Hey guys this will be the last prologue before I begin posting the real chapters and I might do it under the novels and chapter work category. So the fans of Knights of Dawn (all three of you) just send me a message or comment if you want me to pm you when chapter 1 comes out so you'll know were to find it. And if you haven't read the previous prologues I would advise you to visit my profile and read them so you won't be too confused.

It wore a long jet-black coat and it's eyes burned red with hate and impatience. It seldom spoke and only in whisper. However this night was different as it met with it's military command, Gor. Gor, was an elite shade that lead the capture of the King's daughter, Sophia. He had also known the creature before the war (if it was possible they could have been called friends). They sat very close on a make-shift table surround by candle light and only they were visible. All around them was darkness. They're location was only known to a handful of people. Most of which were dead.

"Has she spoken?" the creature whispered.
"No my lord she is extremely persistent in keeping her secrets." Gor nervously replied.
"Are reporting to me failure?"
"No!" Gor shot back quickly. "No, simply slow progress my lord. You must understand that we are unable to harm her less she take the information we need to her grave." Gor notice that his explanation did little to calm his master's nerves, and that it's frustration was building. Gor felt that he was close to death if he didn't reassure the creature. He did the unthinkable. "Nefas..." he spoke it's name "...we came here together all those years ago and I want the Item just as much as you do." Gor said simply and softly though he knew he was not to speak the creatures name. "You have recently appointed me as acting commander of your army. I will not fail you in any way, and you know this to be true."
"And you know the punishment for failure. It is the same reason why you are the new military commander. Failure has never been tolerated." Nefas spoke much more loudly now. "Never again will you speak my name, do you understand me Gor?"
"Yes, my lord I understand." Gor was relieved to see his life had been spared.
"Good." Nefas returned to whispering. "And send the King's daughter to me if she does not speak before the week's end."
"It will be done."

With a motion of Nefas' head Gor stood up and began to leave. Just before he walked out he turned to face his master and said: "One last thing, my lord, just before we captured the girl I saw that she had left a note on her bed, yet it was in human writing so I could not read it. I believe it was a name though."
"Thank you Gor you may leave now."

Gor left and it wasn't until many moments later that Nefas spoke once more and in the faintest whisper; "Marcus."

End Prologue.

Hi Way2Dawn
Thanks for the pm.
I like the way that each prologue is about a different person but it can get confusing introducing so many characters to begin with.
I didn't see any mistakes in this part so well done for that.
Can you pm me please when you post the next bit?
