World's End-

plot- The explosion ripped through the entire city centre, destroying everything and everyone in its wake. The city is shattered beyond repair, there is no way out of the city. Cut off from the outside world by a government quarantine, with no one to help them, no one to save them, fear is the one constant.

But out of the ruins arise people who survived the blast, who now have powers. Were they the cause of the explosion? Why did they survive when thousands didn't? They should be dead. They are the world's only hope. If they can't stop the unleashed destruction, if they can't learn what caused the explosion, we're all better off dead.

People think they have the power to change things. But they don't know if they can, or even if they want to. This is the way the world ends.

(loosely based on the video game infamous)

personality- Reckless, competetive, and hot tempered. Experience has taught him to keep a cool head and a check on his temper. Sin doesn't really care what happens to the world, but is fiercely loyal to those friends he has. He's the type to dance to the beat of his own drum, and resents the fact that someone is trying to manipulate him. More will be revealed with time.

history- The son of the city's top crime lord, Sin was supposed to go into the family business, rebelling against his father, he ran away from home and has been bunking at a friend's house until he finishes school. He was arguing with some of his fathers minions, when the blast hit.

When he came too, the surrounding area was in ruins, and the other guys had been torn apart from the blast. Sin got away from the blast zone as fast as he could. Not long afterward he discovered his powers.

power- Kyre discovered he had complete control of storm, wind, water, lightning, and all that. Until he gains better control of his abilities, modern technology will either malfunction, or blow up around him. Due to his electrical powers.

other- up for love, when his father discovers his powers he is determined to exploit them.

appearance- A very lovely lass qith bright green eyes and and porcelein skin. She has a light cover of freckles across her nose, she has auburn hair and a perfet smile which she seems to flash alot.
She is also quite petite.

personality- Her smile can melt the coldest of hearts but can also revel more about herself. She is very readable and quick to jump to conclusions. She is the opposite of patient and will just "jump in."

history- SHe had graduated and was planning to attend Savannah College of Art and Design. Her father was a buisnessmen and she always found that quite boring, she always seemed to doodle on most anything. Her father disowned her when she didn't get accepted into buisness school so her grandfather payed for her intuition to go instead. She is quite close to him and her older twin sister.

power- Her "doodles" come to life!

Age~ she barely turned 17 (on the day of the explosion)

Gender~ female

Appearance~ Short straight black hair (like a bob style) and deathly pale skin. Her eyes are bright almost lime green, and she has a sly grin that makes her seem up to something.

Personality~She may seem all dark and gloom. But really she just wants to keep her sister and her safe. She feels that her sister is dumb and that there isn't always a bright side to things. But will try to make her happy she wants to belive that the world can be better but has a hard time actually admitting it. She's the one that fights to protect her and her sister.

History~ She came from a rich family, that as a family joke names all of there children after a type of bird. Gale and Raven where the babies of the family. Raven was always the happy preppy child while Gale was dark and emo, but they always got along and can't live with out each other. On the day of the explosion it wa there birthday and after there party and everything they were in Gale's room when the actual explsion hit, they were thrown from the second story and landed in what use to be the family rose garden, Gale was on the brink of death, and Raven didn't have a scratch on her. Raven barley touched Gale and she noticed she was getting better. Every since then they have been on there own, everything they knew was gone and they had to go from being pampered to being street urchins. Which wasn't so bad for Gale but the wrost thing ever for Raven.

Power~she can create this shadow beam, and control the shadows around her. She can travel through shadows (this is very tring) and use them as a sheild and can trap people in them for a short period of time. The more she uses her powers the more she wants to destory everything.


Other~up for love, has a dog (black lab) in the explsion it's eyes turned purple and it can sniff people's powers (if the power is so strong it'll get scared) named Max

personality- very sweet and nice likes to encourage people that anything is possible and always looks on the bright side of things cares for her sister very much and never takes anything her sister tells her to heart she doesn't like to fight but if anything was to happen to gale that person would be in for a beat down.

history- see chinchillagirl raven is the younger twin sister of nightingale

power- after the explosion she woke up without a single scratch on her her body is able to regenerate her to the condition of her body before the explosion (which was healthy and fit) the pain of wounds are reduced dramatically and they will heal quickly her powers are basically the same as claires on heros. She also can speed up other peoples cells to heal their wounds which she first finds out after finding her almost dead twin who she brings to full health. Raven dosen't like to fight and her twin Gale will fight for her but Raven does have Super strength for offense which allows her to lift cars with ease and turne walls into rebel one finger is all she needs to defeat you.

personality- Doesn't think that you should rely on other people to much, but he enjoys
company. His mood also depends on how much light he is being exposed to. He usually traps some light in himself to keep his mood from swinging a whole lot.

history- He can't remember anything about himself.

power- He can bend light but sometimes he has a hard time controling it.

