Brightie, Bodlina >->

I scurried up to Isadaemus, a blanket to warm him from the figid ocean water. His face was red and furious from the defeat. I, too, felt a deep dread for the loss. The Cuervo had sailed away before we could catch it and we all felt duped. Especially compared to Arabella's last stunt.

Isadaemus snatched the blanket out of my hands and stormed off into the ship, growing for Jarrod, Allyson, Arina and I to follow.

Isabel, Cuervo,

I stare at the receding Bodlina, and I can't help but grin. Finally, we've proven that the Cuervo is the true master of these seas. Take that, Bodlina scum! I scream in my head. I turn and skip off towards belowdecks to talk with Arabella and the two rich girls. Hopefully, the rum will soon be flowing among the men. We deserve a drink.

Isadaemus, Captain of the Bodlina,

I suppress a shiver, and stalk down to my cabin, growling for my officers to follow. I'm still completely soaked, but I ignore it. Our defeat by the Cuervo makes me much colder than the water ever could.

"Okay. We need to get the back up sail up right now," I say, to the crew. I turn to face them, "We are not going to follow the Cuervo. Not at the moment, anyway. When we were in port, I heard wind of a very intriguing merchant voyage setting out for Asia. I figure we'll-"

"Sir, if I may," Allyson cuts in. I glare at her, but gesture for her to continue, "I think we should follow the Cuervo."

"And why is that, may I ask?" I say smoothly.

"Well," she begins.

Arina

Well great! Now the Curveo has both the girls, and I didn't even get in on the fight, being stuck with the fire most of the time!

I sulked around the ship. After we had lost the girls I'd put a new skirt on - I didn't really mind being skirtless, but it seemed to make other people uncomfortable.

Isadameus comes angrily through, and orders us to a meeting.

"Okay. We need to get the back up sail up right now," He says to us. "We are not going to follow the Cuervo. Not at the moment, anyway. When we were in port, I heard wind of a very intriguing merchant voyage setting out for Asia. I figure we'll-"

"Sir, if I may," Allyson cuts in. He seems angered by her input. She continues, "I think we should follow the Cuervo."

"And why is that?" He replies.

"Well," she begins.

This outta be interesting, what's she done this time? I kick the floor and grumble. Still angry that I wasn't involved in the fight.
Mo. was here. :) mwahahaha

I think I knew what Allyson was going to say and she didn't want to say it. She knew Isadaemus too well to know what he would think. But luckily, I didn't. "I think I know what she means, Capitan." I squeaked. He moved his glare to me.

"And just what does she mean Brightwell?" He growled. I took a deep breath.

"Well, if we go after them as soon as possible we have a chance to get the girls back, and regain our reputation 10 fold if we do..." I looked to Allyson. "Is that right Allyson?"

Isadaemus, Bodlina,

I glare at Brightie, then I move my gaze to Allyson, who has just nodded.

"Is that so? Well I happen to disagree. What happened between the Cuervo and the Bodlina will not affect the reputation of either ship, for the simple reason that if the Cuervos tell anyone that they are the ones in possession of the two girls, they will be hunted mercilessly. The same would be true if the girls were with us. Now, on the other hand, if we successfully raid these merchant ships, we will be even more feared than we already are."

The group in my cabin stares at me. I smile at them.

"So why don't we get this ship moving?"

Brightie, Bodlina :

I sighed. He wasn't going to change his mind about this. "Yes sir." I muttered miserably. I turned and stalked out of the room followed by Allyson and Arina.

I turned to them. "I think we should go after the Cuervo, the captain just doesn't want his pride to be hurt any further." I huffed and looked at them both intently. "I think we should follow his orders until we get the sail fixed, then go after the Cuervo. What do you guys think?"

Isabel, Cuervo,

I grin, thinking of the defeat of the Bodlina. The smile fades, however, as I think about Arabella, with a bullet in her side. The two rich girls were helping her, but they don't know where our medical supplies are. I do, one of the few who did, besides the captain. I scuttle of to get some bandages and other things.

Arabella, Cuervo >->

Arabella's sight blurred in and out, and the pain in her side was worse than death. She heard voices she could barely distinguish as Sirena and Jimmy. She longed to reach out and ask what was wrong with her, but her mouth was dry and the pain took her breath away.

Miserably she thought Whats happening?

Sirena, Cuervo

As we were handed medical supplies, me and Vailea fixed up Arabella. I sighed when we were done, wiping dark hair away from her face. She wasn't moving. "Arabella?" I asked, patting her cheek lightly. "Arabella?" "What's wrong with her?" The pirate- Arabella had called him Jimmy- asked me. I shook my head, not completely knowing. I didn't know what the bullet had hit, or how much blood she had lost. Making sure she was still breathing, I had Jimmy and another pirate carry her back to the kitchen. "Oh, Lea," I said, hugging my sister tight. "I never thought this was how you'd come home." She laughed harshly, hugging me back. "Neither did I."

Arabella, Cuervo >->

Arabella was vaguely aware of someone calling her name, and then her body being lifted. She again heard voices, Sirena and another voice she didn't notice. She sucked in a breath and groaned hopeing to get their attention. "Pain," she groaned, "pain..."
