Iden sighed, watching the fishers far below his underground palace. He missed his Kataline. He was angry at her for being so stubborn and then running off to Jupiter and that man. She would be getting there soon considering she only left that morning.

Turning back to his meeting room and library, he found a two people standing in the doorway. "Yes?" he asked. "Sir," Elmerie, his maid, said, stepping forward. "This is Marikit. Your parents are leaving you responsible for her." Elmerie pushes a girl forward. Iden was immediately taken by her amazing beauty. She was small and slender, she had flawless porcelain skin, flowing, twisting, pale blue hair, and the oddest eyes he had ever seen. One was under an eye patch, and, yes, that was odd, but her other eye was a blue he had never seen. It was like...it was like when she was born, she looked into their sky and absorbed the color into her soul. He had no doubt this is what had happened. "Miss," he said, bowing. She curtsied, wobbling, and stepped back next to Elmerie.

Before he could ask why he was suddenly responsible for a girl he had never heard of, his mirror started flashing in the dimmed light, and Elmerie and Marikit vanished. One look at the glowing glass and he knew Kataline had arrived on Jupiter, and Zarus wasn't very happy.

Kronos - Saturn

He leant back in his chair and surveyed the two people standing in front of him. They were both of similar height, very tall for others but average for Saturnians. The man and woman were arguing away, pointing at each other and raising their voices.
Kronos sighed, if only everyone was slightly more peaceful and willing to negotiate, it made life so much simpler.
He'd had enough, Anton and Arabella were cheifs of his two main cities, Titan and Ninurta, and both of them had picking away at each other for the best part of five years.
He slammed his fist down on the table and immediatly both of them stopped, turning to their leader with wide eyes. Kronos narrowed his dark eyes and leant forward towards the cheifs.

"Right. You have both lead the cities for five years, in that time you've been very good and diplomatic within those areas. But you come to my halls and immediately start to fight like little children. Perhaps we send you back to school with your children, eh?"

Arabella sighed and Kronos turned his sights on her.

"What reason do you have to complain? I know everything is running smoothly in Ninurta, you are prosperous and we share everything out anyway. Really, what are your troubles?"

She shuffled her feet and looked down.
"Nothing really, Kronos."

He turned to Anton. "And yours?"
Anton shook his head too. "I'm sorry."

Kronos smiled.
"So it's sorted! Now, let's go and have a meal, you two must be hungry by now."
They both laughed and made to walk out the room, but before they could do so Kronos's pool started to ripple and a face emerged.

Just... improvise. How about you want to talk to Kronos about sending some ambassadors to his land. Or exchange students who want to learn under Saturn's great philosphers and warriors. Whatever xD

*Nera-Pluto*

I will be the first one to admit that I panicked when I heard that my mother was there. I looked to the Saturn mirror and touched it quickly.

"My Queen, what are you doing?" Zedra screeched. "She's waiting for you-"

"Stall her then!" I snapped. She went pale and bowed stiffly and then ran off to the reception hall.

I turned my gaze back to Kronos, who had answered my call. He smiled when he saw my face. "Nera, how pleased I am to see you."

"Um...thank you, Kronos." I looked over my shoulder, and then back to the glass. He saw it, and his brows knitted together in concern. "Are you alright?"

"Well, I will be if you allow me to come to your planet for a few hours." I said quickly.

He looked puzzled. I had never asked him anything, let alone something like this. I hardly even talked to him, unless it was necessary. "Why?"

"Sunshine is here."

His eyes then glowed in understanding. "When are you going to let it go, Nera?"

My eyes narrowed. "It will be a long while."

"You cannot hold this against her for much longer. She really does love you, and she misses you desperately."

"She really should've thought about that before she sent me to the fringe of our galaxy." I replied coldly. He opened his mouth to say more, but I cut him off. "What is your answer?"

He smiled gently. "You can come. You should've known that you could come without asking."

"Generally I would have." I answered. "But I'm going to be riding."

He grinned at me. "Ah, so you are going to give the ippos a stretch?"

"Of course." Before I closed off contact, I looked him square in the eyes. "I thank you for this, Kronos. I am grateful."

"I can't wait to see you in person for the first time in..." He counted in his head. "Eight hundred years."

"I will see you soon, Kronos." I touched the glass and saw myself once more.

I wrote a message to Zedra telling her where I would be, and then I went off to my stables. Kreighton, my stable master, stood when he saw me. "Queen Nera, to what do I hold the honor of seeing you today?"

