn't like me, but I think they appreciated me a little more now.

"C'mon." I said. "We need to get out of here."

"Wait." Lily said. Someone came out from behind a tree. "I'd like you to meet Sarah Jade."

It's been a while since anyone's posted.

Sorry I've been busy this weekend, I'll try to post tomorrow.

*Although I've read it I have no clue what is going on with your characters, the parents and whoever the guy is. Maybe you should just meet up with us unless you have some sort of plot plan?

Cole ~

We were all shocked at what we had seen. That girl, whoever she was, had somehow manipulated wind and ruined our prank. Not that it was about the prank, but we had never seen anyone with abilities like ours.

"How did she do that?" Stacey exclaimed while obviously still in shock.

After a short pause Derek said, "Well I wasn't really paying attention to what she was doing as to checking her out. Although I think she must have some sort of control over the wind."

"Leave it to you to check her out, but I think you're right about controlling wind," I say.

Then the boy who had been with that girl came around the rocks. His eyes scan over us, and land on Stacey. I hoped this guy wouldn't try to flirt with her because if he did then...

"Who are you?" Stacey asks breaking the ice.

"Uh, Charles, who are you," the only slightly anxious boy answers without taking his eyes away from Stacey.

That's when I make a coughing noise loud enough to get his attention. I didn't like the way he was looking at my girlfriend. "My name is Derek, and I suggest you leave us alone,"
I tell him.

Just then the girl who controlled the wind came storming around the rock. She stopped next to the Charles boy in dismay after she saw us sitting on the ground.

Charles

"My name is Derek, and I suggest you leave us alone," the boy says.

"That's nice." I say, looking again at Stacey.

"Whats wrong?" Juliet asks, coming up to me.

"Nothing at all." I say.

"Charles?" she demands, I didn't even turn to look at her.

"Yeah?"

"You're kind if staring, you know, at her." she whispers.

"Whatever."

Stacey

I watch the Charles boy stare at me. I can't help but feel flattered, and something more. He was really cute. I can't help but take a glance out of the side of my eyes every minute or two. Suddenly, our eyes meet.

"Stacey!" Cole yells.

"What?" I ask.

"Are you okay?" He asks.

"What do you mean?" I say in complete shock.

"I've called your name like five times." He says, shaking his head. He puts his arm around me, and pulls me next to him. I shrug away from him a little. I notice Charles takes a step towards me.

I almost push Cole's arm off me.

We ran all the way to the park before we stopped. I was completely out of breathe. Animals came to us, and nudged us with their noses. I laughed.

I talked to the animals, and explained our situation. They might know some place we could hide. Lily watched, and giggled, but her parents just stared and gave me looks that said, 'you're crazy!' I didn't care.

After a while of silence, I finally spoke.

"There's a place up the river we can hide." I said. They just nodded, and we all started walking in that direction.

Before long, we came across some people. Something looked odd about a few of them, but I couldn't make it out. Lily was watching them too. That's when we noticed that some of them were wearing the same necklace as me.

We exchanged looks, but didn't say anything. We walked away from her parents and towards the group.
