"Everyone wake up. We will be in Vontaria within the next hour." A loud voice suddenly called.

Groaning, I slowly opened my eyes to see the morning sunlight peering through my room's window. I glanced at the clock that was placed on the wall opposite me. Seven o clock?Seriously? Groaning even louder this time, I sat up.

"Vontaria," I muttered to myself. "What a waste of time."

As I got out of bed, I realised that I was still wearing a pair of jeans and my Babycakes t-shirt. I even still had my high tops on. Wow, I must have really been tired last night. I pulled a fresh top over my head, well I didn't want to look like some scrubber did I?

After changing my top, I observed the room around me. It was rather plain to be honest, there wasn't even a painting hanging on the walls. Not that I really cared. What felt like five minutes later, I heard the voice again.

"We have arrived at Vontaria Academy! He shouted. "Please make sure you have your bags as you leave the train!"

Great, I thought bitterly. That's any hope in being normal ruined.
I didn't know what to put here so I put this.

Blue Meadow:

I stared down at my clothes. They were all pretty much the same. Skinny jeans, knee high boots, and a bunch of strange shirts. With a sigh I slid the purple shirt over my head. It was tight around the body but the long sleeves opened widely. As I slid into my jeans the voice said "We have arrived at Vontaria Academy!" "Crap." I muttered. I threw a pillow at the still sleeping Emily while I pulled on my black boots "Wake up, we're here."

She jumped up and threw some random clothes on. Grabbing my bag I fled out of the room. I hated trains so much, but I didn't even know why. Stumbling out of the train I looked across the water to Vontaria. It looked like the kind of thing you would see in a movie. When I spotted the boats I held my breath. I couldn't swim.

People poured out of the train and we loaded the boats. I was the last to get in. As I reluctantly stepped in with Austin, Alex, Rhodri, Do, and Roisin. The boat creaked as I stepped on it and I held my breath. Once I sat down I released my breath.

We pushed off and Austin dropped something in the water. He stood up and leaned over to get it. The boat leaned over and when I backed away so he wouldn't touch me I flipped into the water.

I broke surface gasping for air. The water just kept pushing me over. When I tried to speak I only got mouthfuls of water. The salt burned the back of my throat and stung my eyes. I managed to yell "Hel-" until I got a mouthful of water and was pushed under the freezing water. I broke surface once again but was only up for a moment. When I resurfaced for the third time I tried my best to stay above the water.

I saw a glimpse of someone jumping out of the boat and into the water as the water pushed me under the last time. Not able to get back up I freaked out, thrashing around.

I watch Blue fall in the water. My sister leans over as if to go in after her.

You can't swim! I remind her. I jump in after Blue. My sister can't swim, but I can. I grab Blue's sinking body, and pull her up. I push her onto the boat and jump in myself. She is coughing. Good, I don't want to have to do CPR. I take off my jacket and wrap it around her. She is litteraly blue with cold. I wrap my arms around her, trying to keep her warm.

"Thanks." Her voice is only above a whisper.

"Don't talk, it will wear you out. Someone get her something warm!" I say. But we are already at the castle.

Get my stuff, I will carry her. I project to my sister. I pick Blue up.

"We'll get you inside." I tell her, keeping my voice low. I carry her inside. I go up to a teacher and quickly explained what happened. The teacher nodds, and waves his fingers at me to follow him. Blue was very light, she must not eat a lot.

The teacher brings us to a small, warm room. It has a couch, a few chairs, and a few things I wasn't entirely sure what they were. The teacher hands Blue a steaming drink. It smelled really good. She takes a sip.

Feeling better? I project to her, not wanting to speak out loud. The wya the teacher stared sort of creeped me out.

She just nods. I sit her down, but keep my arms around her, waiting until she gets warm.

Blue Meadow:

Do kept his arms around me as we sat there. I finished he strange drink and said again "Thank you Do." He nodded "No biggie." I felt my eyes widen "Yes it is! I could have died!" He smiled and said "Your welcome then." I lifted up my arms and said "But you do realize that you gave me a wet jacket right?" Do burst out into laughter.

