I was going to go with the knife thing being an hallucination when it was first mentioned, but I didn't have enough time to post then and there have been about five posts since then...
Also, please could you refrain from making Taelyn let Tar and Sel have contact with each other? Her aim is to get info by upsetting them at each others pain; why would she let them see each other at no benefit to herself?! She might be softening up but she's still out for herself...
I would really appreciate it if you two would post a tiiiny bit less? Otherwise I don't actually get much of a say in what my character does and I get a bit stressed. Like now.
Could this all be some kind of telepathic dream between the two? I don't feel my character acted naturally so I'm not sure where to go plot-wise.

I think that Aris would see her uncertainty with Talen and such and help increase it. So not single-handedly turning her good, but combined with Talen, Sel and Tar, yes defo.
