All you need is practice. Lots, and lots of practice.
When I was little, I would draw horses when my dad was gone.
Ever time he came home, I would show him.
My drawing greatly improved.

You got to work hard at what you do.

Hey there!

Well, you're definitely doing well if you're trying. The features of the face are actually done quite well and one of the hardest bits, the cheek bone, has been pretty much perfected in your drawing. The only thing that looks a bit off is the cheek bone transition to the neck proportions. I think you could improve it simply by changing the coller(sp?) of the shirt. As for the eye, this is tidied up by just looking at the angles you've drawn it from. Start at the same size as the front eye's most foreground height by width and because it's in the distance, fade into 2/3 the half point of the front eye to the half point of the back eye. If that doesn't make any sense then it's because I read it in a silly art book -- well it's not silly because it helped me a lot -- but yeah. Simply googling "proportions" can sometimes help.
