Yeah. That pic is from an episode where he and another baby become famous performers. After a while stewie gets a massive head (ego-wise, there no way his head could bigger physically) and he starts to bossing people around. He tells his co-star that her EEEE is flat. She leaves. no one like him on his own. He goes a little mental, unable to believe there was anything wrong with his voice. The he gets over it.
