*Some of the worlds you can just switch to. But some of the world have conditions you need to fulfill before entering. The origin point is in the most basic world, its a fantasy realm set in the renaissance period. If your character is one of the "older ones" feel free to bring technology from another Area. The Origin Point is a small forest just outside the merchant town of Tolleto. My character played the game for a while before getting sucked in. Oh and one of the Virus' attributes is that it stops us from telling normal Players about it.*

Azrayel-

The first thing Ray noticed was the wind, it rustled gently through trees. He opened his eyes and glanced around. Ray was in a bowl shaped glade, there was a small pond in the center, and a ring of trees on higher ground.

Sighing Ray looked down at his reflection in the pond. He looked the same as he did in the real world, same albino hair, same mismatched eyes, but now a black ink tattoo curled along the right side of his face. Ray wore a pair of black leather pants and calf high boots. He wore a sleeveless dark red shirt and arm guards. He wore a pair of gloves, and his scimitars hung at his waist one had a bright red gem set in the hilt, the other a pale blue one.

"Well, time to get moving." Ray lifted the pack beside him. It had all the starter supplies in it, a few days worth of food, some water, a basic map, and a compass. Looking around Ray picked a path out of the clearing and went in that direction.

Ray wondered idly if he'd meet anyone before he got to town.

Kelsey

She knew this wasn't a good idea, she should just take the game back, but she was just so curious. She took a breath, closed her eyes, and turned it on.

The first thing that happens, it welcomes her,

"Welcome to paradice." It said in a robotic voice.

Kelsey snorted, "Yeah really." Kelsey was wearing a jean jacket and skinny jeans she put on her coverse just in case.

That's when it happened, she entered the game. Kelsey went limp as her body came into contact with a tree, the wind was knocked out of her as she fell, tumbling ungracefully as she hit the ground, landing on top of someone, she immeadatly rolled off of them.

"I am... So.... Sorry." She said, realizing she was no longer wearing what she was in the "real" word.

((Ayric))

Fayne laughed, "All in good time."

Ayric exhaled loudly and turned her head. Someone else was with them, the poor fool was awfully loud. Ayric smiled with her eyes and turned back. A throb suddenly coursed through her hindquarters. She tensed and noticed Fayne and HotBabe331 looking at her.

"You all right?" HotBabe331 asked, her head tilting to the side.

Ayric nodded, "Fine. Do either of you mind flying?"

They looked at each other, "No," Fayne was the first to respond, "Why?"

"I want to get to the Core, the main town of the Origin Point, before sunset and I don't think we'll make it on foot. I think I can carry all three of you."

HotBabe331's brow sprouted lines of confusion, "Three? And here I was thinking gryphons' were powerful and wise."

Ayric's chest thrummed with laughter, "I can count, thank you very much." She swiveled her head around, "You in the bushes! Are you scared of flying?"

Azrayel-

"Owww." Ray winced and rubbed his back. It was just his luck that someone would materialize right on top of him. He glanced over at the girl. She had started apolagizing before she got distracted by her appearance.

Smiling he stood up and helped her to her feet. "It's alright. It's not your fault the system dropped you right on top of me." The girl was tall with dark brown hair and bright green eyes. She had an assortment of daggers and swords on her, some hidden some in plain view. "I'm Ray. I take it this is your first time playing."

*I reckon my character would make more sense having played the game for a while. I won't have him be a pro, though**

Jason

He glanced around the Origin Point. I seemed a little...different. More realistic. Perhaps that little flash of lightning had been a patch that had bumped the graphics up? Nonetheless, it was still far too realistic for his liking. He turned to one of the other players - a veteran who'd been playing for far longer than him, "Hey, what's going on. Did they upgrade everything?"

The veteran pushed up the visor of his helmet to smirk down at him, "You just got hit with the virus, kid. Your body's comatose in the real world, and your mind's stuck here," he grimaced, "Welcome to Paradise."

Jason frowned, taking a couple of steps away from the veteran before sitting down at the edge of the center of the Origin Point. He shook his head, "You've gotta be kidding me. This doesn't happen - not to me. This kind of stuff just doesn't happen."

***I'm already in, sorry Laylay  ***

Kelsey

"I take it this is your first time play?" Ray questioned.

I laughed, "How'd you guess?" I joked. "I'm Kelsey, and again sorry for.... droping in." I said.

"No worries." He said.

"Good." I nodded and let him help me up.

Tom

"Not scared of nothing!" The lurker answered in a muffled voice. "But I have my own ways of getting around." The buses rustled again and the soft tread of footsteps accompanied the lurker's departure. Tom shrugged and turned to face the others.

"The name wasn't my choice by the way," he grumbled. "And I'd prefer it if you called me Tom." He held his hand out and then stood there awkwardly as Fayn bluntly ignored him and the Gryphon, unsurprisingly, wasn't up to shaking hands.

