This is very unique! Photoshop, I assume? I cannot operate that for my life...

But anyway, I like the first one better. The colors are smoother and have more contrast, which is really eyecatching. Keep up the good work! I'll be looking for more.

Heya Durrie!

First off I wish I could do this, I fail at photo editing xD. So review time!

The 1st one- I love the colors in this, and how the scratching is more evident then in the second one. But the one thing with this one is that it really shows that it was edited. The color of the wings is odd looking, and that adds to the pasted look.

The 2nd one- I think I like this one just a bit better, it's a little foggier so it blends the wings and the wolves together better then the first one did. Also I just love the touch of rainbow you put in there, it really makes the picture.

Awesome job!

Moo here, dropping in for a review.

Very nice! I try my hand and fail regularly at wolf manips. :3 You've done a pretty sweet job here with the effects and such. Second def my favourite; Somehow the colours are more 'dream-like' and such. The wings also blend nicer with the wolves' bodies as well, as said above.

On to nitpicking. :D One thing I noticed was the image quality of the wolves. I'm not sure whether it was intended or not, but they're noisey and blurred a little. To avoid this use larger images. You could try deviant art's stock and resources, they've got great wolf stock. :D

Other than that I think most things were picked up on. Good job on this. ^^

Hi Durrie!

Those are really good. *Give yourself a pat.I've only used photoshop so far, so I'm not sure of this X3 thing.
Some pictures I shopped on PhotoImpact X3 < (that is not a smiley :D )
Thanks for the info! XD

Anyway, yep, definitely the second is better because the tone and modification makes the wings blend in with the wolves. I love the light/rainbow thing and the editing of the bottom background.
In the first yo can make out the shopped bit very easily. Also; I assume, like Photoshop, the wings are a separate layer. If that way, you could reduce the opacity of the second a little bit so that it blends in more.

Keep up the good work.
Cheers,

Durrie!

You've definitely got some magnificent photo editing skills. I love how serene and how odd both of these seem at the same time. I think I like the first one better, just because it seems a little bit cleaner where you cut out the images and meshed them together. I also want to say one thing about the text-the fact that it's in the middle of of the image is a little distracting. I'd gravitate a bit more toward the corner, and maybe make the text a bit bigger.

Otherwise, nice work, and I cant wait to see more of it!

Hey there Durrie!

I'll start with the positives! I really, truthfully adore and love the second one! I think it shows you have a brilliant talent for judging proportions in edited imagery and changing things to make it suit a beautifully naturalistic and stunning colour. THe end result is true craftsmanship (sp?).

Erm, the first one, I must admit to you, I laughed. I saw the dogs with the wings and I just thought it was truly comical. I really like the originality of the idea but in those realistic colours the picture looks a little empty and due to the bland kind of vibe from it the thing that attracted me was the idea of humour, so I didn't particularly like the first piece, but hey! Might just be me.

Keep up the good work!
Ben
