Jefferson parked his bike right under a Freeway and looked around. He turned into his other Form and crawled up to the bike and rested his head on the ground.
" Mom, where did dad go?"
" He went to a better place Hun...don't you worry about him."
" But Mom..."
" Don't you worry your little head over him. He always is gonna watch over you...no matter what."
Jefferson sighed at the memory. That was 5 years ago. a year later, she told him that he was werewolf.
" You mean that pain in my butt is a tail!?"
Jeffeson chuckled silently. He looked at the dark sky and wished for his father's guidance.
He was the old Wolf leader before he was killed in a shooting a few years after he was born.
" He never did tell me where babies come from." Jefferson whispered as he remembered something and felt lucky he wasn't groomed to be a mama's boy...Thank you for the genes!
Jefferson then felt someone watching him...
A person's heart is like a painting.
Because it's fragile, yet it bring's the greatest emotions to you.
I walked around the garden looking at the flowers in bloom when I sensed someone. I looked into the shadows to see the boy, Kaku. He had left the clan and was now in league with werewolves.
"What are you doing here Kaku? Trying to kill me?" I asked walking closer. I'd known Kaku since he was turned.
"Now why would I try to kill you Lucinda?" His voice was dark and threatening.
"Maybe because when you left you swore revenge." I said, closing the distance between us. I looked into his eyes. He wasn't thinking of killing me. Even though he'd be a hero among the werewolves.
"I will not kill you Lucinda." He said looking strait at me.
"Is that so?" I asked turning away. "Kaku, you could come back you know. Nobody will blame you."
"How can I trust you?' He asked, looking away.
I thought about it a minute and pulled his face to mine. "You can't," I whispered letting his face go and walked away.
Some say laughing is the best medicine but what do you do when you can't laugh anymore?
Multiple personalities are just good social skills.
I pulled on some tight blue jeans and a see through white tank top. I walked out of the room, I was having a hard time breathing, Tobi must feel it too. My hair was actually straight and almost as long as my elbow, but shorter. I walked into every room in the house, things were different. I walked into Jared's room.... well it was his room. I leaned against the doorframe and looked down.
"It's all my fault." I said in my head.
"No, it's not." Tobi said back.
I jumped, I hadn't known I was talking in my head that loud I didn't want him to hear. I looked through his things, I knew it wasn't right but I did anyways. I looked through his top shelf. I saw a stack of pictures, I pulled them out and stood against the wall looking at them. One picture had Jared, Me, Amber, Maria and Tobi. We were all so happy. I fell against the wall and sank down, I couldn't tear my eyes away.
I kept looking, why had I come back. It was a huge mistake and I had to leave... I was no longer part of this clan. They didn't need me.
We're meant to be one
I know we are...
If I am the Sky
Then you are my star... ™
"But I can't stay." I whispered, "I'ts too dangerous I won't risk you... you and Maria are everything to me.. closest thing to me... I've gotta go." I whispered, I knew that he heard the hurt in my voice.
We're meant to be one
I know we are...
If I am the Sky
Then you are my star... ™
He grabbed her arm. Stopping her from leaving. "This clan we're apart of is stronger than ever. It's numbers are seemingly endless. The were-cats are small in numbers and are foolish to even think of attacking." Tobi told her.
Jessica shook her head." They'll find away. They'll get to you two and hurt me. They'll hurt Maria they'll hurt....." She looked away.
"What? They'll hurt what?" Tobi asked.
A small tear dripped down her cheek. "They'll hurt Tobi."
He released her arm. Tobi was shocked. He couldn't say anything. Tobi knew along of what Jessica felt for him. But right now he didn't know what he felt.
