Buttercup
Alright, maybe that first move wasn't one of my better ideas, considering I was just kicked to the ground. I got right back up and psyched myself up. I can't think of any good fights since I got here, so this'd be just perfect.
He had a bit of a size advantage to me, but I wasn't too worried. Considering the giant octopus monsters that my sisters and I fought back home, this guy wasn't gonna be any trouble. He seemed a little too cocky anyways. He needed to be kicked down a knotch.
Zuko started talking with two of the others; Gaia and Luna. I had my chance. I got up and gave him a fake at his face, and he tried to block. I quickly swifted around him and gave him a strong chop in the back, knocking him on the ground face first.
"C'mon, that all you got?" I asked him, bouncing back and forth.
"You just don't want to shut up, do you?", he said, getting up. He went for a punch and I grabbed his wrist and flipped him back down. This was getting too easy. That thought cost me the moment, though, as he grabbed my ankle and knocked me down. He got up quickly and threw me at the nearest wall.
I needed some sort of edge, or advantage to help me out. I looked around the room for something. I had no idea what I was looking for, other than something to help. It was only now that I noticed there was a crowd of people all around us watching. Great. As if it was depressing enough that I'd lose this, but it'd be the talk of the whole place. Any reputation I had already would be Zuko's.
The room was empty. Just me, the people, Zuko, and the matt we were on to start, which was far too heavy for me to throw. There had-
-oh wait. Well I feel like an idiot. I've really got to think things through a little better. I curled my tongue at him, waving it like a kung-fu taunt. He started running right at me, and he looked like he was going for a low punch, but before he knew it, I hit him with my heat vision. He got knocked on his butt on the other side of the gym.
"Why the sucker punch-er...blast? Aren't girls supposed to fight nicely?", he said.
"I never said anything was illegal. You gonna cry about it?", I said.
We both looked at the doors as two attendants ran in. I turned my back to look at the door, and about a second after I realized I had, I felt a fireball knock me on my face. Dammit! The attendants grabbed both of us. Zuko didn't seem to struggle, but I did. I didn't want him to have gotten that last shot. He couldn't win.
"This isn't over!" I yelled at Zuko as he was walked out with his hands held behind his back by an attendant. The other attendant started walking me out of the gym, holding my hands behind me, of course.
"I lost the fight, aren't I in deep enough already?", I asked.
"We thought you forgot about that heat vision, but as it appears, we were wrong. Until you can manage your anger better, you're not aloud to use any of your powers. Since you probably won't listen to us and try yourself, we're getting a little device to strap onto you so that you won't shoot at anything you see"
And with that, I was forced out of the gym. Helluva day this has been.
