Thanks :D
Seeing as they were enemies in the past I'll make them kinda want to kill each other first. ;)

Luke

I looked up numbly to see Sophia, Mikael and some dreaded, ugly creature stumbling behind them. Dakota and I both silently met their eyes and followed their gaze to Nye, who had thankfully stopped crying. I really didn't have any idea how to feel about her return.

Suddenly, a growl hissed out from Nye as Mikael's face flooded with recognition. I jumped, not used to hearing the snarl of a vampire escaping out her mouth.

"You!" Mikael hissed, jumping forward. I snapped out of my daydream, unsheathing my sword in a fluid movement, striking out towards Mikael's neck and stopping just as my blade touched his throat.

"Harm her, and I'll slay you," I hissed through my teeth.

Mikael stopped, smirking. I pressed the blade closer to his throat in response for a moment, eyeing him angrily, before letting my sword fall to my side. I kept a strong grip on it in case he should even think about laying a hand on her.

Dakota silently ruffled her feathers, glaring up at Nye. Her expression said it all, traitor. Suddenly, she lifted into flight without a word. I understood. She needed a second. I would quite have liked a time out from this whole mess myself.

*Dakota is flying to retrieve Nightfall and reluctantly ask for her help. She suspects something about Nye because of the way Mikael reacted towards her. (cause she caused the Iron Knights some trouble ;) Hope that's okay*

Lol thanks :) I just examine the situation and these things kinda come to me. I have an extremely vivid imagination lol.

But yeah, that sounds great :) Then Nightfall can run ahead and Daybreak can lead Ana and Peter over there, so that they may continue their journey to the elf village lol.

Nightfall-

Just before Ray left, he turned to Peter and Ana. "I will visit when I can. For now, you'd better be off."

I nodded and glanced back at the others. They looked as though they were ready to go. I caught the door when he went out. I looked once more at Peter, Ana, and Daybreak. They were watching me expectantly.

"I'll distract them. When all of the guards are out of the area, run. I'll meet you in the alley next to the pub."

Daybreak looked worried, but they all nodded. I slipped out, morphed into a lion, and took off. The angry shouts of surprised guards were heard behind me as I raced through the castle. I ran once more by the dungeon, as though giving a signal to come out when the line that was following me had gone by. I hoped and prayed they got the message. I ran in one more circle through the halls of the castle before making a break for the outside.

I ran to the forest and when I was far enough inside, changed to a domestic cat and trotted towards the alley where I gave the instructions to meet me. Sure enough, the three of them were there waiting. I morphed back and leaned against a wall to catch my breath.

"Nice," Ana said sarcastically.

I rolled my eyes. "It hasn't failed yet," I told her. "Come on. The elf village is quite a ways away. We'd better get moving."

We all managed to get out of the town without any more problems. It wasn't until we got out of the city that problems started coming.

That accursed bird found us and circled down towards us. I groaned angrily. "What does that want?" I snarled. She hopped quickly towards us. "What?" I snapped.

"Ugh...I can't believe I even considered taking this into consideration," she said miserably. "But this isn't about me. I need..." I eyed her suspiciously and raised an eyebrow. She seemed to have a lot of trouble choking out whatever it was that she needed to say to me. "I...I need... I need your help."

My eyes widened. "Oh really? Do you now? What's the trouble bird?" I asked, spitting out the diminutive name I called her by.

She growled quietly. "I fear Luke is in trouble," she said. Ana gasped. "And I can't take on this foe on my own."

A sinister smile crawled across my face. "See? Knew I had to come in handy at some point. Alright. Take me there, bird."

She growled again, but more loudly this time. "Alright, but that has got to stop. I have a name, and it isn't bird."

"Jeez, get bent. Are you not a bird?" I asked. She simply glared at me through flaming yellow eyes. I sighed, giving up. "Fine. Da-ko-ta."

She, too, sighed. "It's rude, but it's a start. Follow me."

I morphed into a saber tooth and turned to the others. "Daybreak, take them to the village. I'll meet up with you as soon as I can."

Daybreak nodded sadly and I took off through the trees behind the brown bird. It didn't take too long, running at a quick pace. Luke was in a small clearing, standing by Mikael, Sophia, and some God-forsaken creature I had never seen before. There was also a young woman, who stood in front of Luke.

I paused in the bushes for a minute to fully examine the situation.

Daybreak-

"Well, better get a move on," Ana said. "Daybreak, can you follow Nightfall's trail?"

I looked at her curiously. "Why?"

"So that we can help too, of course."

Peter stared at her. "I don't think we should be getting mixed up in whatever's wrong," he warned.

"Luke is our friend; we have to help too."

I sighed, but I realized she was right. I changed to a wolf and smelled the air in the direction my sister had gone. It didn't take long to find the trail and I trotted after it.

