I love this! Since you just want us to focus on the hair, I'll focus on the hair (but i might still say something about the face). You can create a really good effect with the hair! It looks so smooth and makes me want to touch it to feel what it's like ha ha. Your shading of the hair is very good as well, it's flick at the bottom of the hair is beautiful! You might want to practice drawings lips, eyes and noses though so that you can draw a perfect picture with perfect hair! well done.

The hair is nicely done, but it could use more depth to it. It looks slightly boring and flat, but other then that it's great. You have alot of comments about this but the eyes are oddly place and it sort of bugs me. Next time, maybe you could do a full body one that's black and white, and one with color. Really good job though, I suck at drawing, but I'm really preceptive-ish.