"Well get on my back, Tom and we'll deal with introductions while we fly," Ayric urged, a little impatiently. Tom nodded in agreement and laid a nervous hand upon the golden back, looking for the easiest way to get up.

"Come on, we're flying express and the train won't wait for ever... Babe," Fayne growled, hoisting himself onto the back of Ayric and pulling Tom up in front of him, seeming to have no difficulty with holding on around HotBabe331's waist.

"If that's your perverse idea of a nickname..." Tom left the threat hanging in the air as he realised just how little he could do in this character's body. He scowled. And then suddenly he remembered. The virus! And just as quickly as he remembered it, he opened his mouth to tell them and he forgot. And then he couldn't remember what he had forgotten and he sat with the wind blowing his hair into his face and Fayne holding onto his waist, feeling completely and utterly confused.

[Fayne]

"If that's your perverse idea of a nickname..." HotBabe331 started to say, then trailed off. Fayne closed his eyes, hanging his head. How did I get myself into this... Looking down, he spotted movement in the bushes.

"Ayric, take us down, theres civilization down there." He said, preparing for decent. The gryphon swooped downwards, landing in a small clearing. Fayne jumped off and grabbed one of his blades. The bushes moved slightly and a boy stumbled out, rubbing his head, soon after followed by a girl, seemingly taller than the boy. "Newbies?" He called out, but there was no answer.
Anti-Peta.

*I don't think I was really clear. It's only the players who haven't been "trapped" by the virus that you can't talk about it with. If both players are stuck its okay. And the system hasn't been on the market long enough for there to be any really advanced players. The hardcore players would be just near mid level, and that's if they played constantly.*

Azrayel-

Ray stepped out into the field with Kelsey. The two had been walking through the woods for about ten minutes. Looking down the steep hill, Ray saw the town of Tolleto. It straddled the river that wound through the valley, and seemed like a fairly quiet place. Of course once you left the Origin Woods, monsters were able to attack you.

He turned towards Kelsey, but a shout from above caught his attention and he glanced up to see a gryphon and her riders come in for a landing. Eyes narrowing Ray drew his scimitars, one of the riders, and elf girl. Slid carefully off the gryphon's back. "Hey are you guys new players?"

Kelsey nodded but Ray shook his head. "I've been playing for about a month, just happen to like these woods. I'm Azrayel, Ray for short. And this is Kelsey. I take it you three are headed to town?"

Kelsey

I stood by Ray, this was either really good or really bad. I looked between the two players, confused, narrowing my eyes, into green slits, like a cats.

"I've been playing for a month." Ray said.

I stared at him in shock.

He saw my expression, "What?" He asked.

"You've been playing for a month." I laughed. "I couldn't turn the damn thing on, until I kicked it... I think it was angry at me so that's why I got hit by the tree. Speaking of which...." I lifted my shirt to the belly button where there were black bruises forming. "I'm guessing that in VR you still feel pain?" I asked.

"I dunno you tell us." The one that stood on the hill said. "The names Fayne."

I looked at Ray first..."Touch it." I said, holding where I was earlier. "Not softly either, put some pressure on it." My ribs where throbbing painfully...

Azrayel-

Ray pressed the bruise but stopped when Kelsey gasped in pain. The others looked just as confused, pain signals were supposed to be dulled in virtual reality. But the elf girl had gone white. "This is bad." She muttered to herself.

**tis alright ^_^***

Kelsey

"Hopefully it's not a broken rib." Ray looked at me. I nodded.

"So does that mean what I think it means?" I asked.

"Which is?....." He aksed.

"If we hurt someone, like kill them.....do we actually kill them in real life?" I asked.

Jason

After a while, I grinned to myself and shook my head. This was some joke on the behalf of the veteran, and I'd fallen for it hook, line and sinker. How could I have been so gullible? I looked around for him, intending to give him a piece of my mind for it. So what if he was a higher level than me? I could probably still take him. But he'd disappeared, and so I picked a direction and began walking that way, hoping I'd be lucky enough to stumble on something which I could vent my anger on.

*I'm sorry for not posting. My account...well...I was locked out.*
*I forgot to say that June's username is JuneCairo. It figures.*

~June~

"June! June!" I spun around. Dayna was standing behind me, wielding the game console.

I stared at her incredulously. "You have it? Day, everyone keeps getting stuck, you know. Their bodies go into comas."

Dayna rolled her eyes. "Puh-lease, June, those are just rumors. C'mon, we can make our own user avatars and stuff."

Once we were all set up with our avatars--Dayna's a human redhead and mine a blonde elf--we entered the game.

*Someone else can see us now, if they want to.*

Sorry.~Lily~
