*That was the plan.*

Kyre Ladesh (Sin)-

Sin clenched his hands in fists, just as he was about to jump the other boy, there was shouting from down the hall. Turning, he saw the thug from early come barelling around the corner, but he wasn't alone. Apperantly thug number one had called in reinforcements.

Rolling his eyes, Sin glanced around him. Above was an old sprinkler that had survived the explosion. Smirking, he lifted his hand in the air. "Sorry dude." He told the other boy. "Looks like we'll have to put this fight on hold for now." He sent a jolt of lightning into the sprinkler, setting off the entire system.

People shouted in surprise, whirling he pointed at the thugs sending the water in a jet towards them. The thugs barely had time to shout before the water spout sent them sprawling down the hall. Laughing, Sin shook his head and ran out the door.

But froze when he got outside. The building was surrounded by Ladesh thugs. "Oh, for the love of..." Sin cursed. "I know my dad likes to overdo things but this is just ridiculous."

Haha of course it's okay Moo ^^ I'll assume they knew each other and were friends :) I hope it's okay that he was under the freezer for two days, because that's how long Nye was out for

Niume (Nye)-

I grunted as I lifted the large piece of concrete from my lower body. It was a bit of a challenge, but I got it and sat up. As I pushed it to the side, I heard an alarmed meow. My head snapped towards it and lying on top of the concrete, looking a bit shaken-up, was a calico cat that looked young, about a year and a half old, at the most. I picked her up with a chuckle.

"Sorry about that," I said to her. She squirmed in my arms. Her white-clawed paws flailed determinedly in the air and in her green eyes I could see that she was as wild and untamed and free as a river. River... "Haha sure, that works," I told myself. "I'll call you Rio."

Rio looked at me when she heard her new name. She immediately calmed down and a soft purr radiated from her throat. I smiled at her and poked her dark brown nose. She wiggled it curiously. I laughed. It felt good to laugh again.

Calico cats had always been my favorite. Rio had an orange patch over her right eye and a black one over her left. Her ears were brown and black and the rest of her back and her tail was a combination of the three colors with spots of white from her legs and belly peeking through here and there. The toes of her left fore paw were brown and half of her right front leg was black. She was quite a treat for the eyes.

I gently pinched her nose again and stood up. As I looked at the remains of the orphanage, a great sadness overcame me. I walked towards it and, when I realized there were no signs of life, turned to leave again, when I heard a grunt and a rustle behind me.

I stared towards the sound curiously. It was coming from where the orphanage's kitchen used to stand. The freezer had toppled over and oddly enough, it was moving! I walked towards it swiftly and peered under it. Unfortunately, the door was open and whatever was moving it was completely hidden. It wasn't until I heard a mournful plea that I moved with great haste to get it off.

"Help...!"

I'd know that voice anywhere. Isaac. I could never mistake the voice of one of my best friends for anyone else's.

"Isaac! Push it! Push it off!" I cried to him as I grasped the bottom and prepared to lift.

"Nye...?!? Okay! I'm ready!" His response was muffled, but clearly audible.

At the same time, we used all our strength and the freezer came off. When I saw him there on the ground, I gasped.

"Oh my gosh... Isaac!" I whispered loudly.

His nearly white eyes looked at me. His ghastly white face was desperately trying to show gratefulness, but he looked too stricken. His hair, too, had turned almost white.

"Oh, Isaac. what happened?" I asked sympathetically.

"When it blew up...it fell...and it crushed me..." He still sounded shaken up, but I could tell he was getting better.

I helped him to his feet. He was a little unsteady, but he wasn't falling over. I draped his arm over my shoulder and held him up by his waist. His skin was freezing, and didn't take long to start burning my own flesh, but I didn't let him go. "It's alright," I told him reassuringly. "We'll find a place to stay and then you'll be all better." I smiled and he smiled back, like he was happy to get some hope restored. "C'mon, Rio!" I called over my shoulder. My new companion happily followed us.

"Rio?" Isaac asked.

I nodded happily. We made our way towards a building that was miraculously still standing. People were fleeing from it, some of them dripping wet. Isaac and I looked at each other curiously, but continued walking. It was, undoubtedly, the best shelter we were going to find.

Raven~

A power outage happen and the crowd ran in fear. I looked just in time to see one of the people in the fight shooting lightning and realize he was just like us. I looked at Gale she noded as if she understood but went to walk away.

"No wait we have to help him!!!" i cried.

