High School Vacation

Aurora:

I smiled. I noticed several girls looking at Colt. I refused to get jealous, but I knew I was. I sighed. What I was oblivious to, though, was other guys staring at me. I had never really moticed it. It didnzt matter, then or now. I ignored any whistles or comments directed at me, even convincing myself they were for other girls. I smiled at Colt and looked deep into his eyes, entertwing my fngers with his.

Colt----

Colt smiled at Aurora and kissed her hand smiling. When they finally got their plates he stood up bringing her with him. "You know, I don't think I'm gonna let you go." He smiled kissing her softly then pulling her close to his side. "Ever" He whispered softly against her ear.

Aurora:

I shivered and sighed. I frowned slightly. "Never say never." I said in a whisper. I had been hurt too many times before to just let myself believe that. I groaned inwardly, feeling my stomach tighten in regards to my thoughts. I knew I loved him. I felt sick at the thought of him leaving. I tried to smile, but it didn't really work.

Colt----

"I never say never unless I mean it." He smiled reassuringly. He tapped the front of her nose. "Now, let's eat before we're not hungry."


*Tears*

Aurora:

I blushed, then helped when I felt someone pinch me from behind. I looked up at Colt. "You-You...you didn't do that, did you?" I asked. I really hoped he didn't. Then I heard a whistle behind me. I growled and really wished I had my fencing sword. "Jerks!" I growled as they continued making comments.

Colt:

Colt growled low. "No, I didn't do anything." He looked past her and glared at the guys that were talking. "Wait here." he walked over to them and crossed his arms.

"Pretty girl." One laughed.

"Ya, and you make one more comment, one more wistle, or dare get close to her I'll turn your face into pulp. Understand?" He demanded.

"Chill man."

"I am. Scat." He turned back around and smiled at Aurora. "Let's eat."

Aurora:

I smiled and nodded. I was starving! I had never been one of those girls who picked at there food, and then said they were full. I grabbed three slices of pizza, blushing slightly, and walked to a boothe in the back where the "jerks" weren't. I laughed nervously. "I tend to eat a lot."

Colt:

"Nothing wrong with that." He smiled, "I do too."


*tears*

Aurora:

I laughed. "Yes but for a guy, it's considered normal. for a girl, it's frowned upon in polite company." I smiled and took a bite, getting sauce all over my face. I blushed and wiped it off.

Colt:

Colt laughed, "In all truth, girls that don't eat a lot kinda freak me out. I mean what do they do, eat snacks all day?" HE smiled and her as she took another bite. He grabbed his napkin and wiped off the sauce from her face before she could get it.

Aurora:

I blushed under his hand. "Thanks." I said, as I felt shivers erupt all over my body. "Traitor." I growled in my mind. I smiled at him. "Thank you...for what you did for me back there...with the stupid guys. It was extremely sweet."

Colt:

"I don't care if it was sweet. They were being very rude." He winked at her. "Plus, gotta let them know your out of bounds."


*Tears*

Aurora:

I blushed. "Am I?" I asked, now picking at my food. it was stupid, but those butterflies were keeping me from eating! I sighed. I avoided his eyes as I waited for his answer.

Colt:

Colt looked at her. "Are you out of bounds?" He asked leaning against the table. "AUrora, I don't ask a girl out that I don't plain to call my girlfriend, when your someone's girlfriend your way out of bounds." He smiled. "Especially mine."

*tears*

Aurora:

I laughed. "Awh, get jealous easy?" I teased. I looked at him longingly. I was upset at the stupid table of being in the way. I sighed and contented myself with rubbing my thumb across his hand and gazing into his entrancing eyes. "I think I love you." I breathed.
