Found this list because it's sent over 400 visitors to YWS this past month (YWS is the first listed site on the list), but I think anyone would do well to spend just a few minutes checking it out. It's a list of 40 good sites for young writers to check out:

Really? That's pretty cool. Now if only more kids were on here rather than misspelling every other word on myspace.

Not sure if that's accurate on how people type when they feel that spelling out an entire word is too troublesome. But, you get the idea.
