She sat across the room staring at him. Her unforgettable blue eyes roamed his body. He was quite good looking for someone who she was going to kill.
Her eyes saddened a little but quickly hardened up as she made her way towards the man.

He was solidly built, quite muscular and had dark brown hair with matching eyes that captured her attention. His lips so kissable.

She moved into the chair opposite him and smiled as she took his drink and downed it.
Her eyes met his and she gave him a seductive smile.
"Another round?" she purred

(sorry not a big start but something to get the ball rolling :) don't forget you can still join in even now but you must put in your part of the story along with your profile. Happy killing.)

Charles Havendish

Charles examined the test tubes with a satisfied smile. There was an odd dark murky growth suspended in the broth. After all this time, they were finally a step closer to figuring out what sort of biological warfare these nutcases had been using.

He was just cleaning up in the lab. It was nearly midnight; he'd had a full day, but he didn't mind. He enjoyed his job.

Suddenly the doctor frowned. Was there someone in the building? He thought he'd heard a soft thump from the hall...

He poked his head out the door. There was nothing out there, just neat tiled floors and darkness. Probably just the cleaning crew...

Still, there was something sinister about the overly-stealthy sound. He strained his eyes, looking for a silhouette...

((that can be anyone.))

Max ~~~

"Hi there!" Max chirped at the guard, her attire was that of a maid.

"I thought ya'll got done at ten," The guard commented in a southern accent. He was a big bulky man, the guard, he could tower over Max if he stood up. He made the swivel chair he sat upon look like a child's toy.

"Nope! I got to go do the things the others missed," Max began to walk back towards the elevator.

"I need your ID," The guard pulled out a clipboard.

The guard was on the ground in three seconds flat, his mouth gasping like a fish outta water. Max was handcuffing the oaf to the front desk police style, thinking of how she had shut off the security system before even stepping into the building.

"No talking and if police ask, I was a big scary ogre man from hell to save you the trouble of explaining how you were defeated by a girl two feet shorted than you." Max grinned then made the guard pass out by one of his pressure points.

"So, Dr.Havendish is what level?" Max shed her dull maid clothing while she sauntered over the the elevator, revealing the skin tight cat suit that captivated her curves.
She disabled the elevator then climbed into one of the air vents, no escaping for this doc.

She dropped in behind one of the doctor's expieriments.

"Maid service Gingy!" Max made her appearance known to the doctor.

Thump. "Maid service, Gingy!"

The doctor spun around, eyes wide. There was a woman with long auburn hair standing in the room, green eyes flashing wickedly above a predatory grin. She was wearing a catsuit.

Oh no... Charles tensed, doing a fairly good job of keeping his outward appearance calm. "I don't know who hired you," he said slowly, taking a step backwards out the door, "but you can't take any of this stuff, you can't. Some of these microbes-"

"I'm not here for your research, Doc," she said smoothly, taking a step towards him. Her grin was a little crooked. Almost playful. "I'm here for you."

Charles had heard enough. He spun around and took off full-pelt down the hall towards the stairs.

Max~~

So this guy wanted a chase eh? Max took off after him, she was only twisted during a chase. The thrill was all that mattered during a chase, Max thought od nothing but the chase. The hall was long but Max soon caught up to him, he looked a bit fringed different from the earlier, more calm composure. I lied, Max hadn't quite caught up to him for he had already punched the elevator button which opened automatically, then almost shut as he slammed onto the close button. Max had already slid in smiling at her prey.

The elevator didn't move, Max's smile faded into annoyance.

"Ef-m-el," She whispered then attempted to press the open button, the doctor looked at her confused.

"Arre you going to kill me?" The doctor backed up.

"Of course sweety!" Max stepped closer then put her finger on his lips and with a whisper she finished, "Later." The more humane Max then disappeared through the elevators loose ceiling, leaving the flabbergasted ginger behind.

"Are you going to kill me?"

"Of course sweetie!" Charles shivered slightly when the killer touched him. His back was to the wall. Fear like nothing he'd ever felt before coursed through him as he tensed, readying himself for a fight.

"Later." The woman swung herself up and through the trapdoor in the elevator's ceiling.

I've got to get out of here. He punched the open button again though he knew it would do no good. He was trapped, trapped like a steer in a slaughter house...

"Get it together," he murmured to himself. The way Dr. Havendish saw it, he had three options. He could either try to open the door again (which seemed pointless), wait for the woman to come back and fight her tooth and nail, or follow her out the ceiling.

It would be pretty easy for her to chunk me off into the elevator shaft if I followed her up there. Maybe his best bet would be to wait and try to get some answers out of this person. He didn't like to think of his chances against her. If she'd been able to break into the building and get past the guard, she had to know what she was doing.

He stepped to the side of the opening, waiting for her return.

Gabrielle Dawson.

I was dressing in a black minidress and black tights and boots. My whole apartment seemed suitable for a kill. It was dark, with only a small glint of light that penetrated the thick dark curtains. I've never liked light, because it's just a time before the night falls again and everything within me came to life. I've always liveed in the dark, hiding during the day, and going out at night, looking for someone else to kill.
I decided to go to the samll cafe that was still open in the street across me. I sat in one of the tables that were outside and stared at the shining moon, but I was interrupted by a voice and that angered me.

Max~~

Max decided to leave the poor chap in the elevator shaft for the night, he would find his way out or the early morning shift of people would find him. The girl crawled back downstiars then unhooked the still dozing guy to prop him up in his chair again, just a bad dream and a crazy doctor.
Max found her way out, the normal way, then slid behind the wheel of her black mercedes. The girl revved it up then sped off towards the town, noticing a familar person on the side. Max parked the car then shoved on a pair of jeans and a low cut v-neck.

