Where did you get your sn and siggy?

I was curious about the Caligula thing...the man was a freakin' sicko. Have you ever read Suetonius' Twelve Caesars? *shudders* Nasty, nasty guy.

But the launderette thing is funny...made me laugh.

My SN comes from my name. Which is, in fact, Mattie. My siggy comes from the movie Mean Girls and I love that part in the movie. I also like the, "Boo, you whore!" part...that rocks.

My username originated over four years ago, with a character from a comic book my friend was drawing (DAMN he's a good artist--if you're nice I might upload a pic or two in his name)

The reason I don't like the Hebrew meaning of my name is kind of complicated. The best explanation is in the play I posted. (and yes, this is my devious way of trying to get even more comments on it, but if you do read it, remember than Helen means light in greek)

I actually met one of the actors from Mean Girls once. She is one of my uncle's students, and was in the play last summer where I volunteered as a donation box guy.

My sn comes from my website, my friends and I ran a group website (started by moi hee hee) because I wanted a way where we could keep in touch with each other when we left for college. I was the only one going to a different one and I was frightened we'd lose touch (unfortunately that has happened with quite a number of the group - but that's life I now understand). Anyway the website was a hit in our school, teachers were going on it to make sure Lucy hadn't gotten pictures of them and posted them as Public Enemy #1 for that week. They were also going on it to see the "fight" between me and Lucy about revealing my real name lol as well as what each of us put on our own sections. In the end we even gave a teacher his own section and he became "The Mole" no one but Lucy and I knew who this was lol..

Lucy then moved off to her own website named Nutty Pigeon, I followed her and one day John, Lucy and I were sitting in my room trying to think of what we could call the site. Originally it was Kinkeh B*tch to sort of play a joke on any perverts then I wanted to do Dreaming something but couldn't think of a name. In the end we tried to think of what animal I'm most like and came up with Mouse lol.

And my siggy is just some of my websites...not as interesting lol.

So wait, Reichieru is the Japanese for Rachel?? If so...my name is so much cooler in Japanese.

Muse is the name of my favourite band, and also, in ancient Greek mythology any of 9 daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne; protector of an art or science. And it's also a the source of an artist's inspiration. So really, it's just a really cool word.

My siggy is too hard to explain, so i wont bother.

Well, actually i was thinking of some kind of name that was cool and would express me. So I was searching websites and came up with a goth name generator. I decided 'what do I have to lose?' I put my name in and got some weird first name but the last name was Darkmoon. I thought that wasn't cool enough so I picked the numbers 1, 5 and 8 cuz they stood out from the others. As for my sig, it is composed of three different times. One, the life one came from a sentance someone said on this one website. I was interested and decided to keep it for future referance. Two, the meeting people one came from the first time I already met Greg (Yoshi) and couldn't think of anything to say to him. I came up with the idea to spark conversation (it worked). Three, the sarcasm one actually was something my teacher said in class one day. She was angry when someone was asking about something (aren't I descriptive?) and used sarcasm. But he didn't get it thus making her say 'my sarcasm is wasted on the simple minded'. And that's about it...for now.

My name, Aniar was going to be the name of my main character in the saga of books i'm writing, but that was before I found out 'Aniar' is the name of a Celtic music recording company, Aniar Records.

My signature, which is constantly changed, is usually different inspiring quotes, or once in a while a funny quote.

The first one I got from one of R.A. Salvatore's books' "Sojourn", in which it was said by the blind ranger while talking to the main character on a night sitting under the stars.

The second one is from one of my friend Rachel's favorite books, it was the opening quote.

It's a part of a song that I love in the play "Man of La Mancha." It's awesome.

My screen name came from this thing my and friend and I did in fourth period last year. We would write this comic in our free time (which we had a lot of in that class. Often, we would have a twenty minute lecture and then the rest of the class was free). I would do a panel,and then he would do one. It was called "The Poopsickles." Weird, I know, but it was fun, not knowing what the next panel would be. The first line would always be "Oh hello," but the main character had a wierd, Homestar-esque voice, so it was "Oh hewwo".

And then my signature. There's this metal band I like called "Tool." And my sig is a line from a song. There lyrics arepretty thought provoking, but I think that that line is an excerpt from somewhere else.

Well ... I was "Firebird" on YFW, but people began thinking I was a boy ... ... but well, it WAS funny, but kind of un-flattering too, so I made up a girly name. It's also the name of the main character in my story, but I think I'll change it for her, because I don't really like it all that much.
