Okay, this is getting seriously off-topic. Let's leave the puns here and we can start discussing other stuff. Nobody's mentioned the HQ!

Looks disgusting from outside - an old abandoned barn/warehouse. Inside, it isn't very high tech (we are teens after all) but it has some pretty modern technology. Painted all white with maps around the walls showing where we've fought/wonlost battles. Big table round the middle, comfy chairs and a good library on useful books.

I'd say scrap the library, since we don't have the resources, but the map idea is pretty good. We can't have too much technology, either. Where will we get it from? I think the idea of a big table and sofas is good, though, and of course it has to look terrible from the outside. What kind of technology are you talking about though, Aqua?

The HQ is important, because it's where we're going to start from. Everyone's in there discussing the team name. Villains, it's up to you how and when you come in.

A laptop or two? Not big, just a couple of basics that you would need.

How about in the middle of a junk yard? And it was built near an old aircraft hanger, which they have as there HQ. This way they could salvage old computers and things to use for the base and fighting.

Or maybe they have like some rich, retired, old superhero who let them use his old base, and gives them high tech stuff to use.

Haha, when I think of an old superhero I think of a balding guy, still trying to squeeze into the leotard he wore thirty years ago, despite him being overweight. Odd, I know, but it's kinda inspired by Mermaid Man from Spongebob, haha. I'm a dork.

Baddies get no base; there're only two of you. You're kinda out on a limb, since I didn't anticipate there were going to be any villains. And no old superheroes! Way too clichéd for my liking. I think an abandoned warehouse might be best, and just one or two laptops? Maybe everyone has pagers too, just those ones that beep when you receive a message.