"Leash up the ippos and my chariot, please." I replied emotionlessly.

He bowed once more and then did what I asked. When I went to the stable yard, I saw four magnificent black horses, snorting fire, and bucking wildly. I smiled. They were a gift from Brystine, made for me and my planet, and made so that only I and my stable master could ride them.

"Thank you, Kreighton." I tossed him a coin and climbed into the chariot and the horses took off, shooting into the starry sky.

Saturn, here I come.

BRYSTINE - EARTH

"Nera, where are you?" She growled, pacing. Of course she wasn't there. She was never there.

Brystine's hands shook and she paced some more. She needed to talk to Nera. To someone at least.

"Miss. Brystine! Miss. Brystine!" Winston's cries could be heard from even downstairs from her tower. It hung over the Pacific Ocean and gave her a beautiful veiw of the moon over the ocean.

"Winston?" She asked, cautiously. There was a sickening crunch and more rattling downstairs. Brystine took off the the staircase and towards the screaming that was echoing off the walls.

"There she is! It's her, look!" Someone yelled. Brystine turned in time to see a man carrying a foolish gun with huge green eyes. "It's her!"

"Yes, it's me. And how dare you interrupt me place of solace," she shook her head. She grabbed the shiny, silver dagger from her belt pocket and threw it at the man, killing him instantly.

She looked around. Her guards had handled most of it and it didn't seem to have too many fatalities. Then she saw his body.

Winston lay on the ground, lifeless with his eyes still open. Brystine's mouth gaped open and she screamed. She was angry.

"Who killed him?" She demanded. "Who killed Winston?"

"Miss. Brystine," one of her guards bowed quickly. "I'm sorry. He was the first to see the attack. He warned us and then that man you just killed...well, it was he, Miss. Brystine."

She shook with rage. "Then he should have died a slower, mor painful death. Winston was very useful and I had grown found of him. Take his body to be buried. Now," she demanded speaking quietly, pinching the bridge of her nose.

"Miss. Brystine?" The guard asked.

"I said now!" She screamed. Everyone scurried away and Brystine collapsed on the stairs. How many times were her humans going to attack her.

Brystine walked back upstairs. She would continue to try to contact Nera. It had been a loing day.

Sun Goddess Kayla - Currently on Mercury.
She narrowed her eyes at the guards. "I am the sun goddess and I wish to see my child." She clenched tight fists. "Go in there and tell him who I am, and then that will settle this."

They simply stared at her. She smacked them aside and walked in. They tried to hold her back, but she always swatted their hands away. She admired the halls. They were so pretty. That's when she heard speaking.

She crept silently down the halls to find people talking. She smiled. Knew them both. It had been so long. A tear rolled down her cheek. She smiled. "It's so nice to see you again."

She didn't speak to either one of them specifically. She just said it loud enough to be heard.

Kaon – Mercury

He walked along the halls of the palace with Lian, discussing the Earth transmission with her. While, as a matter of protocol, each of the planetary leaders dismissed their advisor for the duration of any discussion, there was nothing against speaking with them afterwards.

“You may want to consider everything carefully before sending the expedition to the moon. You know how volatile Brystine can be. She might think she’s getting a bad deal and…react.” Lian said.

Kaon nodded, considering what Brystine might do to her own moon to keep him off it, “Yes. She can be rather short-sighted, after all.” He snorted, imitating her voice in an uncharacteristic lack of diplomacy, “My humans have enough energy.” He laughed, “Hasn’t she listened to her people? Doesn’t she know they’re killing their own planet?”

Lian shrugged, seeming to see no benefit in encouraging him to speak about Earth’s shortcomings.

"It's so nice to see you again." The two of them looked up to see the Sun Goddess standing in the centre of the hall, bathed in the sun’s glow through the enormous windows.

The ruler of Mercury almost blushed with childish guilt – he’d been in the midst of slandering Brystine, if she’d heard him, he would have caught hell from her. He smiled, pleased to see her despite the circumstances. “Mother. It’s good to see you too. It’s been far too long.” And he was pleased to see her – while others of the ‘family’ would have resented being given such a small planet; he regarded it as a mark of prestige, given its proximity to the sun. “How have you been, mother?” He asked, trying to avoid being asked about his relations with the others – after all, lines were being drawn.

Sun Goddess Kayla - Mercury

She smiled. He had grown so much since she last saw him. She wanted to ask him all about how his life was, what he was doing lately, relationship status. She resisted though. Kids, unless they really wanted mom watching over their shoulder, wanted to grow up.

