other writing websites

Hey there folks, I've got a conundrum on my hands. I feel like I just don't fit in anymore at this fine establishment you have here. Does anyone know where I might find another solid writing website that might be more suited to my tastes? Preferrably something a little more mature, darker, complex. And when I say darker I don't mean that insipidly, as in "I cut myself to make the bad thoughts go away because mommy didn't hug me."
Basically I need something with a community that doesn't consist mostly of young writers. I'm not a young writer anymore, and I can't match perspectives in this place. PM me if you have anything I might be interested in. T'would be greatly appeciated.

Critique Circle is a good one. It's less comunity oriented, but it has a great critiquing system that makes it easier to do line by line critiques.

Personally, I advise against writing.com. If all you want is a place to back up your work online, writing.com is perfect, but you can't expect any useful critiques.

You could also try [url=fictionpress.com]Fiction Press[/url]. It has virtually no community in it, which can be good or bad, depending on your taste. I got some good critiques during my time there.