---

I don't know if you had some plan for Nightfall's fight, Moo, so I'll let you tackle that one ;)

Peter

Ana was just hungry for adventure, or death. Either way it would never lead us into a calm lifestyle. I sighed and went along with the group anyways. I really didn't have much other choice.

"Here." Ana said as she thrust a long cloak in my direction.

I eyed it carefully before realising what it was. "You saved their stuff." I said in amazement.

"Yeah." Ana said. "And it almost got me killed, so be careful with that."

I pulled the cloak around me and examined myself. The cloak was the only clean looking thing about me. The rest of my clothes were torn and filthy.

"What I wouldn't do for a nice change of clothes." I mumbled to myself. I found it odd I would be thinking about this now. It would seem that I should be thinking about my parents, and finally getting back to a place I could call home. Or at least worrying about Luke a little.

"I think we're almost there." Daybreak announced as we entered into a forested area.

We traveled only a little longer before we could hear muffled voices.

"Shh." Ana hushed out noisy group. "Let's hang back and watch."

Mikael

We continued the journey in silence until we reached a cross roads. Instantly i recognised Luke and that bird of his but it took me a little longer to recognise the woman they were with. At first i found her beauty captivating until i remembered where i had seen it before.
"You!" I hissed reaching for my hammer. Instantly Lukes blade was at my throat.
"Harm her and i'll slay you." I couldn't help but smile. Even with his blade this close to my throat, he didn't stand a chance. After a few moments he lowered his blade and his precious bird lept into the air and shot off into the city.
"Luke do you realise who that is? The things she has done! The people she has killed! How can you defend her?"
I have looked into the eye of the storm and stared it down. I am an adrenaline junky and i know no fear.

Sophia

The woman was so beautiful. But something evil, was around her. Hard to describe. Almost like it was now around Mikael.
Luke and Mikael were shouting at each other.
But I didn't really listen. Something in the bushed caught my attention.
It was as if, I saw a piece of an elven cloak peeking out of the bushes.
First thought: If it are elf's, they can take me back home.
Though the little voice in my head said something about I shouldn't go home just jet. I shouldn't leave my friends to hang here. And that I should be with Peter.
I ignored it.
I looked around. Nobody was watching me. Not even the disgusting troll. So I sneaked of towards the bushes.

*In case you didn't notice. The elven cloaks are Peter and Ana's.*
*Sorry its short. I'm really in a hurry right now.*

Peter

As I looked out through the bushes towards the scene before us, there was only one thing I could concentrate on. Sophia. She was safe, she was alive, and she was so close.

Suddenly she started moving towards the bushes, had she seen us? She must have, or else she would be coming this way.

I couldn't help myself anymore, I got up and ran towards her.

"Peter, no!" Ana shouted.

I couldn't listen to her though. "Sophia!" I shouted.

Sophia's face lit up when she saw me. "Peter!"

I ran and threw my arms around her, pulling her close. Before the moment could continue though, Mikael was throwing me to the ground.

"Well, well. We meet again, Peter." he said. Something about Mikael had changed since he was at the farm. He no longer put off a peaceful air. It was almost as if evil clung to him.

"Hello, Mikael." I said. "Thank you so much for keeping Sophia safe."

Ana

Peter was on the ground and Mikael was standing over him. Something had always told me never to trust the vampire. He was acting as if he would kill Peter if he had the chance.

I had to stop Daybreak and Nightfall from running at him. "Wait." I told them. "We need a plan. See the other woman over there, doesn't she remind you of Mikael?"

"Now we have two vampires on our hands?" Nightfall asked. "Well this should be fun."

"We can't just go running out there, or else we will have two vampires after us. And who knows what side the troll is on. We need a plan." I said.

Mikael

Peter! There he was, the man who had caused the shattering of my heart, and he didn't even have the decency to be dead. Suddenly he had Sophia in his arms and that was all the excuse i needed. I dropped my hammer and tackled him to the ground.
"Well, well. We meet again, Peter." I could feel his heartbeat through his chest. The pathetic, weak life running through his veins.
"Hello Mikael. Thank you so much for keeping Sophia safe." I looked at him and realised he was serious. I laughed, a deep thoaty baritone sound.
"Oh i didn't keep her safe for you. No no you foolish man." I leant forward and whispered in his ear. "I kept her alive so she could watch you die. Mr Wink, take her."
"With a beastly roar he smashed Luke over the head, sending Dakota flying. With his other hand he slung Sophia back over his shoulder. Peter began to writhe but his human strength stood no chance against my supernatural power. I hit his head and dived for my hammer before rolling into a defensive position.
"You may as well come put." I smirked staring straight at the bush. "Your heart beats gave you away."

Nightfall-

"What are you doing here??" I hissed when Daybreak and Ana ran towards me. "I told you to go to the village!!"

"Well," Daybreak started, "we were going, but..."

