I have some really good ideas that I need feedback on but I only signed up to this site yesterday and am not really sure how to navigate my way around. If someone could please tell me how to find my way around and stuff it would be really helpful. Thanks.

The best way you can learn how to find your way around is to explore, really. However, if you don't want to do that... "Read/Write" is basically where you post your somewhat edited drafts for critiques (and also where you can critique other people's work!), groups are special little groups dedicated for one reason or another, and community is where you can just hang out, get writing tips, and otherwise interact in a group setting.

Welcome to YWS. I'm Lava and I'm sure you'll have loads of fun on YWS once you get a hang of it. So, if you want to post something, click on 'Read/Write' on the black bar at the top of the page just below the YWS page header. So once, you get to the new page, pick the genre and start posting. PM me if you need a review. (You can PM a person by clicking on the PM button below their avatar.)
A few questions to get you started. 1. Favourite author? 2. Favourite type of music? 3. Apples or Bananas? 4. Ice cream or chocolate?
So, if you still are unsure about things, PM me. I'd be glad to help you out. Also; do pop into the chat. You'll get to people here. The link's on the front page below the picture that keeps changing.
Hope to see y'around. Cheers!

Damn... I hate it when people succeed in defeating me. I feel shamed. Not shamed enough to stop talking to you though

The second part is so much better, in my opinion, but anyway.

When I have enough time I guess I can look over it. But you know that you're a better writer than me, right?

Thanks there was a poem I wrote last year and I put it in my portfolio but now I can't find the portfolio and I'm really annoyed!
