The first think I noticed are the bright, vibrant colors. They're great; it's very eye catching how you used contrasting colors in your artwork-- it draws the viewers attention right away.
The mouth is expertly done. It's very 3-d looking, which is hard to do in a drawing.
If you plan on making any changes, I'd suggest you rework the eye. Putting in some black, or another dark color would make it contrast more with the face, and thus stand out. Also, I think the background would look even better if it were more of a solid color. The dots are a bit distracting.

I think this drawing is really cool! The eye is amazing because it's like, HUGE! So pretty, and the whole face is so distinct and detailed. It looks like it needed a lot of skill to draw. Keep it up, it's REALLY awesome.
