That was hilarious. Great twist on the end.

Just a few typos:

VicternoO wrote: After eating a healthy runners breakfast Steve was headed to his press runs for Q&A where he would be for an hour then it would be off to the track to warm up for his big run.

Typo: It should be "After eating a healthy runner's breakfast..."

Oops! I was wrong, only one typo that I noticed. I thought I saw a few others, but I think you were right and I was wrong. Great idea though! Good job. :)

Hallo. :D

There's not a lot here to critique. I'm thinking it's in the forum rules where it says that your posts should be between 500 and 1500 words long. That said, this has potential.

I think if you expanded it a bit more, it would do wonders. It's a great story, and it has a nice twist at the end. I don't think lengthening could do it any harm at all. Describe his waking up. What is a healthy runner's breakfast? Where is he? What's his room like? Does he need to side-step small mountains of books and clothes? Is it neat and tidy? How does he feel, emotionally? Physically? What does his coach tell him? What does he feel as he walks to the tracks?

etc, etc. Dig your hands in deep, give us as much detail as you can muster, use your words to show the tone and feel of the story. Keep the twist the same. You did that very well.

If you do anything with this, send a PM my way, aye?