"Well look here, if it isn't my favorite young killer," Max sat across from Gabrielle.

"What are you doing here?" Her question made the air cold.

~~~~
Name: Jude Petrige
Age: 20
Gender: Male
History: Twin brother of Max, she doesn't know that he is still alive. He is currently interning as Doctor Havendish's assistant. He also thinks Ma is dead.
Description: Short-ish auburn hair and piercing green eyes. He has tan skin.
other:up for love i suppose.
Jude~~
Jude looked at his watch, the work crew arrived to unscramble whatever messed up the elevator at 7 o clock am. The elevator now decended to the bottom floor, binging as it went. It finally opened to reveal the bug eyed Charles.
"Doctor!" Jude exclaimed then went to help the Doctor up, "What happened!?"
Gabrielle
"What are you doing here?" She asked Max in a cold tone.
"Oh, nothing, will you try to kill me? She said mockingly with a half smile on her face.
Max. Gabrielle thought, not the person she wanted to see today, but not the worst either.
"YOu are never doing nothing" Gabrielle said slowly
"Killing"
"killing who?" she asked smiling. "The poor doctor that leaves in my building" Gabrielle laughed, looking at her in disgust. "you really have nothing to do, Max" She continued. But she stopped to take a sip from her late and take a look at at Max.
"do you think?" Max said, looking at Gabrielle with piercing eyes.
"oh, Max" Gabrielle said, still with some raminings of laughter.
The doctor looked up at Jude in a daze, allowing himself to be helped up. "She's going to kill me," he said blankly.
Jude looked concerned. "Doctor...?"
"NO, you listen to me." Charles took Jude by both arms. "The girl, she appeared in the lab, out of nowhere, past security and the guards, and she's going to kill me. She screwed with the elevator, I know it."
His intern laughed nervously and carefully extracted himself from the frazzled doctor's grip. "Okay, I see what happened. You got stuck in the elevator and had a bad dream. Right?"
Dr. Havendish's expression became a bit more uncertain. "A... a dream? Yes, I suppose... that does make a bit more sense."
She flashed him another smile as they drank together. He was playing hard to get but she knew he would eventually be hers.
Her hand brushed over his thigh as she leaned towards him and whispered in his ear, "I'll see you another time."
And with that she was gone.
She had established a connection, that was her first objective. It wouldn't be long before he got his goodnight kiss.
Her phone rang. It was someone from the group of killers they had formed so carefully. She must answer and update her status.
"Hello."
(someone can be the person on the phone if they want)
Max~~
"True life," Max smiled back at her old aquantince of sorts, "What have you been up to?"
Max wouldn't reveal the fact that she was being payed to kill the poor doctor, why? Because she would most likely have her own head on the line.
"Bored out of my mind," Gabs sipped the frothy liquid again.
Max changed her mind, it would be funner if another familar face was in the mix.
"Here," Max slid a napkin with a scribbled number on it across the table, "Call him, he gave me the hit."
She grabbed the number but was unsure about what she should do with it. She looked at Max with a mischievous smile on her face.
"This is not you, Max" She said."You're giving me the number'!"
"Yeah"
"Will I get paid?" Gabrielle asked with dibelief in her voice. The Max she knew never did this, but killing was fun with or without money in han so it would be like a game, a deadly game. She laughed when she thought about that and looked carefully at the number.
"Gabs, you are one of the few sane people in this work who would kill for fun" Max said.
Gabrielle smiled and thought about it. Aftera ll this time, Max actaully remmebered her. It would be fun just scaring someone to deth and then watching the blood spill.
"Yeah, you're right." she said pursing her lips to fight a smile. she diald the number and waited until there was a voice in the other end.
The biologist wasn't quite convinced. "But... it wasn't like a dream. I mean, she was so... she looked sort of like you, actually!" He was trying to calm himself down, but he was still shaking pretty badly.
Jude exchanged a glance with one of the maintenance guys who'd helped fix the elevator. The man shrugged and twirled his finger in a circle by the side of his head. As far as he was concerned, Havendish had cracked.
"I'm not crazy," Charles snapped, "I'm not. I'm not!"
"I'm sure you aren't," Jude said soothingly, taking him by the arm. "Look, you've had a rough night. Maybe you should go home and lie down."
The doctor shook his head vigorously. "I'm so close to a breakthrough," he murmured. "I can't go home, we've almost figured out what they're using-"
"Doctor. You need to get some rest. You're no good to anyone like this." The intern was surprised at the firmness of his own voice.
"Let go of my arm, I'm going back to the lab," Charles said with a frown. "She'd want this to interfere with my work."
Jude~~
Like me?
That echoed throughout Jude's mind for the rest of the early morning. Maybe the Doctor really didn't like him after all, they say that dreams reveal one's inner most self.
"Feeling a bit better Doctor?" Jude set the coffee near Havendish.
"A bit- I know it was real though!" He sipped the coffee then went straght back to work.
"Sir?"
"Mhmm?" Havendish didn't look up.
"Have I ever told you that I had a twin sister?" Jude's back was facing the Doctor. Jude's scar was pulsing throughout his clothes.
"What?"
"Oh nothing," Jude walked out of the lab but was stopped by the doctor's voice again.
"I think I will go home, I can't focus," Havendish commented.
"That would be good for you Doctor."
*sorry!!! I'm busy!!**
