Katy wasn't sure what to say. "Like I said before I just wanted you to know." she said. "But with having Amanda and all... What are we going to do?" she asked.

"Well, I don't know we'll figure it out when we figure it out." he said.

"I don't want to count by days anymore. I want to figure it out now!" she said. "I don't want to be trapped here if I don't need to be." she said.

"Oh, so your trapped here now? What did I lock the doors so you couldn't leave?" He demanded.

"You might as well have. You know that if I was to take off you'd file so many charges against me I'd never get to see her again!" She growled. He clenched his jaw. It was true, he didn't want to lose Amanda. But he didn't want to lose Katy either.

"Did you ever think that just maybe I don't want you leaving?" He demanded standing up and storming to the bedroom shutting hte door behind him and looked at Amanda's sleeping form.

Katy put her hand over her forehead, that did not go well. She didn't want to hurt him, she never wanted to hurt him, she just needed to know where they stood. They couldn't very well raise their baby together envoloping her in lies. She opened the door.

"We're going to talk about it." she said. "Out of this room, I don't want to wake her up." Katy said in a normal voice.

He growled deep in his throat, she bit her tongue.

He closed the door and looked at her. "Sometimes I wonder what the hell I was thinking when I married you."

"Sometimes, I wish you hadn't." she glared.

"Right." He growled walking to the kitchen away form the bedroom.

"What?" She demanded.

"I wasn't thinking when I agreed to marry you." He hissed.

"You were drunk!" She growled.

"Whatever the state I was in we got a kid now." He crossed his arms.

"Who doesn't need to grow up with her parents fighting all the time."

"No, bt maybe if we acctually tried we wouldn't. We haven't had a fight for a while until now if you haven't noticed!"

Katy slammed her hands on her hips. "I've noticed, but it's because we're avoiding the conversation of 'us!'" she growled.

"Maybe that's a good thing, because all you want to talk about is us seprating!" he yelled.

"That's not true!" she yelled. "I just can't do this with you. You think it's easy?! To wake up to someone on the other side of the bed and not know who the hell you are staring at?!" she yelled.

"What the hell is that suppose to mean?!" he boomed.

"It means I have no idea of who you are! And maybe I'd be better off that way."

"I'm not keeping who I am away from you!" He hissed. "If anything I've done everything I could to help you know who I was and to know who you were. Do you honsetly think I like going to the drag queen bar?"

"It's not...."

"wait, let me finish. I've done my best to make this work, all you do is try anything in your will power to push me away. You don't try and know who I am. You dont' want to know. YOu don't want to give us a chance. Well I do!"

Katy felt her lower lip tremble, she bit down hard to make sure it stopped, almost hard enough to draw blood.

"Every day of my fucking life is a struggle with you! We're so different." She said turning away from him.

"We aren't as different as you think." he said, standing as far away as he could from her. "I won't lose my daughter in any of this."

"Tell me the truth Tyrel, not that you know how, but do you want Amanda because she's yours and love her with your entire heart? Or because she's a tie to me? So you can fuck around with me as much as you want?" she asked, even though he towered over her, she dug her heels into the ground, refusing to move.

Tyrel glowered. "Your kidding right!" He boomed. "Amanda is my flesh and blood, she's my daughter. I love her with everyhting I have. My love for that little girl has nothing to do with you! I'm sorry that you don't believe me. But there is no way I'm losing that little girl. I don't want you to leave, but I don't love her just because of you."

**lol it's totally fine, I just got back from my honeymoon some days ago it's was awesome haha**

Katy looked up at him and just blinked. Not stunned by his reaction. It had taken alot to make her cry now. She fought against the bile rasing in her throat.

"Why does it always come down to this?" he asked. "You end up trying to leave and me trying to stop you? Every time." he growled.

"I don't know either." she said, not looking at him, feeling tears in her eyes. Not showing any emotion. "I think what we need to do is sign those papers." she said.

"Is that what you really want?" he asked.

Katy nodded. If this is what she wanted why did it hurt so much?

****WHOA!! BACK UP!!! I know we talked about this before, but I'm still lost. Your 15. So how does that all work out? How was the wedding and all? How are the babies?****


She may as well have stabbed him in the heart. He swallowed hard his mouth dry as sandpaper.

"Then you'll have to get them." He finally managed to push out. "It was your drag queen that took them." He turned and walked to Amanda's bed and looked down at the little girl wetness pricking at the back of his eyes.

What are we going to do? He thought. I can't lose your momma. I know I'm not gonna lose you. I"ll fight to the death for you. But I dont' want to lose your momma either. He brushed his finger tips over Amanda's soft hair and he frowned, he was out of ideas, and was running out of time.

**LOL I know it's very very confusing. My mom started to talk to me and so she was my legal guardian she signed some papers pulled some strings and, well.... I'm a married woman. My babies are fine, they went with us. Because Jacob is just a great step father. So Yeah. It was awesome, we went on a cruise and well.... it built up from there. **

Katy pressed her hand against the middle of her ribs. She sucked in a breath. Trying not to cry. "There are solutions to this." Katy said trying ton control her voice from shaking. "We can get a divorce, and live in the same house date different people."

He looked like he was going to kill her. "Thats never going to-" she interruped him.

"OR..." she said. "I can take Amanda and I walk out that door, and don't ever look back."

Tyrel sucked in air. "Your not disappearing with her." He said flatly. "I will not lose my daughter."

She couldn't help but want to swallow her tongue. "We will never be happy together." she said, as she realize those words would not only hurt him, but they felt like acid on her tongue. "You helped me realize that. I'll find the divorce papers." she said and turned away.

Tyrel swallowed hard. He hard Amanda stir and she cooed. He picked her up carefully and sighed.

"Your momma is so stubborn." He sighed kissing her little head. "I wish she would just open her eyes."

Katy had shut the door and sat down, she put her head in her hands, difficult to breathe. She wanted to scream. She didn't want to leave. But They never said they were going to stay together, she was just trying to keep herself away from him so if they did seperate she wouldn't feel as much pain, but she was only ying to herself, she loved him.
