I could feel the shift in Blair...and I hated it! I didn't want to lose him. I kissed him passionately. "Don't lose your heart." I whispered softly. "I still need it." I ran my hand on his cheek before disentangling myself from him and leading him away from the disaster area. I had no idea where I was going, I just knew I had to get away from it all.
I held on tightly to his hand, gathering what comfort I could. finally, we were out of earshot. I tried not to picture it in my mind. I tried not to hear it, but it was still there. "All those people!" I said helplessly.
I dried the tears off my face and looked up at him. "Are we going to war?"
Her words cut right through to him. She was absolutely right - he couldn't lose his heart now. He tried to shake away the more monstrous side of him as she led him away, managing it by the time they'd stopped again.
"Are we going to war?"
He looked away from her for a long moment, considering the alternatives, "What choice do we have? If we try to escape it, more people will die, and it'll find us anyway. We might be the only people who can stop this."
"There are others like us, aren't there?" She looked desperate to stay out of the war.
He shrugged, "Perhaps, but perhaps they want the war as well."

I nodded sadly. I had no other choice. I was in this whether I wanted to or not. I sighed and looked at Blair. "Be careful." I said softly. "I don't know what I'd do if you get hurt!"
I felt tears sting my cheeks again. I stood on my tiptoes to kiss his lips again. "No matter what happens, I love you." I said desperately.
**Serenity, you can have Jared find her anytime. although...she might be a little upset with him...and Blair might get mad. Lol.**
He kissed her back, holding her close to him, "If I do get hurt, Serena, it won't be too bad. I promise. I'm just as worried about you. But this is the only way we've got any chance of seeing this end. I love you too, Serena, and I'm glad you're here to stop me from going back to what I was."

**They just came out of the hospital that blew up.**
Serena:
I sighed. "It's not much." I blushed. "Come on...we need to get out of here...where will they start the war? Where are the rest of us? Vampire hunters I mean."
My eyes widened. "J...Jared?!" I stuttered. "What are you doing here?!" I felt Blair's arms stiffen around me. He didn't like that Jared had betrayed me. But, then again, if he hadn't, I wouldn't be with Blair now.
My eyes started to shimmer over with held back tears. I couldn't believe he was here! "What do you want?" I asked sternly.
''you, and i no you dont want me but i've gave up the whole clan for you, and i find you with this...this thing'' Jared said as he looked at the human next to her. Jared could feel his tears burn his face.

I've matured a lot and I realised it was time to come back.. for good!
I growled. "This..."thing" saved me after YOU left me to my death. You broke my heart Jared! You betrayed me! You said you didn't want me! What am I suppose to do?! Just forgive you after you tried to kill me?!" I chocked on my own tears. It hurt. I felt Blair getting angry. I didn't know if I could deal with this. I felt faint.
**Firestalker's people, including one of Ambercoultis' characters, have started a war between the vampires, humans and werewolves. Blair and Serena just escaped being killed when a hospital was blown up. Amber's other character is a werewolf now, although I'm not sure whether or not her group are trying to stop the war.**

The nerve of this guy, coming back here like this! Blair gritted his teeth and took a single step forward, one arm protectively around Serena, the other reaching for his pistol. "Back off, bloodsucker. I'll listen to Serena this time around, that is, if she doesn't want me to kill you, but keep this charade up for too long and I won't be forgiving. It's bad enough that your kind have helped start this war, but that you want to try and hurt her like this over and over really gets at me."

I whimpered and burried myself into Blair's arms. Why did this have to happen?! I shuddered. I wanted to cry. It hurt! I couldn't deal with this! It hurt so much! Jared had betrayed m...and now he was back, torturing me more. I could feel Blair's temper rise, but I couldn't help it! It just hurt way too much! I didnzt look, I ignored Jared. I just burried my head into his chest, hiding from everything.
