An Ink pen.

These are drawings from my favorite pen (which recently ran out of ink, meh) that I felt inclined to share with you guys.



The sign there says "SUSHI", and origanally I wasn't going to have that glass-and-steel skyscraper behind it. Here's another pic with it edited out.

wow, you have talent. first time i saw this and i'm still gawking about how cool it looks. my drawings consists of stick figures and all, haha. but seriously back to why i'm even posting this. this is wonderful. i liked this a lot. the buildings are really impressive! and i adore the paint brush sketch(:

Hey! I really liked these. They're awesome.

First one: Overall, I like it a lot. The scene is clear, and you gave a lot of great, little detail. The only problem is the perspective isn't always consistent. The buildings bend a bit; It's not terribly distracting, and if it was done like that on purpose, then it's fine =]

Second one: I love it. Love love love it. Everything's done perfectly- from the amount of paint on the brush and left behind, to the size and shape of the brush.

Third one: Haha, very cute =] I don't know who Pon is, so I'm probably not able to get all the little jokes, but it's drawn very well!

Pic 1-2) I love this, and it does look a little funny in the first one, with the building right in front of the sushi sign, but brilliant none the less. I especially love how you haven't used a ruler to get the lines exact, I think it shows off your talent better.

Pic 3) This is absolutely amazing! I don't know how on Earth you can draw that well with pen - when I use pen I always stuff up, and then I regret not using pencil. Great job! The shading is really good, and the red leaks in really well. Very Realistic.

Pic 4) (Anatomy of Pon) This is so cute! I absolutely adore Pon and Zi, so this is really nice to see! A few criticisms: He starts of normal size, and then the size of his skeleton sort of shrinks as it gets closer to his feet, it looks a little unrealistic. (I'm pretty sure that arms aren't really longer than legs). Apart from that though, it's great!

Thanks y'all! I'm surprised nobody noticed the metal reflection of the brush. I worked harder on that than the red, lol.
Yeah, Mo, Pon is a little dwarfish towards the bottom. I drew the outline before the skeleton, and there was enough room.
skl02134: First off, that's a weird name. Secondly, the lines weren't purposefully not-straight, but I guess it does add something, no? Quite assuredly, I never would have used a ruler.
Oh, and Mo, I always do the opposite: use a pencil and regret it and wish I had a pen instead.

Er, ok, review. As usual, I'm blown away with your art.

1) Buildings! I like the buildings you draw. I prefer the version without the building at the back, as that shows off the rest of your buildings better. Although I do agree that your buildings aren't the straightest, it actually doesn't look too bad, and as Mo said it shows your talent.

2) Pen! This is wonderful. Probably one of my favourite of your drawings. In all honesty, one of the things I liked the most was your block shading of the metal reflection. It's subtle, but definitely adds something to the drawing. As everyone else said, the red is perfect. I love it.

3) Pon! No idea who this is. xD But it's cool. I'm sure it would be better if I understood who he is, but I don't, so I'll just say that your drawing style is, again, great. I'm not sure if he's supposed to be like this, but his body is kind of out of proportion? Could be how his character is portrayed, though.

Awesome stuff, anyway. Well done! *high fives*

have you ever thought about becoming a comic artist...you know the ones in a news paper article. That's what the style of the work you've shown me reminds me of. I absolutely love it. And as for the slanting of the buildings, well I personly like the effect it has (more cartoonie)BUT!- if you have any questions on how to do converging lines and vanishing lines just PM me. I'd love to help. For the paint brush, I especially noticed the way you brought out the metal part of the brush Very well done.

ONG. I have to say that I love your awesome style. You have to keep posting these awesome pics here.

First and second: They're both so awesome. On the first, I find myself looking at the cluttered left bit (in a good way.) while on the second, I notice the weather vane part first. They both give me different feel in my head, like they're two different times. I'm a fan of both equally.

Second: Really good.

Third: Haha, so cute. My nitpick is that the ribs start off fine, but they become smaller in width which is a bit weird to look at.
EDIT: I think the font could've been better.

I have to admit... I kind of adore these pictures. Well, not so much of Pon, but the buildings are fantastic. In fact, this reminds me of something that one of my good friends does... he was always good at these incredibly intricate building designs and art in general. Now he's going into structural design or something similar. It's fantastic! And I hear it pays good money. So consider going into that, if you dare! Or... you know... go into architecture or some sort of engineering. That would be awesome too.
