Should I Do It?

I really want to do NaNo, but I don't want to abandon my current novel. If I'm having trouble with my novel, I'll definitely do NaNo, but I don't want to put it aside just for this.

Is anybody in this situation/has been in this situation? If so, what did you do? Is it possible to do them both at the same time, and dedicate enough time to both of them?
*Don't expect to see me around much in the next couple of weeks. School has started again, and it'll be a couple of weeks before I've settled in. If you've asked me for a critique, you will get it, but not for a little while. Sorry*

I would say no, it's not worth it, but then again, I'm no fun. :P
