The Battle for Freedom

There is a group of teenagers. They have been best friends since before they can remember because they share one thing in common. They each have a power. Then, while they're hanging out, a mirror transports them to another world. There they discover who they really are because this other world is filled with people like them.

A long time ago their ancestors had been banished from the world because their powers were too strong. Since they are living descendants, they're not allowed in this world. They need to get out alive and before it wasn't a problem, but now their powers aren't as strong because they don't know how to use them properly. They need each other to get out alive. In order to do that, they have to find the mirror that transportsthem back, before the cretures of this new world do and kill them.


Okay, I'm allowing 10 people to be the friends who go in the other world. You can have two characters, but no more. There may also be friends or enemies of the group if you ask me. You won't be introduced until they are transported, though. PM me about that.

Powers - I'm allowing any power you want, but please be realistic.

Rules

1. No God like characters
2. No killing another persons character off unless you ask
3. There is no leader of the group. Don't try to be. They're just a bunch of friends.
4. I can handle cussing and violence, but try to keep the sex scenes to a minimal. No need to be graphic. Let's try to keep this PG-13.

Power: Conjuring. Can basically create things out of midair. She's not very good at controlling it, though. She tends to have more problems than the others.

Personality: Keeps to herself, unless she's with her friends. She doesn't trust anyone else. She's funny and easily distracted.

**Can I also suggest that we don't have any power-absorbing/power-copying type characters? I know they've popped up in other storybooks, but I think its best if everyone's got a unique power**

Power: Empathy/Telepathy. He can sense the feelings of people around him. However, since it is undeveloped, he has trouble reading their minds, influencing or controlling their feelings or speaking mind-to-mind.

Personality: He's generally fairly relaxed - although often too much so, and fails to notice that something's going wrong until everyone else notices it. He gets along well with everyone, since he sympathises with them very easily thanks to his ability.

Name: Mikael Eisenstein

Appearance: Medium length messy blonde hair, Dark hazel eyes, Black trousers, Black shirt, White waistcoat (Had just been to a family party when he was sucked through)

Power: Energy manipulation. (Not as in electricity as in solar, heat, kinetic, etc)

Personality: Thick prince charming with an attitude. Your typical little blonde boy only know he's moody and all grown up. Feircely loyal to his select group of friends.

appearance:Brown hair blue eyes, he wears black skinny jeans with a purple t shirt and a black waistcoat *the cool ones* and has purple vans as well.

powers: Teleportation (when he finally gets control of it it will be more powerful than it sounds)

personality: funny and friendly he likes to spread him self out more than just his ten friends. though they'll always be his best friends.

Power: Element control. She can make ball fires, wind currents and water jets appear out of thin air. Her power on Earth is limited. When she has the element near by, is easier. When she has to make them out of thin air, it spends much energy.

Personality: She has a trick to sarcasm and is funny. She's also defiant and bold. Like to brake rules. Loved her friends, and will do anything for them. Very bossy and stubborn.

Power: Illusionist. She can make you see things. You biggest fears or your happiest dream, but she can't control it and it usually last for a second or two.

Personality: She's coy and deliberate. Hostile when she's angry and barely ever thinks when she rushes into a situation.

Other: Up for love.....and is in love with bats she even has a pet bat named Rodeo.

Okay, so I posted the characters above and now we have 6. Once Ray posts his we'll have 7. Now, we'll be waiting for about 3 more. In the mean time, if anyone has any ideas for the plot or even any questions, just ask me in the discussion page. I'm open to all ideas. (: Can't wait until we start.

Appearance: pale flawless skin, teal eyes. Long brownish reddish hair, small for her age she always wears a jacket or long sleeves.

Personality: super shy around other people, and well hardly speak, is very easy to push around. More outgoing with her friends with her friends, likes to drive, and is a fast runner. Is deathly afraid of water can't swim (her mom died in a boating accident. left to live with her drunk/kind of abusive father)

Appearance: He has short white even at it's short length is a mess most of the time. He has bright blue eyes, that flash when he gets an idea. he is very tall, about 6 foot 4, with long arms, and legs.

Power: He can control water, ice, electricity, and magnetic waves.

Personality: He is general nice and upbeat, and the kind of person you like being around for no reason, most of the the time. At times he can be very rude and sarcastic, and short tempered, but they go away in a second and he drops all anger he had. He is also usually lazy and impatient.
