Is there anyone else out there that loves "The Last Unicorn" the movie? :shock:

That was my favorite movie as a kid! I haven't seen it in a really long time, but I still have it on VHS in my garage!

I adored The Last Unicorn when I was little.

Old animated book to movie adaptions were usually really good...:)

I found it fascinating and a little scary when I first watched it. Then I read the book, and got even more freaked out haha. But I still watched the movie at least three more times after that. :D

I actaully found it kinda scary too, esp that old woman and her freaky bird THAT scared me. I love the way she looks when shes human though, shes so pretty :)

I saw this when I was older! I was scared because I thought they were going to ruin the book (I adored the book) but when I saw the screenplay was by Peter S. Beagle, my fear quickly turned to glee. The movie was pretty much gorgeous too!

It's a good movie. I didn't discover it until my early teens, but I still appreciated the animation as well as the story plot.
