1) I love her hair. Awesome color, shading, ect. But it looks better on top than it does going down behind her neck. I think it may be because the top has more detail. Also, it looks like there's a chunk missing on her right, near her neck.
2) I'm not sure if you can do anything about this, but there's a red spot on the paper, a little ways under the L and the O.
3) I'm no proffesional, but the difference in eye sizes is a little... extreme. I'd make the right eye smaller.
4) The bottom of the picture looks kinda flat. I'd advise adding some shading.
5) I think the words may look better if you darken them a bit, but maybe that's just me.
6) Her mouth looks a little short. Maybe lengthen that just a bit, because at first I thought it was a mistake. Before I saw how dark it was.
7) And last but not least, the paper looks kinda smudged. This happens to me all the time, so I don't think you can do anything about it, but yeah.
Other than that, it looks great, I love it.
Happy YWSing!

So what Morgan said is all true, I'm going to emphasize the part about the mouth, I saw right away it was a mouth, but it's really tiny.
Also the right line that shows where the arm is (that is what that is right?) ends before it hits the knee, making it look more like a wrinkle in her shirt.
I love the way the hair color bleeds out, did you do that with watercolors?
Great job! Keep it up!

"I'd rather be hated for being who I am, then loved for who I'm not."
Is this a review? I don't know but I hope so. 1)I think it has the really woderful contrasting brightness from the black to the red in the hair. 2) The eyes are really cool that they are not perfect. They aren't perfect ovals. 3) The body is way too small and thin. 4) The foot isn't large enough, it is small. Or it is the leg. 5) There is a down side to useing a pen, you can't fix stray lines or marks. 6) She doesn't look lonely, she looks tripped out.
This is very strange, my friend. That's not a bad thing: it's kind of like your avatar.
I like your style, and what the girl is wearing. Could you post the bottom half? I want to see her feet! (If you can't get it to work in the same image, maybe you could post another image of just the bottom?)
If you were going to change anything, I think it would look even better if you cleaned up the lines with some white paint or white-out. I can see the black pencil marks under the red, and the whole thing would be a lot cleaner looking if the color stayed in your lines. Just my opinion though.

Hey Mo. I love this, and there is not much to say. I do have a few nitpicks, however:
The Eyes One eye is super little, and the other is super big. Although we humans may have differences in our eye sizes, this one is just to exaggerated.
The Head It's practically perfect, but when you get to the hair part of it, it sort of tips forward, like a slide that suddenly decided to go vertical. It just doesn't look write.
Other then that, I did not find anything wrong. You're a great drawer, and I wish you best of luck in the future. PM me if you have questions.

I adore this strictly for the fact that this totally freaked me out, but in the cutest way.
I think the color is definitely one of the strongest points mostly because this reminds me of the character Emily the Strange and her usual black/red appearance.
Possibly one of the most interesting parts of this picture for me is the eyes and the way they aren’t the same. Sometimes people focus too much on making things symmetrical but did Picaso like symmetry. Heck no. Also, I really liked that you added such tiny details to the soul of her shoe.
Overall, it’s definitely very cute.

Never forget who you are, for surely the world will not. Make it your strength. Then it can never be your weakness. Armor yourself in it, and it will never be used to hurt you.
Aw, this is really nice, Mo! In return for your kindness to me, I will also review this for you!
First off--I think the lines could be cleaned up a little more. The lines sometimes stray away from the colored portion, and since you outlined at least twice (looks like 3 or 4 times to me) the lines are a little thicker and more uneven than I'd like.
And yes, you do need a new scanner. On the right edge, the question mark was cut off. Was that the scanner again, or was it the edge of the page? If it was the latter case, I'd advise moving the phrase over to the left a bit.
The paper is quite smudged in some areas. In particular around the letters and by the edges/corners of the paper. Do you have a kneadable eraser, by any chance? If so, if you can twist it up so that there's a really thin tip, then you could clean up some of those unsightly gray beasts.
Sometimes the color went out of the lines, sometimes it didn't fill up all the space. And when it did trespass outside the lines, there was usually a bright red smudge. How much time did you have for this free draw, anyway?
There's a stray line on the left corner of her face. Is this, like, supposed to be another strand of hair?
Basically everybody else has commented on this already, but anyway, her eyes. I agree with Gsp and Bond, I think the difference is a little too extreme. However, I do like the highlighted portions of her eyes. (thinking shojo?)
This goes with my previous comment: a nose. If you could make the left eye somewhat smaller, I'm sure you could fit in a nose on her face. Of course, just my opinion, but I'm really used to seeing people with noses.
Also her mouth. Bond and Gsp mentioned this; I agree. You might want to lengthen the mouth, but I think it would be better if you moved the mouth over to the left a little, closer to the middle section of her face.
Geez! She has a huge head and a tiny neck! Ha ha, if you tried to change the size of her head, the whole picture would be messed up totally. I think next time if you do something like this you could make the head a little smaller and extend the neck further, as well as make it thicker.
Oh yes! I just noticed a stray mark to the left of her hair and sleeve, on the left side of the paper. Not on purpose, right?
I think you should make the sleeves a little more well-defined. Not on the outside edges, but on the inside edges where the sleeves touch the shirt. Right now, they look sorta like squiggles.
There's this really huge wrinkle-thingy on her left pants leg, where it looks like a semi-sideways check mark. Yeah--I'm pretty sure you meant it to be a wrinkle, but you might've gone a bit over the mark there, buddy.
Her hands! It looks like she only has an index finger and a thumb! But it's interesting how you, er, made them look like sideways high heels. Yeah, I'm paranoid.
The shoes' proportions seem a little extreme as well. 'Cause, like, the left shoe is the same size as her hands are, but the right shoe is about 4 times the size of her hands! Again, maybe a little overboard.
Just wondering, but why did you put XOXO on the bottom portion of the paper? It was somewhat out-of-the-ordinary, and definitely unexpected. But that's definitely you, my friend!
OK, anyways, this was really creative and fun! I liked how it was a girl, first of all, and also how she has red hair. And it was certainly fascinating having her hair colored bright red and then the rest of the picture is black-and-white. Thanks again for reviewing my piece, Mo! (Oh yeah--I'm so sorry for the extremely long critique! )
