Riddic:
I went outside and embraced the sunlight. A light wind ruffled my hair and I sighed. Everyone was outside running around, playing with the balls-haha-, and such. I walked over to Adam who was kicking a soccer ball against a wall.
" Hellooooo, Adam dear," I bowed and stole the soccer ball.
" Did you hear about Reyna," he asked, trying to take the ball back. I gasped, something happened and I didn't hear?!
" No! What happened?"
" She frueaked out this morning." The back doors opened and Mailyn walked out. Towing a very jittery Reyna with her. Not too long after that Alec followed, coming out at a full sprint.
" People are acting weird today," I commented. He nodded.

**Hey, Kay, um...not to be rude or anything but Eli won't want to work on his powers with anyone. He'd be too scared. :/ It's okay, I just wanted to let you know. :)**

ELI

He looked around. There were so many people around him. He sighed in relief. He could feel emotions buzzing around him and, luckily, nothing was standing out. Everyone was just outside, having a good time. Eli's mood brightened instantly.

He had worked with Mailyn earlier only because she was so eager to help him. He wouldn't do it again. He wasn't about to risk hurting her. Not anyone. He needed to be careful.

Eli heard music coming from a room inside. He loved music. It always seemed to make him feel light and...almost emotionless. Something he craved always. He entered quietly, going towards the sound.

Suddenly, it stopped. Followed by fervent scribblings. The music started again and then stopoped after a few more seconds. He thought he heard a pencil eraser rubbing hard at paper. Eli walked in to see a girl writing on the paper again.

She stopped, looked up for a second and started writing again. Eli couldn't place any one emotion she had, but he suddenly felt restless and needy. Like he needed to do...something. More than anything. He shifted his feet, uncomfortably.

"Hello?" He asked the girl. "What are you doing? What was that music. It was beautiful."

She didn't respond, just kept scribbling. Eli's hands were shaking now. He needed to do something! He couldn't just stand around. Eli took a deep breath and fought the urge to just run around the room for no reason at all.

"Excuse me?" He asked, eyes narrowed.
Hermione, shut your ungodly, lopsided mouth and quit interrupting! 20 points from Gryffindor. You know, for the brightest witch of your age you can sure be a dumba** sometimes. *smiles* 10 points to Dumbledore!

Alec:

I sprinted out in the sunshine, past Riddic and Adam, and over to a tree. I pulled a glove off one of my hands and pressed my palm against the rough bark. I closed my eyes and smiled when nothing happened.

I sighed and put my glove back on, turning to lean against the tree and watch the others.

It was a beautiful day and everyone was enjoying the sunshine. I was just relieved that I didn't have to touch anyone or anything and see something bad again.

I looked around at the others. Adam and Riddic were now kicking a soccer ball back and forth while Lydia was sitting by herself watching Adam and Riddic while they mucked around. I noticed Reyna sitting away from everyone else.

Well, I thought, glancing around. What a strange day it is today. I took note of Eli heading back inside and decided to relax.

Um. Can anyone try to bring my character in?

Blind white pain. A little girl laughing. A brightly lit candle. A screaming voice, the octaves loud and clear, the screams echoing off the walls, filled with panic, with pain. Darkness.

Someone is shaking me and it takes me a while to realize the shrieking girl is me. I open my tightly shut eyes and look around. My head throbs with horrific pain and the only reason I'm not screaming is that my throat seems to be bleeding. I cough and blood splays on the white floor. A male nurse is trying to calm me as I bang my head repeatedly on the cold floor.

"What happened?"
I am nothing
but a mouthful of 'sorry's, half-hearted
apologies that roll of my tongue, smoothquick, like 'r's
or maybe like pocket candy
that's just a bit too sweet.

Lydia

I sighed, standing up. It was so sunny and nice, yet I was all alone. I was sitting all alone. No one here really paid all that much attention to me, since I was quiet all the time. I just didn't want to burst out screaming in the middle of a conversation, boy, what would that be like?
Sorrow lasts through this night
I'll take this piece of you,
and hold for all eternity
For just one second I felt whole... as you flew right through me.

Adam

Adam smiled, he loved seeing the sunshine again! Riddic passed the soccer ball to him and he kicked it back. Feeling something furry brush against his leg, Adam looked down to see Stitch at his heels. She looked up at him and pleaded with her big brown eyes; begging him to throw the Frisbee again. Adam laughed, picked up the dog toy, and chucked it as hard as he could. Stitch barked and chased after the toy with her tail going 20mph.

Adam turned back to Riddic and continued to pass the soccer ball back and forth. Suddenly Adam felt the familiar fur rub against his leg and he bent over to retrieve the Frisbee from Stitch once again, but it wasn't there.

"Where's the Frisbee, girl?" He asked his dog. Stitch whined and rolled over. Adam's eyebrows came together as searched the yard for the lost toy. Finally he found it up in a tree. He smiled, this was a good excuse to climb a tree again. "I'll be right back," he called over his shoulder to Riddic as he jogged over to the tree. "I have to go get Stitch's Frisbee."

When he reached the tree he grabbed the sturdiest branch; raised his knee and put it in a gap between two branches; and heaved himself up. He continued up the tree until he reached the Frisbee, he quickly threw it down. But before he started to head down he took a deep breath and looked around, it was good to be in a tree again. So peaceful.

"Adam I think you should come down now," some one called from below, waking him out of his daydream. He looked down to see one of the workers standing nervously under the tree.

Adam rolled his eyes, how old do they think we are?. "Coming," he called down.

Jumping to the ground Adam looked up to see Alice walking out of the building, he ran over to her, "Hey Alice, what's up?"

Alice~

I grinned at Adam, seeing him definietly put a smile to my face. I hated sitting in that place. All the screaming, all the pain!
"Can I play?" I asked quickly. His eyes flashed happily and he nodded.
"I didn't think you were ever going to come outside?" He dusted his hands on his pants and laughed.

"I can't stand it in there!" I shrugged looking around. I looked above Adam's head to see a small ploom of gas, with a face smiling wildly. It danced around above his head playfully. I couldn't help but grin, I loved it when Adam's personality was a happy one.
It was fun to watch it dance, I blinked out of my thoughts and stared back down at Adam.

He said something but I didn't catch. I decided to shrug, he grabbed at my wrist and began to pull me towards Stitch. I couldn't see animals personalities, but with stitch you knew exactly what her emotions were. She bounded towards me slobering her tongue across my face.

I giggled, "Stitchy!" I squealed giving the dog a quick hug. I loved that dog!
I spy!

Alec:

I moved out of Adams way when he came over to the tree and climbied it to get his dog's freezbie back. He went back to kicking the ball and I went back to leaning against the tree, smiling slightly as I watched the others.
