Wow. I never even heard of the first two, though the name McMahon is a little familiar. But really, I never heard any of them died.
There once was a cat.
He wasn’t particularly fat.
Fuzzy was his favorite mat.

Everyone knows who Ed McMahon is, although you may not know it. He's the guy who was Johnny Carson's #2, and he also was the Publisher's Clearinghouse guy (the one with the giant check).