"We decided to help Luke instead," Ana finished.

"You decided to help Luke instead," corrected Daybreak.

"I guess it doesn't matter now. Our cover has been blown," I growled, staring straight at Peter.

Suddenly, Mikael looked up. "You may as well come out. Your heart beats gave you away."

I growled viciously. Maybe he had heard Ana and Daybreak, but I wasn't in the least bit scared or nervous. Mikael had a hammer that could easily be knocked away from him and fangs that only worked if they could get into your flesh. I had six inch long ones, monstrous claws, and all of my other teeth were razors.

This would be an easy fight. I crept around to the other side of the clearing. Ana and Daybreak, realizing my plan, stepped out slowly. I could tell they were trembling. My paws were silent as I moved until I was behind Mikael. He was standing perfectly still, and I could tell something dark was going through his mind.

"I'm not a fool, cat," he spat. "I know you're there. I knew that the reason the bird left was to get you. It only makes sense."

My anger and ferocity flared. "Good." I said quietly. "Then you should also know that it's because I wouldn't be afraid, and that I can kick your ass!"

With that, I leapt out of the bushes with an earth-shaking roar. Mikael turned around, but not quite quick enough. I latched onto his arm, my monster fangs slicing though one side of his arm and out the other. I shook my head fast, threatening to take his arm off. He bashed me over the head with his other fist, and I ripped a good chunk of skin off as I stumbled backwards clumsily.

Just as I regained my balance, a huge white wolf attacked Mikael. Much as I appreciated the help, I feared for Daybreak being out here. I had seriously underestimated the difficulty of this fight, and my skills in combat were far greater than my sister's, and now she was out here fighting him.

A savage growl tore from my throat as Mikael grabbed his hammer and swung it wildly in an attempt to hit Daybreak, though she was clinging to his back. I jumped at him again and tackled him to the ground, causing him to lose his hold on the hammer. Daybreak let go immediately.

"Go after the troll!" I shouted. "Get Sophia back!"

Daybreak nodded sharply and, with a fearsome snarl, took off after the creature. I jammed a massive paw onto Mikael's neck, pinning him down. I pushed my claws out to their full extent, and tiny rivers of his blood washed over them.

"Give up, brute?" I snarled.

"Not on your life," he growled back. "Which, by the way, will be over, soon enough."

My green and yellow eyes narrowed harshly and I pushed my paw harder against his throat. "I bet you'd like that, wouldn't you? Don't count on it. In fact," I hissed in his ear, "of all the necks in this area, the one you should be worrying about is your own."

Having said that, I shoved my paw as hard and as far against his neck that the ground would let me go, and I dug my claws in until they disappeared entirely into his skin.

He merely smirked.

Don't worry folks! He's not dead! Lol. That was fun. Please pardon the profanity ;)

"You foolish mongrel." I smirked. "That won't kill me and you know it. I don't breathe, i don't sleep and i don't eat. I could hunt you for all of eternity. The only way you can leave this clearing with complete peice of mind is to decapitate me and thats not going to happen."
"And why not?" She growled digging her claw deeper.
"Because as powerful as you think you are you don't stand a chance. Not only am i as strong and fast as a vampire, i trained for years a knight. With every drop of blood i get i will become stronger than before, and if i were you i would call you sibling back. Mr Wink is the last of his kind. Cavern trolls. Huge, fast, strong and utterly lethal. They fight to the death and they don't mess around." I smirked at the worried look on her face before grabbing the paw at my throat and jerking it savagely with a satisfying crunch before launching her across the clearing.
"Foolish dog." I spat laughing at her whimpering over her paw and leg.

Lol. I wonder what Luke was doing during all this. Flapping around about Nye probably xD
Never mind. Let's just assume he was there. ;)

As for Nye and her hidden evilness, I think she and Mikael should have a talk and make the evil pact thing. (wow, that sounded intelligent. xD)

Luke

I was growing tired of today. Endless fighting, a rope around my neck, and then Nye's return. My body ached all over but I gritted my teeth and got on with it.

"Nye, go for a walk, I can't deal with this right now," I sighed, running a hand through my dark hair with the hand that didn't grip my sword.

"Luke-" she began to protest.

"Now." I could sense her anger but there was more pressing matters to attend to. I waited until her footsteps died away.

I turned to Mikael. "I'm giving you a chance. Get out, get away, go anywhere you God damn please, I don't care. Just leave. There's your warning."

Mikael smirked, the tips of his fangs protruding from underneath his lips. I kept my cool however, looking him straight in the eye. "You might think you're stronger than me, and yes, you're right. But I have skills that you don't have."

Mikael snorted, but I continued. "Think about it. You don't know about them, because they're tactics that I made myself. Brain beats brawn every time." It was my turn to smirk, tapping my finger against my temple.