Roisin came in excitidly but when she saw Do's arm around me her expression shifted to confusion. She glanced at Do then after a moment thought to me We have our room assignments. You're with me Blue! It's me, you, Dawne, and Emily. Ironic right? Is tood up and Do's arm slid off of me "I think I'm warm enough now. I muttered to him. Then to Roisin I though and signed That's really cool Roisin! I waved goodbye to Do as I walked out with Roisin.

Do likes Blue Do likes Blue..... My sister chanted to me.

Shut up. I tell her.

You do, you know....

So what, I saved her, end of story! I hated yelling at my sister, but she was such a pest sometimes.

I point to the door as she leaves with Blue. I didn't like Blue, did I?

Roisin

That was nice of your brother. Blue tells me.

I give her my quick mental image of Do's arms around her, I think nice is an understatement. I remark. Blue goes quiet for a minute. I let her think.

Austin-
I walked into the room just as Roisin and Blue meadow were leaving it. I told Dolan he was in the same room as Alex, Rhodri, and me. "We'd better hurry up. The opening ceremony is at ten."

*Since we are done with the train I'm just gonna say there is a bathroom in the room. I mean it is a magic train... X.x

Alex:

I opened my eyes slowly. I found myself staring at the intricate ceiling of what I remembered was the train's cabin. How late had I slept? Just then someone on a microphone came on and said, "We will be arriving at Vontaria in 5 minutes. That is all thank you." A noise came from somewhere, so I turned and saw a bewildered Dawne just waking up. I guess she had decided to sleep in here instead of one of the other rooms.

"Hey," I called softly, and she turned over in bed and looked at me.

"Did the lady on the intercom just say we have to leave the train in five minutes?" she grumbled.

"Yea, I think so," I said. then I realised that we both needed to get dressed, "I'll pop into the bathroom really fast then leave, so that you can have the room to yourself." Already waking up a bit I got up and grabbed my bag. I strode into the bathroom and quickly shut the door. Looking into my bag I found the first pair of underwear, jeans and T-shirt I could find. It only took me about a minute to get changed.

Dawne was pulling clothes out of her bag. I scooped up my guitar and called, "It's all yours," as I was leaving the room.

"Wait Alex! Would you mind waiting outside for me becasue I want someone to talk to on the trip," she said.

"Sure will," I said while shutting the door. It took her about three minutes before she opened the door. She was dressed in a cute top and jeans. We started walking down the hall with our things, but I knew we were going to be a minute or two late. Neither of us talked as we walked down the hallway. When we stepped off the train and saw most of the boats were already one third of the way across the water we both panicked a bit.

"What are we going to do?" Dawne said as she glanced at me nervously.

I looked around and finally noticed a few of the boats were off to the side. "Let's just take one of those," I said while pointing toward the boats.

Austin, Donal and I dragged our bags down the hallway. The three of us and Alex were all sharing a room, although none of us were too sure where Alex was. I thought he was with Dawne, but I wasn't sure.

"Here it is!" Austin smiled, stopping at one of the doors.

"Yipee!" I rolled my eyes sarcastically.

Do laughed as he pushed the old, wooden door open. As I stepped into the room, I was pretty impressed. There were two long bunk beds placed on each side of the room with a wooden desk placed in between them.

"I'm sleeping on the top bunk!" Do announced loudly.

"I'm on the other top bunk!" Austin said shortly after.

"Cachu hoyw." I smiled at them.

Both Austin and Donal stared at me strangely. I was beginning to like the fact that I was the only one who understood Welsh.

"Dude, if you're going to do the whole other language thing," Austin laughed, climbing onto one of the top bunks. "Then I ain't talking to you!"

"I second that!" I said, climbing onto the other top bunk.

"Look at this!" Rhodri says. He tosses me a book dinosaurs would have considered old.

"What is it?" I ask him.

"Speel book, I snached it off the floor on my way in." He grins. I open it.

"You think they work?" Austin asks.

"Lets find out!" Rhodri cries. I open the book.

"Maybe there's a spell about love." Austin hinted. I picked up a diffrent book and chucked it at his head.

Blue Meadow:

When Roisin flashed the image of Do's arms around me it made me think. Does Do like me? Do I like Do? What if I did? Roisin pushed open the heavy wooden door. I didn't know that it was heavy but I assumed it was. Three long bunkbeds were pushed together, inches apart. Desks outlined the walls and so did closets.