"No if their after him it is for a good rason for all we know he could be just as bad," my sister Gale said in a seriouse tone. I felt like he was diffrent in a way and did what i thought was best. I ran after him to try and help, Gale of course followed being how over protective she was of me. Then from the side of me I say a fist coming towards me and i shut my eyes. When i opened them i saw a shadow figment barrie between me and the thug.

"TOUCH MY SISTER AND YOUR DEAD MEAT!!!!" Gale yelled. She then what she calls shadow traveled and went into the ground and used her shadow to come behind the thug and shodow blast him to wear he slamed against the barrier and fainted. Lucky Charolett (I forgot how to spell you name) was holding the flashlight so that Gale would have shadows to use.

"Thanks...ops sorry." i said smiling.

"YOU IDIOT DO YOU WANT TO GET YOUR SELF KILL!!!!" Gale yelled though she usually always is nagging and yelling at me so its just her usual tone with me. I then ran to the kid to try to aid him....

Kale Midway

Kale's eyes narrowed ever so slightly at the tiny bolt of electricity that arced for a fraction of a second between Sin's fingers and the sprinklers, setting them all off. So...he's like me. Alright, for the time being, I think I'd better keep him alive. Which means...ugh. I'm going to have to help him now. At least I'll be fighting Ladesh's people anyway.

Glancing out a window, Kale let out an exasperated sigh. Why, why did Ladesh have to send that many people? It wasn't that Kale was at all worried about being killed, nothing could hit him, after all. But this was going to be such a chore.

He phased through a wall, concentrating hard now on keeping his powers under control, and locked his arms around the thug in a judo grip. He flung himself forward, using his weight to bring the man down with him, and then the two of them slammed into the ground. Or rather, the thug slammed into the ground, and Kale went straight through it, before phasing himself back up through it a few paces away.

Kale looked at the unconscious man sprawled out on the ground and nodded to himself. He searched him for weapons, and stood with a taser in his hand. I'm guessing Ladesh wants his son brought in alive, then...Well, the last thing I want is that bastard having someone like me at his disposal. Just hope his power makes him immune to electricity.

He kept the weapon raised in front of him and moved forward towards where Sin was, on his guard at all times, the way he'd been raised to be. He caught a flicker of movement out of the corner of his eye, and immediately phased. A moment later, a pair of taser darts went through him. He stepped so the wires no longer touched where he was, and then forced his density back to normal. He fired his own taser, hitting the stunned criminal right in the chest with it and sending him reeling into a dumpster. Running past the man, Kale began looking for Sin, needing to make sure none of the criminals had got to him yet.

Isaac

I felt... weird. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but something was different. The way Rye had gasped at me when I emerged from under the freezer only reinforced the feeling. As my knees seemed to solidify again and felt strong enough to hold me up, I pulled my arm away from Rye's shoulder.

Again, something was amiss.

Her skin felt as though it were on fire to me. It was not her embrace that made me feel like that, but just the sheer heat of it. It made me feel woozy and uncomfortable.

"Rye, are you feeling okay?" I asked her, as we made for the building. Several more men fled from it. We slowed to a cautious pace.

"I'm fine," she replied, eyeing me with worry on her face.

"Your skin feels really warm. I thought you might have a temperature or something," I shrugged my left shoulder.

Her eyes dropped to my bare arms. I gasped, my skin was ghostly white. "Isaac... you're just really cold I think."

I raised my eyes from my snowy skin again to meet hers. "I don't feel cold."

She bit the inside of her lip. "We should maybe take you to a doctor or something..."

It was then that I zoned away from what she was saying, instead catching the image of a ghostly figure reflected in a small puddle. Almost white hair, icy pale blue eyes, and the skin of a person who had never seen the sun. The only reason I knew that the person was me, was because I was the only one staring into the surface of the puddle.

"Rye... what happened to me?" I stuttered, raising my hand to ruffle my white hair. The image of the boy in the puddle mimicked. It [i]must]/i] be me under there...

"I don't know Isaac," she whispered back in a small voice.

My jaw clenched as I looked up towards the building. "I have to find out what happened. Maybe someone inside will know."

I left the pool of water behind me, striding towards the sunken building. What I did not expect to see, was the remains of a fight scattered across the room. Several guys lay slumped among smashed furniture and against cracked walls.

My eyes diverted from the scene to a figure standing some distance away.

"Hey, you!" I yelled to them, my words ringing off the concrete walls. "What happened here?"

*the person can be anyone who wants to jump in ;)*

*Oh yeah I was right!

