Do your worst! I know there are corrections to be made, but really, no matter how great an artist they are nobody can draw Tom Kaulitz perfectly, even in cartoon style.

1. Tom's eyes are slightly more almond shaped, like Bill's.
2. Your dread-locks look okay, but you only have a few strands, so it looks like he has fish-string thin hair. xD Tom's kind of explode out of his hat and scatter down his shoulders, so I would add a few more.
3. The cap of his hat is a little bit crooked.
4. I would put his hat a little further down, since it looks like he has a humongous head. xD Or, if you want, you could cock it to the side a little.
Other then that, great job!
And it's true; no artist, no matter how skilled, can contain his awesomeness on paper.
I agree that his hat is looking a bit too high; his head's looking mighty gigantic. I don't know much about how this guy looks, but men tend to have broad shoulders, and his right shoulder seems a little small. I would broaden it out a little more.
I really like how you made the copyrights follow the contours of the drawing, but that's a weird stylistic fetish of mine. Keep drawing~ c:
This drawing is pretty sweet but I agree with fragile heart on three things, the eyes, the hair and head, and the fact that his awesomeness can not be contained o paper. Since it is cartoon style, the eyes don't matter hugely. But the hair does look a little thin. Adding a little more would make it look more real. Then the head does look a little big but it also looks like the hat is just sitting on his head, not pushed down. Is that what you were going for? Anyways I still think it is awesome! -Jem
