I slowly opened my eyes.
"What the heck ho-"T I said.
Then I remebered.
"Sorry guys." I said looking at the teens around me.
I bit my lip.
"I-is he gone?" I asked referring to the dead man.
"Yeah we moved him." Said Embry, shuddering.
"What do we do now?" I asked.
"We escape." said Ryan.
"And we better quickly...or we die." said Jacen.
I looked at the other guy. It seemed we would be the leaders on this assignement. I looked down at the girl who fainted and couldn't help but smile. She was cute. "You okay?" He asked.
Embery:
I held back another shudder. I felt so alone. But i was fine. I'd be fine. I always was. I didn't need anyone.
"This kind of love is not a product of reasonings and statics--it just comes-none knows whence-and can't explain itself. And doesn't need to." Mark Twain
Everything and everyone moved so quickly. Screams. A girl fainting. Really, who faints these days? Ok, focus. She ran out of the room with others, too shocked to really think. All she could do was follow.
When they stopped, finally, she sank down to the floor, pulling her knees against her chest. She was in shock, and didn't know what was happening.
Shocked, I stared at the the puddle of blood. We had to get out of here. I turned toward the other kids, who were fussing over the girl. "Guys, I think I remember a way out. Follow me," I said. They nodded.
We pratically sprinted through the hallways. We came at the front door. I pulled the handle. Locked.
"Now what?" I asked, hands on my hips. I was beginning to feel scared. What was going on? Were we next in this horrible scheme?
I came into this world wrinkled and ugly. And no matter how much I accumulate here, it's a short journey. I will go out of this world wrinkled and ugly. So I enjoy life.
Corey ignored the scream and the voice and stabbed her fork into her cooked tomato. Tom smirked across the table at her and she glared, sticking her tongue out in disgust. She HATED tomatoes. She hadn't even been to her room yet for Christ's sake. Being as bored as she was she took the cooked tomato and chucked it at her brother, sliding to the ground right as he chucked it back. It splattered against the crimson was behind her, not making a real difference. She let out a loud laugh and lifted her duffle bag off the ground. "I'm going to find my room," Tom just grunted in reply and stared at the tomato, trying to pick designs out of his 'masterpiece' like he usually did.
Once she had found her room Corey tossed the bag onto the bed, glancing at the other bed which held another bag. Great. She had a roommate. She lifted her hands above her head and walked towards the door, turning the handle and yanking. It didn't open. She yanked again, only to get the same result. "Fucking door!" She screamed, slamming her foot against it. At the exact same time the light went out and she stared around the room blindly.
Thunk!
Corey reached up to the spot right above her head, her hands running across a steak knife that had been thrown at the door. She swallowed hard and yanked the door again, suddenly freaked out. On extremely rare occasions did she get freaked out. "Holy shit! Open you fucking door!" She screamed louder, pulling the handle repeatedly. It suddenly opened from the outside and a large person stood there, a white mask with only small eyes and a wide smiled drew on it. Her eyes traveled down to its hands, which both held a more kitchen knives. She screamed again and fell away from the door, the drawn eyes following her. The person brought on of the knives up, spinning it around in his hand and chucking it down at Corey. It landed right next to her hand and she felt tears spring from her eyes. She scrambled to her hands and knees, crawling inbetween the thing's legs. She stared at it from behind, terrorfied as its body stood completely still but its head slowly turned to face her. She spun around, letting another scream escape her lips, and ran downstairs.
Oh, the tiger will love you. There is no sincerer love than the love of food. George Bernard Shaw
The lights were out, and she didn't like that. She had seen way too many scary movies like this. Hearing another scream, she jumped to her feet. Did that come from my room? Her eyes had almost completely adjusted now, so she managed not to trip over every object she passed.
Now, as she came to the bottom of the large staircase, she could hear some one quickly running down them. "Wha-!" The other person had smashed into her, sending them both crashing to the floor. Dazed, she blinked and looked around in the darkness.
Heyy Chupatoasta?
I know how I said swearing is allowed...and it's fine if you use those words...justt don't use them over && over again...kk?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Yeah." I said smiling at Jacen, my cheeks burning.
We followed Kenna.
"Locked." she said.
I looked around.
"Do you think all the windows and doors are locked?" I asked.
"This place is pretty big...there has to be a way." Said Ryan.
I looked around. Then my eyes landed on Embry.
I looked at her scared eyes.
I softly placed my hand on her shoulder.
"You okay?" I whispered softly.
"Y-yeah." she said.
"We're in this all togheter. We'll escape...that's a promise." I said to her.
"Thanks." she said smiling.
"No problem." I said giving her a faint smile.
That's when we heard another scream.
"Crap." I said.
We all rushed towards the sound, then we saw Corey, and another girl on the ground.
"You okay?" I asked.
"Do we look okay?" spat Corey.
"Chill out Corey." said Embry.
"Go to hell." she replyed.
I took a deep breath, "Look chill out okay? We need to find a way out, not fight Corey." I said.
"Screw it." she mumbled.
I ignored her.
"So now what?" I asked looking at Jacen.
"Well...we can't obviously sleep now. But we need our rest. If all the doors are locked, we might be in here for a while. Half of us can go search for a phone or escapes. The other half can rest in a room, and just try to find supplies." he said.
"I'm into finding phones and escape routes. I need 3 more people." He said.
"I'll come." I said.
"Me too." said Ryan.
"Me too." said Embry.
"Okay cool." he said.
"But what if..." I said...not wanting to finsh the sentence.
"We'll be fine." said Corey.
"Okay. Be safe." I said.
Then we split, Me, Jacen, Ryan, and Embry searching, and the rest looking for helpful supplies, and resting a bit.
This was going to be a long night.
I looked at Corey. "So, your my roommate? Room 26 right?" I asked. She nodded. Suddenly, there were footsteps near the door. They were in the hallway next to the dining hall. The door to the dining hall slowly creaked open and there stood the man in the mask, holding butcher knives.
We screamed. I grabbed Corey's hand, and raced down the hall. THUNK. A butcher knife landed in the wall, just above our heads. We screamed louder. The others were racing behind them, and just behind them, was the man.
He hurled his last knife and I happened to be in the way. His knife sliced through the air and landed deep inside of my arm.
Pain flashed my eyes and everything went black.
I came into this world wrinkled and ugly. And no matter how much I accumulate here, it's a short journey. I will go out of this world wrinkled and ugly. So I enjoy life.
[Well I guess since Kenna stole my roomie, looks like I'll be sharing with Corey's bro! lol]
Knives? Knives! She had followed the group up stairs, and everything was in chaos now. Knives were whizzing pass her head. People were yelling, screaming. The girl that had been talking to the Corey girl suddenly gasped, then fell.Shit!
"Corey! Help me grab her! That's your name, right?" She yelled, as she tried to hoist the girl up, picking her up under her arms. She could feel blood oozing from the girl's arm. Corey helped her, and together they half carried-half ran down the hall, hearing that man's foot steps behind them. They found a room at the the end of the hall and locked themselves in, the man banging his fists on the outside of the door.

"What's that?" I asked looking at Embry.
"I think I heard screaming." I said.
"Really? I didn't." she said.
"Okay maybe i'm just imagining things." I replied back.
We began to walk down the hall looking for escapes.
"C'mon in here." said Jacen.
We followed him to a big room.
"Wow. It's so pretty." I said.
It was totally vintage and elegant.
I slid my hand across the bed rest, it was made out of marble.
That's when I screamed.
I looked at my hand which was covered in blood.
I looked down to see a body dripping in blood, dead.