*Kay, we have to figure out a way for Mikael and Nye to be alone so they can join evil forces. Any ideas? :?*

Sophia

"Let me down!" I screamed, boxing my hands into the trolls firm shoulders.
I don't think he actually felt more than a tickle.
"Miss will be put down when time has come."
"The Hell! Where are you taking me! Someone! Help me!" I screamed into the forest.
It was getting dark out and I was getting tired. It had been a trying day. The house had burnt, I met with my worst enemy, Mikael turned wacko, I saw Peter again and ripped away from him by a nut job vampire who ordered a troll to carry me somewhere so I could watch him kill Peter!
What was he going to do to Peter? He wouldn't kill him would he? He wouldn't hurt me?
I wanted to do something. To help Peter. Or at least be there.
My head was spinning. I stopped beating against the troll with my hands and feet.
"Wise decision." the troll grumbled.
I touched my hair where the pearl pin was stuck.
At that moment something shot out of the bushes. Fast but quiet.
Daybreak!
I sighed in relieve.
The troll hadn't heard her coming for him jet.
Luck was on our side.

"Leave?" I laughed. "Why would i leave? I'm not afraid of you and your precious cats and as for brains, i have 200 years of learning at some of the finest colleges in the world. What do you have you trumped up urchin?" I waited a moment for his reply but i got not answer but a look of pure rage.
"Alright fine i will leave but i'm taking that with that with me." I said calmly pointing at Peters unconcious figure. "And don't even try and stop me." I re arranged my armour and watched with satisfaction as my open wounds healed over leaving no mark. I threw Peter onto my shoulder and set off at a pace that the human eye could barely keep up with. As i ran i repeatedly met certain scents. Sophia, Mr Wink and what i presumed was Nightfall. Then i noticed another scent.
Nye.
It had to be. Nothing else gave off the same miasma of beauty and evil. Laying the still unconcious Peter by a log i headed after he familiar scent.
I have looked into the eye of the storm and stared it down. I am an adrenaline junky and i know no fear.

Nye

Ugh.

The whole plan was totally screwed. Totally. I should have chosen my time more carefully. Yes, I ad managed to reel Luke in to a certain extent. I could see it due to that dopey expression he's had ever since I arrived.

But still. I screwed it up. Siempre would kill me if he found out. And kill me pretty easily. I leaned against a tree, running my hand over my mouth and thinking, long and hard. I needed to bring Luke to the coven completely unharmed. Already before I had even arrived some idiot guards had tried to hang him. Luckily the half breed cat girl had got there first. Heh.

I bit my lip in thought. Would there be any way I could get his little friends to come too? Then maybe Siempre would forgive me for my late delivery of Luke's soul. Hmm. I'd have to have a little thought on that one.

My crimson eyes darted upwards as my sensitive ears picked up the sound of speedy footfalls. Another vampire. Mikael.

I looked up with a grin as he appeared in the clearing.

"Oh look, a knight in shining armour," I said, a devious smile spreading across my lips.

"Tell me, Nye," Mikael began, dumping the body of one of Luke's friends on the clearing, looking at me with interest. "Why are you here?"

I yawned, pretending to examine my finger nails. "Oh, you know. Just happened to be near by."

I peeked up at him from under my eyelashes. "Ha. I doubt you are here just to visit your boyfriend back there."

I laughed shortly, raising my head as my lips twisted into a wry smile. I leaned forward from the tree, circling Mikael.

"Actually, it's ex boyfriend," I informed him.

"I know," he merely replied.

I stopped for a moment, eyeing him up and down. Same armour, same features... and yet I could sense a change in him. "You're different."

"How so?"

My memory flashed back to the fight beside the burned house. I had seen that new glint in his eye, the new tone in his voice, the sneaky hidden smirk behind every smile. A different Mikael altogether. The kind of person I mixed well with.

"I think you know how." I winked. "Don't worry about it though; it really suits you."

"A compliment?" he laughed loudly. "Why, last time I saw you, insults where spitting from your mouth."

"I know. You barely escaped last time." I thought back fondly to the wonderful memory when I, a meer fledgeling, nearling killed the most famous vampire of all time. Mikael snorted defiantly.

"Hardly."

"Oh? You don't think I could?"

He shook his head folding his arms. Well, this could be fun. I shot forwards, throwing a fist towards his eye socket which he barely had time to catch. Heh. He was lucky that time, I guess.

I darted around him, grabbing his wrist and twisting it behind his back in the classic restraint move.

"Gotcha," I laughed.

"Lucky shot," he replied smoothly. I pulled his arm up towards his head. "Okay okay, you got me!" I let him go.

"I'm not so weak. And when I bring Luke to Siempre, I'll have the powers of the Void stone." I sighed happily, almost shivering with excitement about the prospect. I turned to him with my devilish smile. "And if you're good I'll let you live."

**

Lol, that was fun xD Nye is a total flirt. :P
