Boarding School

Chad~ Friday morning

I woke up went for a swim, before we went to class. My first period class I found myself worried about when I'd give Maria the necklace. I had taken mine off so she didn't question me. Second period I had Chemistry with Maria*I think that's the right schedule. I decided it would be best to make the gift not a big deal, so before class started I reached into my pocket. I pulled out the box and opened it revealing the two halves.

"I didn't want to be cliche and get you a heart, so I hope you like it." I said helping her putting it on. I gave her the gold half and took the silver half. "They attach, I moved close to her connecting the two pieces. The fit together, our faces were inches from each other. I kissed her then pulled the two haves apart.

"It's beautiful," she said.

"There's a message on the back, but I don't want you to read it to later." I said.

Class started, and out of the corner of my eye I could see her fidgeting with her necklace.

During class shifts I saw Adam. I decided to say high since I had ignored him yesterday when I was with Maria. He was a cool kid, and I could see being friends with him.

Shannon

I only knew it was late, nothing more. Adam woke me up with a light kiss on my forehead and mumbled some I couldn't get, I was so sleepy. He gave a necklace and said his Porsche won't have windows for some time. It looks that now it's a mode to give the girlfriend necklaces....
"Adam! Stop that! You are not like that, don't try to act like a caring annoying wants-to-know-all boyfriend. You are NOT like that!" I exclaimed, my nerves were growing and my heart was pumping faster.
"So, what do you want?" He relied
"The TRUTH! I'm only like this because you didn't tell me the truth. That's it. I don't need an expensive necklace or a night out. No! Only the truth! I really like you, I don't know, something about your being and the way you talk and.... Well I really don't know. But then you say you were a drug dealer, you were arrested and your brother got killed!!" The words just ran from my mouth, my heart was open and everything came out.
"But.." He said.
"Let me finish! Do you think we should finish this, our relationship? Do you just want to be friends? I can handle and do that, I just need to know because I don't want to see you suffer, not even just for the memories you have here" I said this while I put my hand on his heart " That you probably never said it out loud like I'm doing. You wanna have that relaxed and nothing-touches-me look but I bet you are not like that....Now, want to speak now or wait for the morning.
His gaze was fixed on mine and were stayed like that for moments... very long moments.
Finally he answered.

Marianne - Friday morning

I woke up with my alarm going crazy. Argh, I want to sleep! I turned around a covered my head with my pillow and fell asleep again.
It was 7:56 a.m when I woke up.
Oh, god I'm soooooo late!
I jumped of my bed in a hurry and nearly fell with my foot stuck on the sheds.
I washed my face, cleaned myself in the best way that I could with so few minutes left. I didn't even took breakfast, and I ran to first period.
The class went by so slowly I thought time had stopped. Finally, the bell rang and I went to the cafeteria and had breakfast. he bell rang again, when I was in the middle of breakfast.
"Stupid bell..." I mumbled.
I walked to the next lesson. Chad caught me in the entrance of the classroom.
He pulled out a box out of his pocket and opened it. It was two beautiful necklaces. Chad helped me put it on.
"I didn't want to be cliche and get you a heart, so I hope you like it."
Wow. A necklace. he gave me a necklace! My heart jumped with joy.
"It's beautiful."
"There's a message on the back, but I don't want you to read it to later."
I nodded in agreement; my eyes still engaged on the necklace. Class started and I sat on my seat. My hands and eyes still played with necklace.
At break, I ran to May and Shannon, who were walking together.
"Look! Look!", I screamed almost ten feet away.
The admired the necklace and said...

I had to say something " you know if you wanted the truth you should of asked for it not let it build up in side you like some cyco bitch" I yelled, probbly not the right thing to say. " I'm sorry I didn't mean that look all I wanted was a clean slate not a slate with holes and cracks of stupid mistakes a clean slate that's all I'm asking for a clean slat a second go at redemtion please" she looked undecided "I'll think about it now let me go to sleep" I nodded and walked out I had no chance but who knows luck of the Irish.

Shannon

I woke up in the morning feeling like crap. I had French npw, with Adam next to me. I took a shower, ate some cereals and went to the class. As I walked I found May and we started talking about the party. Somebody call us and we just saw a crazy girl running toward us... It was Maria.
""Look! Look!" She said.
It was a necklace, very beautiful indeed. I had slepp with mine and it was on my pucket.

When we finally parted, our waffles were cold but it didn't matter much. I could barely eat with Nick staring at me. But, I was starving and before long it was time for class.

Algebra 1 was stupid as ever. I sat in the back by myself since I didn't know anybody. I couldn't wait until creative writing so I could see Nick. Again.

