Disgusting or not Im still eating fast food.

I mean, picking your nose is disgusting. Blowing your nose is disgusting, sneezing is disgusting (especially if you dont cover your mouth).

Your mouth is usually disgusting. The dirt is disgusting. Im not going to filter the "disgusting" stuff out of my life.

Puke is disgusting. People still puke. If it doesnt horribly disable me Im fine.
You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, instead, you should read every single book to see what every book is about before you even come close to judging its viability.

It's an interesting movie but definitely not a masterpiece of cinema. I wouldn't watch it more than once because really, how much more can you get out of a documentary - especially one that has a relatively narrow focus - with repeat viewings? I wasn't that disturbed or disgusted by Spurlock's experiment. I'm still a McDonalds fan. Even the graphic, upsetting passages of Fast Food Nation haven't stopped me.

I still enjoy eating fast food... I never said anything about that.

Hmm considering I've only been on the forum a week, I'd say so.

That doesn't make sense though. The only way it can destroy your liver is if there are toxic chemicals in it, and even then you need to eat a whole lot of fast food before that happens. Livers have an amazing ability to reproduce themselves and heal, even after huge toxins. Even hepatitis doesn't destroy the liver, unless you have hepatitis C and it develops into cirrhosis. Temporarily slow it down, maybe, but livers can withstand a lot of damage. In fact, to get alcohol cirrhosis of the liver, you have to drink at least 7 glasses of alcohol per day for ten years before you get cirrhosis. (Of course, this number decreases with the use of illegal drugs, but that's another matter).

So how much toxins are exactly in this fast food? And how do we know other causes aren't to blame?

It sounds utterly ridiculous. Fast food is not healthy, but it isn't poisonous.

McChicken nuggets now use proper meat (at least, in england they do - I assume the same apples for everywhere else).
I wrote the above just for you.

In scotland they do. Hell, I've never watched the film and I never will. I like Mcdonalds. If I see that film I know for a fact it will take me a very long time to eat any type of fast food meal.

I love the new chicken nuggets.

That didn't make me stop eating it, I was more aware of course, but after reading Fast Food Nation I'm not even going to touch that food.

Oh, Snoink. About the liver, there actually is excessive chemicals in ALL fast food products, so that could be the cause.

That was a disgusting movie :P I had to watch it in my CAPP (Career And Personal Planning) class. I think it was supposed to teach us a lesson on taking care of our bodies. Anywho, I think that's anyone who makes the choice to eat at McDonald's 3 times a day, every day, isn't going to be changed by some creepy little movie.
