*Here’s the starting point!*

Chloe

“Ow!” Chloe yelled. She reached up to touch the tender spot on her head. She winced at the pain.

“Serves you right for not listening to me,” Landon said behind her.

“Well, I’m not as smart as you. How was I supposed to know that there would be things falling from the sky?” Chloe threw up her hands in defeat. Maybe this was a mistake.

Landon

Landon shook his head, he knew his sister to be smarter than that, but he knew she was having a hard day. Having to travel into the forest all day without the regular comforts of home with them was pretty tough. “We’ll probably have to make camp pretty soon. It’s starting to get dark.”

“Okay, but can we find some place else to make camp? The ground around here has too many roots sticking out of the ground,” She kicked one for emphasis.

Landon smiled, “Okay, then let me lead.”

*Okay, anyone can jump in and meet them, or you can write about your charrie’s journey. Let’s get this thing rolling!*

**Quick note, you can call her Selena or Cristina. Either one works!**

Alex

I stumbled through the woods, tripping over roots and getting whacked in the face with branches. I pulled my map out of my pocket, tracing the path to the meeting place with my finger. I studied the forest around me, eyes still glancing down at the map occasionally.

"I should be right about here," I muttered to myself. "If I'm here, then the meeting place is only-"

I was cut off as I face planted over a root. I sat up, and saw that what I thought was a root was really somebody's foot.

"Sorry!" the girl said. The boy next to her chuckled.

I got up. "S'okay, no harm done," I shrugged. "I'm Alex, by the way."

"Chloe and Landon," she said poniting to herself and the boy next to her. "So, are you going to the meeting too?"

Selena- Cristina

I sighed, checking the time on my phone, even though I knew I was way too early. They wouldn't be here for at least another 15 minutes. I studied my list, with all the things my 'perfect boyfriend' would have.

"Hey, whatcha got there?" somebody whispered in my ear, making me jump and scream.

"Cool it!" the person laughed. "I'm here for the meeting, which I assume you're here for too."

*Can be anybody!*
I will review for you! PM about it if you need one!

Chloe

She was so embarrassed, first she couldn't navigate through the woods, now she had tripped somebody. She gave Landon a glare that only came out in desperate times when he started laughing.

"...are you going to the meeting too?" Chloe asked.

"Yeah," Alex nodded.

"So can we get going then?" Landon asked. "I'm sorry about the pleasantries thing, but we're losing daylight rapidly. He gestured with his hand.

"Okay, hold your horses there cowboy," Chloe replied. She gingerly stepped away, providing a path for Landon to step through to lead the way.

Landon

He was surpirsed that they had run into anyone else. He knew that they had started out late and that they had taken a longer time than planned to get to the meeting spot. He brushed away a branch and steppedn over a fallen log. A few trees more and they were in the clearing. "Okay, it looks like we're here."

Vishal

He was sitting in the balcony, wishing his phone would stop vibrating. The call was from Vivek, his older brother, who in the eyes of his parents, was the 'perfect son.' As the phone started vibrating for the 3rd time, he decided to pick up the call.

"Hello"
"Hey Vishal, could you please tell mom and dad that I won't be coming home for the next three days?"
"And why would that be?"
"Well..... tell them I'm off to Anahita's to finish up a project."
"Fine.Bye."

Vishal cut the phone and threw it down on his bed. He knew Anahita was his brother's steady girlfriend. He wished he had one. He wished his parents acknowledged the fact that he wanted to be an artist. He wished they didn't complain about his room plastered with his art. He wished they didn't bother him everyday to study his lessons. Science, basically. He wished he could start life all over again.

"Why the hell is my life so fucked up?" He burst out, frustrated. He walked over to his easel to finish his latest piece.

Laurel Gracie Morris~

Chirp! Chirp! Laurel glanced up into the thick, colorful foliage of the trees, her eyes following two blurs of red that raced through the trees, chirping and tweeting and singing to one another. She smiled softly, lifted up her Nikon camera up and snapping a quick picture of the two birds in flight. She continued her walk through the forest, her hiking boots crushing the brittle, fallen leaves on the ground. Her brunette hair was pulled into a not-to-high, but not-to-low side ponytail, the waves cascading down her right shoulder while her light green eyes peering thround her side swept bangs, which were pinned to the side with a light brown bobbypin so they wouldn't fall in her face.

"Laur! Wait for me!" Her brother called, breathless. He was so angry that she decided to take the steep way through the beautiful fall forest rather than the longer, winding, overly-used path that all the townsfolk used. He needed the exercise, so Laurel didn't care how much he complained about it.

"Come on Doughboy! We've got to be at that meeting soon!" Laurel smiled brightly back at her brother before snapping a picture of the fish in a briskly flowing stream. She leaned down, cupping the crystal-clear water in her hands and pressed it to her lips, tipping her head and hands back to engulf the water. When she was done she let out a deep breath and wiped her mouth the her sleeve, a snort of laughter alarming her.