Gale~

I didn't see the point of getting into a fight but then Raven took off and I had no choice to follow.

The guys were all normal they only had a tazer. I jumped around and tried my best to fight them, those gymnastic lessons finally paid off I tought to myself. Some thug manage to punch me in the face sending me flying into a wall, I quickly jumped into the close shadow. I loved the way the darkness takes over me creating a sense of peace, darkness, and the icey touch that it leaves. I poped out just in time to have some guy go through me. I shrudderd as he went through it felt so weird.

I almost got a kick to the head when a lighting bolt came out of nowhere and knocked him out. I looked over to see that kid looking at me confused, Raven was talking to him while Max stood by her.

"Hey!" Some one called as I almost got hit. "What's going on?" he asked.

"Complacted to say. . ." I replied while glancing at him. "But apprentley your like us." I noted as I sliped into a shadow only to pop out and hit a guy behinde the boy. "What's your name?"

"Isaac." he called as he helped me find off another guy.

"I'm Gale."

Alex didn't really know what was going on, but he didn't care. All he knew was he had a fight on his hands and he was going to enjoy every minute of it. "Come on, can't you hit me!" He yelled as a man failed at his attempts to hit him with a night stick. Dodging a blow he punched the square in the face knocking him out. "Not even a challenge."

Two more men came running at him. Alex smiled, but it soon disappeared as he was hit with a taser and his body began coursing with electricity. He grabbed the cables and an explosion irrupted from his hands disconnecting the wires. Panting Alex screamed, "That's no way to have a real fight," he paused to catch his breath, "Fine, we'll play it your way."

One of the men was on Alex and swung his night stick, but Alex raised his hand and as soon as the stick made contact he caused an explosion that blew the stick to bits. He then grabbed the stunned mans face and blew his face to hell. The other man fled in fear and Alex turned to find another opponent.

He ran into the man he wanted to fight earlier and he got his enthusiasm back. Running up he took out a man about to strike from his all enemies back and smiled, "Long time to see." He stood back to back with him, "I'll help you out this time, but you owe me."

"What do you want?" Asked the man

"A fair fight," replied Alex. "Deal?"

"Deal," said the man.

With that the two of them broke formation taking out another two henchmen.
I will always fight back, no matter what.

*Several people seem to be confused, it's been two months since the explosion*

Kyre Ladesh-

The fight was one big blur to Sin. Wind howled around him stopping the tasers from hitting him. Blue-white lightning crackled from his palms as he kicked one guy in the head, sending him spinning into another thug. He noticed several other people fighting who seemed to have abilities.

Sin gritted his teeth, as the sound of squealing tires reached his ears, the thugs had called for back up. This fight could last forever, and unfortunately most of the people with powers would quickly run out of strength, and pass out. Apperantly his father was determined to make the city his own personal kingdom, and people with powers could give him that.

Snarling, Sin fisted his hands and sent lightning ripping across the street, it hit the lead car head on and sent it spinning through the air, there was a thump and then it exploded.

He glanced around, searching for an escape route, the only one that came to mind was the sewer entrance in the alley. Grimacing, Sin flicked his wrist, electric light sent the metal lid spinning through a group of thugs. "Hey!" He shouted to the other kids and pointed to the entrance.

*try and make sure they aren't followed.*

(Got it)

Alex looked as more men began showing up. He both cursed and laughed at the same time, "More and more men to fight. Man I love it here."

"Hey, over here!" He heard the man call. He was pointing at a sewage pipe hole. Alex thought a moment, should he abandon the fight of his life, or escape. His question was answered for him when six more vehicles came blaring down the street. Sighing he help get people down the hole.

Soon, only him and the man were outside, "Get it."

"What, I have to seal it." stated the man.

"What's your name?" Asked Alex.

"They call me Sin."

"Sine, get down the bloody hole or I'll beat you into next Tuesday. I've got it covered."

Nodding Sin jumped down the hole. Alex put his hand on one of the two walls to the alleyway. Focusing everything he let out a huge detonation then shock the whole wall down. Alex quickly leaped down the hole which was soon covered in debris.
I will always fight back, no matter what.

Raven~

Every thing went black after the final rock cover the hole. We all just stood in the darkness for a second or two and then Gale turned her flashlight on.

"Well I am Raven, nice to meet all of ya," I happily told everybody. Everybody just gave me a blank kind of stare like was I serious but all happy people get use to that feeling.
I then say some people had hurt them selfs during all of what just happened and started going around and healing everyone.
