UGH! I HATE my science teacher, Ms. Bledsoe. she is a wrinkly mean liar! Okay, teachers get pissed if you don't turn in FIVE out of sixteen assignments, but a 55% - COME ON! if i hadnt lost those, i would have at the least a B-! And you know what that - HAG- did? she lied and gave me half credit claiming she saw me finishing during class! i mean yeah it was 15 minutes into the period but that wicked old withch lied to my mom about it!!! so now im grounded at the most jolly season of the year (yeah but with my dad, it cant be long) and my mom is PISSED(which is a huge understatement she hates me)! Well, its Christmas time, so maybe i could just suck up to her by giving her a HUGE box of chocolates and a hearty donation to the class room. I can be a big suck up, because without my ass kissing skills, i would probaly be in Juvenile Hall! Well, at least i have good grades in all my other classes (except for math, i don't like the homework and i don't get along with numbers but i have a C+)

Not only am i stressed over that, but Im really confused about myself. I don't know where i fit in. Most of my friends are punks, but the rest of them are the highschoolmusical loving cheerleaders. I feel like inside i belong with the punks, but i LOVE abercrombie and the mall and i am a computer geek ! so WTF? :?: any advice?

on top of THAT, i was going to ask out my long time crush (who seems to like me A LOT) out finally. but thanks to ms. bledsoe, i am GROUNDED. there goes my almost boyfriend. sigh. I could sneak out, but i have to disable my security system (no biggie) but my mom and big 17 year old bro stay up ALL night!

I gotta go, and i promise ill talk to you later ( after another boring smelly day fo BMMS.

Um, I'm not sure how to review a diary.

but...

1. It's not really the teachers fault you didn't finish your work
2. Advice: Abercrombie? You=probably not a punk :) If your friends refer to themselves as "punks", they are not real punks.
3. I know it's a diary, but capitalization is important.

Entertaining :)

What you just posted here = blog material. Especially with the lack of punctuation and grammar.

It's sad that you like Abercrombie. But, besides that, don't be a punk or a prep. Be original. Wear a grandfather clock in your hair one day and then wear pink ribbons around your wrists the next. You demean yourself if you must be defined as "punk" or "gay" or "micro-judicial-centennarian".

I just had a weird idea. Be exactly what you feel like being. Don't be insecure. Whatever you do is cool, just because you did it. Whatever you say is perfect, just because you said it. Whatever happens is cool, just because it happened to you. Or, if it's not cool, jump and down and then punch it in the face. ETC.

Anyway, move this to your blog before I beat up all the nasty punctuation/grammar problems.

Oh my God. Such horrid grammar. I feel a compulsive need to capitalize all those i's, add commas and semicoloms and, well, other Punctuation Beasts. And yeah, it's not the teachers fault you didn't finish your work. Suck it up and take the consequences.
Abercrombie???!!! EWWWWWWW.... Over-priced, bad-quality, and so totally conformist that it makes me want to puke. And you actually WANT to label yourself? I mean, really. You want to live with strings attached to your limbs and a gag over your mouth?
Ugh, HSM cheerdleaders. Can you say skanks?

Woah, I'm being mean. Maybe it's not like that in your school, but it definitely is in mine. I don't exactly know how to crit a diary entry, other than obsessing over the absolutely terrible grammar. I mean, homestly.

All I have to say is this: You Are Lucky. I'm not in school right now because I have Tourette's syndrome, which makes my body do stuff, like say the F word over and over, makes me spit at the floor, flash the bird, squat every three steps, shake like some sort of a seizure. Girl, you are L-U-C-K-Y. As for the punk/preppy high school musical crowds to chose from...why don't you do both? I don't fit in anywhere, really. Most of my friends are goths, and a few are some of those solo-group people who form their own kind of misfits club. But misfits rocks... Just be yourself. Your real friends will like you the way you are, okay? As for the homework...you just gotta put up with teachers like that. Last year, I had one I wanted to strangle. But guess what: we never even had a confrontation: why? I kept myself as clear of her as I could. Sometimes ignoring people works wonders for the quality of your life. I hope this helps.
Cheers!

I'm trying really, really hard to ignore the grammar. Really hard. Anyway, I thought this was interesting but it should probably be in a blog, not in the non-fiction forum.

Personally, I think you should probably ignore this comment:

I don't think that she has the right to say those things. It is not her job to decide which brands are good and which are not. And if you want to label yourself as a punk or whatever then that is your decision, not hers. Just wanted to clear that up.

Just as everyone else has said, you may want to avert your attention to a blog, that would be more fitting for this sort of thing. However, if you wanted to create a character and write a story through her diary entries it could be very interesting, though it would belong in the fiction section. Also, just try to avoid chatspeak and remember to start your sentences with uppercase letters! This is a very important part of writing! Anywhoot, if you put this into a blog it would be a lot better, it'd probably get read by more people, as well. Blogs are fun!
