The little quote under avies - how do you change them?

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to change those quotes under your avie? Mine says, "junior writer." Ack! I wanna change it to something better than that. I'm not sure but I was thinking, The Dragon, Sleepless, or something like that. Those are just examples though. But I would love to change it to something better than, junior writer.
