I don't think I ever really got into that book as a kid, but the movie looks amazing. ^^ The music from the commercials is really good, as well. I'll have to see it sometime.

Oh. My. GOD. Yes I HAVE to see this movie. I read the book many times as a young kid and the trailers blew me away. "I didn't want to wake you up, but I wanted to show you something." That right there took me away. Then the music was great and then the visuals and how the creatures look were awesome. Everything. I'm watching this no doubt.

When i sw the trailer for the first time, I cried. Where the Wild things are was about the only book from my childhood! The music and the scenes they showed in teh trailer just made me so emotional! I'm so excitedd!
I was at Borders today, and I saw stuffed animals of the Wild Things. XD I kind of want to buy one and take it to the movies so I can sit and cuddle with it like a fangirl.

Arcadefire! I love that song so much. My uncle told me how they made that song in 2006 for the movie. I guess the movie was supposed to come out in 2006. haha. I saw it, and I liked it. I still enjoy the book better. The book had so much more innocence in it then the movie did. I don't think the child who played Max really hit the character spot on, but he did an OK job. ~Classy
Okay. Well, no one kill me for this, but I have never ever read Where The Wild Things Are! I'm guessing by your guys' opinions that I should? Hehe. Hopefully I will soon. -Mizzle

Where the Wild Things Are is such a great book. Book definitely better than the movie, and you should read it! It is just a short picture book, so it shouldn't take you long... ~Classy
Haha, Classy. Anyway, the movie really touched me because Max reminded me a lot of my little brother. That's part of the reason I cried so much XD. Also, my Goddess-mother knows a lady who is best friends with the little boys family. So, like, she's met Max. I'm so jealous >.< He did such an amazing job in the movie. It didn't feel at all like he was acting. *claps for him*