I still had my necklace on. As the teacher spoke in his monotone voice about variables, I fingered the locket, whispering the words engraved in it.

I love you....

Then, I touched my guitar pick necklace and imagined how Nick would look with it on.

*oh my lordy we grew a page when I was SLEEPING gah*

I plopped myself in biology and thought to myself quietly, but gave the aura that I may hop someones head off.

My conscience whispered and I agreed, Matt didn't even know that it was the girls planning this party. It wasn't his fault, I tried to smile but couldn't

"girls desperate for attention" it wasn't that it was revenge, nothing more.


Matt came in quickly and sat down next to me, "What was that about?" he asked in a worried tone.
"it was nothing" I replied to him not smiling. I looked away and put my bangs over one eye.

"May you can tell me," he said

"No, it's nothing." I played with my newly formed bang.

"May-" he was stopped when the teacher told him to 'shut his young trap'

Nick~~
Health was just as funny as last time. The teacher studdard, and sweat and dropped things as he talked. He was probably still a virgin and hoping no one in here knew anything more then him so he didn;t look like a totally idiot. The bell finally rang and I left. Gym was cool, sense i broke my leg i was able to lounge and nap that period. Sweet. Then I got to third. I couldn;t find Lei, was probably a bit late. So I sat down behind Matt and made sure there was an empty seat next to me.

"Hey Matt." I said.

"Hey." Matt said turning.

"You missed rehearsal last night." I told him.

"Oh sorry forgot." He said.

"Its cool. We are having another one tonight sense Alyse didn't come either, come after you soccer practice kay."

"Okay." He said as the bell rang. Settling in my seat I saw Lei had made it in to class next to me. We had a group assignment in class though, and the teacher made the groups. I ended up with A guy named Jerry and a girl named Serena. We were supposed to make a play script then next class preform it. Mine ended up being a terrible comedy. The others were comedy impaired and thought all my stuff was terrible, but there garbage was the funniest thing on earth. So I ended up playing a formally blind man encountering new things. I had to act extra ecstatic, which turned what would have been okay into terrible.

When the ball rang though i left them in my dust and joined Lei for lunch.

Marianne - Friday noon or something

*I'll just skip to lunch*

I walked in the cafeteria, my lunch on my hands.
I looked around, trying to find someone to sit with.

Leighton (lunch)

Nick and I held hands while we walked down the hallway to the cafeteria.

I didn't know what to say.

We decided to sit in the courtyard after we got our food.

"So, how'd you like the skit?" Nick asked.

"In creative writing? It was ok." I laughed, thinking about how silly sounded.

We both laughed and then there was an awkward silence.

"Hey, I was thinking about your locket...and that I haven't given you anything." I said, looking at the table.

"Pssh. You don't have to give me anything." Nick said, shoving another mouthful of corn in his mouth.

"Yeah, I do. Here, it doesn't look right to wear two necklaces anyway." I said, taking my guitar pick choker off and handing it to him.

"Your guitar pick necklace?" He said, raising his eyebrow yet taking the necklace from my hand.

"Yeah. I want you to have it. I really do."

Nick~~

"No I can't" I said. "I gave you that because i want to not because i expected something back."

"Well I want you to." Lei said. And the way she said it made me know there was no point in fighting.

"Fine but on one condition." I said then picked a sole pick on the necklace. I took it off. "Now give me the locket." Lei took it off and handed it to me. I slid the gold colored pick on to the locket then handed it back. "Here. Now you still have thins with you." I said slipping the picks on.

She rolled her eyes but excepted it.

"So...what you wanna do." I asked.

"I don't." Was all she could say.

Then i got the idea. "C'mon" I said picking my self up. When I was up Lei followed me as I limped with the crutches to an area in the school er had never been to. It was an old school section that was never used anymore. After they built the new gym and dorms they never got around to tearing it down. So I lead her to the abandoned old gym then through up the stairs and onto the roof. The sight from there was amazing. The school boarded a beach and this spot was on the edge over looking the ocean, and today the sun hit in a way that made it sparkle.

*I'm so confused when is the party and when is parents day.

*the party is today friday night and parents day is on sunday*

*im just gonna skip throughout the rest of the day since May isn't doing anything*

Last period, the clock ticked and tocked making it slow and long. I sighed and watched the cllock abve the teacher, the bell finally rang and I ran out ahead of everyone else. I jetted to my room and put out everything i needed, I then proceeded to the Cafeteria to decorate and such. I waited for the others and the Dj to show so he could set up his equitment. Finally someone walked in...