Appearance- Medium length sandy blonde hair, blue-grey eyes, about 5'6", light skin - not pale, but not dark, thin

Personality- Nye is really sweet and compassionate, despite her bleak past. She wakes up to each new day with a positive attitude and hopes that it will be a good day. She's tough when she needs to be, which, in this world, is often, but she's gentle and caring as well. She doesn't like to hurt people, but enjoys a good prank or practical joke every once in awhile. She has a great sense of humor and loves to laugh and spend time with people, unless they're terribly annoying.

History- Her father was a drunk who left when Nye was a baby. To make money, her mother went into prostitution, and every day when she came home, she'd release her frustration at her screwed up life through beating her daughter. Nye's neighbor, however, who was a teacher, took pity on her, and tutored her in her spare time. Why she never just called the cops, Nye never found out. Her mother dropped her at an orphanage when she was nine and she grew up there. The moment she stepped onto the sidewalk to try to begin a new life, the explosion occured, and the orphanage was blown to smithereens. It knocked Nye a few feet into the street where she lay unconscious for two days. When she woke up, the city was in ruins and there was no signs of life anywhere.

Power- Able to make duplicates of herself and turn things to any solid of her choice (stone, steel, plastic, ice, a shoe - anything that's solid)

personality- He has two personalities. The first wants to survive and get as many other people through it as possible. He is a pragmatist. He does whatever he can to keep them alive. He is alway on his toes and never relaxes or lets anyone in. The second is a normal guy. He is very relaxed and almost lazy when he gets the chance. He isn't able to relax very often though and the first is always ready to pop out. He is always honorable, even to the people he can't stand. Very few people actually see his true personality.

history- Before the explosion he was in jail. Two years before he was being robbed and in an accident he killed the robber. He was tried in court and found guilty of murder. He went to jail, and on the day of the explosion he was still there. The explosion ripped a hole in his cell, but for a whole week after he stayed in his cell, waiting for the cops to come and move him. When no one came he eventually left and discovered his powers. He found people dying on the streets and he took them in and created a group that fights the gangs that plague the city.

gender- Male

appearance- Alex stands around 5'11 and his rather filled out nicely. His hair his thick and brown like a mop a top his head. Her wears dark clothing. His skin is tanish and he has dark blue eyes.

personality- Explosive and outgoing. He doesn't really think things through and usually says "just go for it." He doesn't think much about friends and does whatever suits him. He enjoys a good fight. he has a lot of pride.

history- Alex was an up and coming boxer. He lived for the next fight and loved combat. He was an orphan and taken in by a gym at age 8. By age 10 he was training in boxing. His 'father' Brick Valorum was know as the red devil when it came to boxing. He was the only person Alex ever looked up to. Brick lost is life in the explosion and Alex hasn't been close to anyone yet.

power- Explosions. He can cause things to explode by touching them. He combines it with his boxing skills.

Personality: Has a fiery personality. Loves music and is extremely curious. She'll bite your head off at times but once you get to know her you'll realize her anger comes from her being afraid. She likes to know what's going on and since the explosion things have been really hectic and so she's been really angry.

History: Charlotte loved to party. She loved to jut hang out with her friends and have a good time. She had an older brother who meant the world to her. She loved him more than anyone else. Her mother didn't really give a shit about her and her father constantly worked. She has hope to believe her father might still be alive because he was gone when the explosion happened.

Power: Telekinesis. Though if she's around too many objects, I would duck. She tends to lose her concentration and you never know what might go flying. (;

Name- Isaac Greenwood

Age- 18

Gender- Male

Appearance- Tall, lanky, with very fair hair that looks almost white. His eyes are very pale blue. His skin is quite pale and is freezing cold to touch.

Personality- Isaac is bold and confident, never feeling fear. He's not scared to say what he thinks even if the truth may be brutal. However he has a rarely seen softer, more gentle side. He tries to hide it because he thinks it makes him seem weak. He can be extremely reckless and has put his life in danger on many occasions.

History- Orphaned at a young age, he lived in the same orphanage as Nye did (if that's okay.) He tried to escape many times and was bitter over his parent's abandonment of him. When the blast hit, he was in the kitchen of the orphanage. The building collapsed around him and the only reason that survived was because the freezer collapsed on top of him, trapping him under it. After the blast, he lay trapped for several days, and slowly the cold of the interior of the freezer stopped affecting him. When he finally emerged, his appearance had changed completely. His hair was paler, almost white, same for his eyes and skin.

Power- He has total control over the element ice. When he clenches his left hand it freezes down to his elbow, spikes of ice erupting out his skin. He can freeze anything; from a distance or through touching it. If the air is moist enough he can freeze it too (effective in a fight; he could freeze the air in someone's throat if he wanted to) Ice also coats the bones in his left arm and fist, making those areas even colder to touch than the rest of his body. The splinters of ice that burst through his hand hurt a lot, and when he doesn't has his power activated little scars are scattered across his knuckles and palm.
