*grumbles* What a way to sober this topic, eh?

We've already discussed the fact that there needs to be more posting in the literary forums. I'm trying my best to check there more often, but I don't always have the time or desire to put in the effort I need to review something.

So. Arvy, I think you need to back down just a little. If you wish to discuss this in detail, you and I can talk about it later. Or you can PM one of the other mods.

That's all for now. I have a dance to go to tonight, and I have to get ready for it. ;) Not that there's really anyone worth flirting with at my school, but you never know.

BlueStone wrote: So, what I'm saying... Moderators and higher individuals (VIP?) should set an example that this 'is' a writer's board. How many of the VIPs go to the writing part of the boards? I'm guessing not many, since there has been a complaint about the scarce number of posts in those boards. I think the VIP members is just a promotion to make you feel better about yourself at the boards, and is really quite irrelvant to the site. I myself did not wish to be a VIP member (or that I think I was asked to be one), and will fully accept a banning from this usergroup. These members should show not only the time they spent on the boards, and the outstanding behaviors they contribute, but also the broad range in which they contribute to all aspects of the boards. Something I do not have...

The system has a tool, but lacks the hand to grasp it. When there are problems, there are always better and smoother alternatives then to just violantly stop/destroy it. So I'm saying, there is a better way to treat this lack of writers and editors then to delete the Off-Topic Boards. Rest assured, I have given ideas of mine to solutionize (not a word) the problem, or at least help it. To the site! :|

Well, damn. BS has a point. Hate to admit it, but good show, BS.
Got YWS? I do.

Good gravy, I missed a lot. That's what I get for flirting for once in my life. *sighs*

BS just said exactly what I said

You jealous Fire? I think what you said was in a way, correct. But I solutionized the problem or at least gave an idea to solve the problem. Mine was more direct, yours had more of the "Guys! We really should post in the Liberal Arts Forums." I'll give you a cookie for solving this ordeal, Fire. :D Tute!

I say that Randomness topics should be limited to short posts so that people aren't wasting all our time writing/reading meaningless stuff here. And quit being serious about this stuff, you guys! There's a reason it's the "Randomness" forum!

So said *waves at everyone as he passes through*

Meaningless stuff?! I take offense! jk :D Well, I'm not a moderator so I can't go make a topic about it in the 'Special Boards' nor can I participate even if there is one. So therefore my MO is to state my ideas where ever the topic is. It happens to be here, so I post. Oh, and editing peoples' work takes a lot longer then posting like this. Just ask people who I've edited, and they'll tell ya. I mean, even Crysi rushed all the way back from Lake Tahoe to see the mysterious editor in action. :D *sigh* The fun times! Anyways, got to go play some chess!

That was back when I didn't realize who you were. Sheesh. And you edit very well..

But you're right. It DOES take a lot longer than just regular posting. I took an entire day to edit BS's manuscript, and the same for part of Jack's story. It's fun, but time consuming.

Anyway.. Where were we?

You were about to come crying over to me, saying how much you missed me. And that Hunter was a bad boy to you, and made you use mayonnaise. Don't worry love, times in stress only make you stronger. You'll be telling HIM to use the mayonnaise in short time...

..I got ONE good sentence out of that post lol. So.. thanks for that?

Hmm.. I think you were dreaming that one, darling. Hunter's never treated me badly, and I'm sure he won't bring in a rocking horse. ;)