She extended his arms. She stepped forwards into a light hug. He did the same. Still something felt awkward between them. When she had released the hug she just looked at him for a minute. "You run a lovely planet." She sighed lightly. "I think that after I have finished visiting the others, I will settle here."

She smiled some more. "Does this mean you're leaving?" She nodded. She would have gladly stayed there until time itself stopped. Still, she had nine children to attend to. She was also curious to how the others were running their planet. "Yes."

There was an awkward silence in the room for a minute. Then she slowly turned around and left. The guards looked at her. "I told you." She said lightly with a wink.

Where would she go next? She had made her way to the main spaceport. Neptune was one of the first planet names that she saw. She nodded. "Neptune sounds good." She returned her eyes to directly in front of her.

She walked up to a woman behind the counter. She was a middle aged woman. She smiled. "Hello miss, do you know where you will be going today?" She nodded. "Yes, Neptune please." The woman printed a ticket, then handed it to her.

Kayla in return gave the currency to the woman. "Would you like a travel guide?" She shook her head. "I'm not going to be there long." The woman shrugged. "The next flight leaves in a few hours, go down the hallway, and take the third left."

Kayla smiled as she was walking away from the woman. She didn't show it much, but she was admiring what it was like. So different from when it all started. She walked down the hallway as the woman said. She took the left.

She found herself waiting for a few hours before the ship even boarded. When she finally got on people kept bumping her in the isles. The flight was a few hours long. When she finally arrived on Neptune she could hardly stand.

She was glad to walk. She found a building that looked somewhat like a palace. She was again stopped by some palace guards at the door. She shoved them aside and walked in. "Where are you my child?" She called into the surprisingly empty halls.
All I can hear; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". Even those tears; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". No one's frightened of playing it. Everyone's saying it. Flowing more freely than wine. All through your life; "I me mine".

Krissy - Neptune

Krissy heard her mother's calls. She clambered out of bed, closing her book that had been generously given to her by Brystine. She opened the door and walked out into the hall. There was her mother, standing in the hall, literaly glowing. She was washed in a warmth that she hadn't felt for years. And a year on Neptune was much longer than all the planets, with the exception of Pluto.

She smiled. "Hello Mother, what brings you out this far?"

*Nera-Pluto*

About halfway to Saturn, my portable looking glass started to glow. I frowned and touched it. Kreighton was on the other side, and he was looking very frightened.

"My queen, you must come home!"

I scowled. "Why?"

"Our planet is being attacked by the Adromea galaxy!" He screamed as an explosion went off.

I swore, and turned the ippos around. Zedra, the girl whom I had thought was my friend, had betrayed me, saying my mother was there, knowing that I would run away, and I was as guilty as she was. I ran without even looking to see what was happening. I had failed my people.

As I went back to my planet, I sent out an urgent message to everyone, telling them what was happening. Our galaxy may very well be going to war.
We're all a bit mad...

**Right, I was getting so confused but I think I get it now. The sun goddess is the mother of all of the rulers, kind of. I think. Ugh.**

Kronos - Saturn

Kronos, Arabella and Anton were waiting for Nera. He had decided against a welcome feast - if she didn't want to see their Mother then she probably wouldn't want to draw too much attention to her arrival on Saturn.

Anton turned to face his lord.
"Shouldn't she nearly be here? The ippos is fast."
Kronos shook his head minutely and continued to stare at the dark sky, only his eyes moved; flickering back and forth as though trying to discern some secret from the stars.

Eventually, a retainer came running towards them - his dark purple hair streaming out behind his body.

"Sire, there is a message for you. It's from Nera. She turned around."

Kronos raised an eyebrow.

"Why would she do that?"

"She says ... she says that Pluto is under attack from the Andromea galaxy. Sire, she says that we might all be at war."

Kronos turned quickly and began to run to his chamber, he rapidly issued orders to his two cheifs as he ran.

"Anton - gather all the troops you can, from all cities and villages. Tell them to be ready, we might be at war. But on no account are we going to storm out there without anymore information, we are just going to be prepared. Arabella - talk to the war strategists about this. Find out what our chances might be and how we may prevail."

Both of them nodded and began to run towards their respective carriages. Before she got in, Arabella turned to Kronos.

"What are you going to do?"

He grimaced. "I shall contact my brothers and sisters. This is a time we may have to come together. Although I'm not sure if I trust some of them - or if they trust me."
"It is curious how often you humans manage to obtain that which you do not want."

-Spock.
