"I said nothing, ok? I accept that from you when you tell me nothing is wrong and I know something is. Just accept it from me this once, please." She said looking at him.
"Alright. But I don't like it." HE replied backing away from the house. She watched it disappear behind them and tears pricked her eyes. She loved that house, it's where her baby was concived, where she fell in love all over again.
Sterling saw past all the shielding she put up. He stopped the truck and turned off the engine. His hand cupped her chin, he knew leaving the house was upsetting her. He knew he had lied the entire time... So he thought he could make up for it.
"I know how much this house means to you." he said to her, not smiling but not frowning. "So... Let's buy it."

"It's to far away from your work. It wouldn't make sense. Plus, what would we do with the other house?" She said looking at him. She loved the idea, but she wanted him happy.
"It's not to far away, only twenty minutes, it was a ten minute drive from the other house, so only ten more minutes, it's not to bad." He replied with a shrug.
"What about the other house?" She asked.
"We can sell it." He replied with a shrug.
"I thought it was a time share house?" She repleid.
"It is." He replied. "But I know the owner, I'm pretty sure I can convince him to sell it to me."
"But...." She took a deep breath, she wanted to live here for good. She really did, but she wanted him to be happy more so. "You would do that? Do we have that kind of money?"
"You would do that? Do we have that kind of money?" she asked.
Sterling's response was a snort as he got out of the truck and picked up the heaviest bag and put it over his shoulder like it weighed nothing. He tried not to think about what he was doing, he was going soft and it was killing him.
"Sterling..." she asked.
He tossed the bag back into the house. "Yeah?" he asked, not looking at her yet.
"There's no extra room." she said, in a whisper.
He turned to look at her and shrugged. "I'll get someone on it ASAP. Don't worry, Lina they'll be plenty of room." he said. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have some strings to pull." he winked at her before he left.

Caralina watched as he pulled out his cell phone and dialed a number. She bit her lower lip as she watched him for a little bit then carried the rest of the stuff inside. He hadn't looked at her til the end of that conversation. Why couldn't she just read his mind? Why couldn't she know what he was thinking, or why he was acting like he was? She took a deep breath, she was going to borrow trouble by worrying, right now.
"Worse comes to worse I'll fix that old truck up and disappear." She said to herself as she put the suitcases away.
"Thank you." Caralina smiled. "You didn't have to."
"Yes I did." He replied walking over to the kitchen sink and getting some water. She watched him, what had he meant by that.
"Thanks anyways. So you won't mind the extra driving though?" She asked a little worried still. She didn't want him to have done something he didn't want to do.
Sterling didn't want to pack up the house, he was guy and there for LAZY. He smiled inwardly to himself. His sense of humor was really starting to bother him. They got into the truck and he rolled down the windows so that the warm breeze could flow in. He backed out of the driveway and drove down the road.

***YOu had said his ex was a bitch a while back. ***
Caralina closed her eyes as they drove to the other house. When they got there he dropped her off and then went to get packing boxes while she went inside and packed his close in suitcases along with her's. She heard him come back in as she was unmaking the bed.
"Here we go." He said setting up the boxes.
"Can you finish up the clothes and towels and all while I get the kitchen stuff?" She asked standing up and rubbing the small of her back.
Sterling looked at her, a wave of concern crashed over him as he looked at. "You OK?" he asked. "The movers will be here soon and we won't have to worry about it anymore."
"I'm fine." she nodded, not looking at him. Damn it.
"Alright, don't hurt yourself." he said as he left the room.

***hahahaha, ya. We can not do that if you want. So for now I'll do another twister. She's fine, And she'll wake up. ***
"I won't." She rpelied walking to the kitchen and getting all the things that were in the bottom cabnits. Then she clibed up on the cabnets and started getting the rest of it. She reached for the top shelf and felt herself start to fall back. "SNAP!" She yelled as she fell back hitting the floor hard.