I shivered but said "Top bunk!" I then said it mentally ast the same time Roisin did. She laughed and I claimed the bunbed on the left side. I opened my suitcase and threw my blanet up there as a claim. Roisin did the same. Do you like my brother? I was shocked to hear her say it Roisin! I wailed mentally. She merely gave a smile and waited for my answer.

** Sorry about the late post. :P I think this is how it's going, at least I hope.

Dawne Layton

Grabbing on to Alex's hand I shot towards a boat, pushing past people as they obviously went for it. Calling "sorry" over my shoudler I jumped messily into the boat, my heart beating wildly in my chest.

Alex blinked at me, disbelief in his eyes.

--------------------

I walked down the hallway following after Alex. I shivered my teeth chattering. Heavy doors would open and close as people ran around the hallways. Stopping as a group of girls pushed past me I quickly said sorry and hurried after Alex.

"Do you know where you are going?" I asked manuvering around boxes spilt on the floor.
He shook his head, "I think I'm sharing a room with Rhodri, Do and Austin." Well that solves your problem but not mine.

I poked my head around the next hallway. "There are somany hallways to this place. Hey, you ever played hop scotch with your hands tied behind your back and your eyes closed?" I asked quickly trying not to look like a total loser...I think I just surpassed that and managed to fall into the double times three loser category.

"I played hopscoth when I was young, but that was because these people forced me." He smiled, flashing his white teeth. So that's a no of the hop scotch with your hands tied behind your back and your eyes closed then. I felt my cheeks redden, I am such an idiot!

Dodging a hardcover copy of Medicinal Plants of the World I said, "Actually, we probably shouldn't be attempting magic just yet. But it would be interesting to see what spells are in there."

"Yeah, you're probably right." I shrugged, looking at Austin. "Knowing me, I'll probably blow this place up or something."

Magic's for freaks anyway, I thought to myself. I didn't even know why I'd gotten so excited when I saw the book. It was just full of stupid spells.

I seemed to be the only one who didn't want to be here. Austin wanted to be here, Donal wanted to be here and I was pretty sure that Alex wanted to be here. I had no idea why though; this place was like a Harry Potter film without all of the cool stuff.

"Finally!"

I turned to the doorway to see Alex standing there, his bag in his hand. He'd obviously struggled to find the room.

"Had fun with Dawne?" Austin winked at him.

Donal, Austin and I began laughin as Alex's cheeks reddened. The place itself might have been a hell hole, but at least the people here were cool. They were all pretty cute too. Both the girls and guys.
I didn't know what to put here so I put this.

Alex:

Finally I stormed into the room and one of the guys yelled "Finally!" although I couldn't tell who it was. I stopped and took a look around. The room was medium sized with two windows, two bunk beds and a few dressers.

"Have fun with Dawne?" Austin said while winking at me. My cheeks reddened for some reason. Wait was he implying that I liked Dawne? Did I like Dawne? What did they think I had been doing, making out with her or something? Forcing myself to pay attention to what was going on I realized I had been standing in the doorway. Striding over I put my stuff on one of the bottom beds because I could tell two of them had already claimed the top bunks. I rolled my skateboard under the bed and left my guitar and bag on top.

"I think the ceremony is starting soon, so we should hurry down in the next few minutes," Do said.
"If the king doesn't lead, how can he expect his subordinates to follow?"

Dropping my bags I began to roll my shoulders. The weight was becoming unbearable. Kicking the large duffel bag into a random room, I sat down on the hard floor. Hitting my head against the cold white foundations.

This is just great...A group of chattering girls rounded the corner staring down at me as if I was a bug. I poked my tongue out after them as they advanced towards the steps. Oh no. The enterance ceremony!

Jumping to my legs I rushed towards the stairs jumping three with every step. Using the railing I slid down the rest of way collapsing onto the floor when I reached the end. A heard a few sniggers but decided to ignore it.

Where was the damn ceremony. As if I knew the ups and downs of this place... A burst of laughter broke through my thoughts. Static echoed off the walls, forming into an ear piercing shriek.

"Welcome all students to Vontaria Academy, a schooling facility for the gifted." A heavy voice called over a microphone. Breaking into a run I listened for the voice.
Just follow your ears Dawne, and you'll be okay!
I spy!
