Bella

I knew Alice was lying, but didn't nkow how to get her to tell me the truth.

I supposed the bset thing to do was wait until she said it of her own accord.

Ronan

I was debating whether to actually go to the RC, or skip out and wander the halls, when I ran into Random.

"Hey," I said conversationally. He was going the same way I was.

"Hey," he replied.

"You're Random, right?"

Random

"Yeah, my parents are a bit nuts. Where're ya headin?"

"RC."

"ME too."


Alice

I didn't really talk much during second hour, I just focused on my work.

Ronan -

"Say, you've been hanging out with Bella a lot," I commented, walking along with him.

Bella -

I was bored out of my mind for a change, and wanted the lunch bell to ring.

Random

"Yeah I suppose so. Why?"

He shrugged, "no reason."

I was a little worried.


Alice

When the lunch bell rang I didn't move from my seat, I just kept on with my photoshop picture. I wasn't obsessed with Pride and Prejudice or anything like that.

Bella--

"You're sure you don't mind if I go?"

"Yeah, go ahead," Alice assured me, smiling and shooing me. I nodded, making my way toward my locker.

Ronan--

I had no trouble talking to Random (guys could always talk to each other like that), and togther we walked toward Bella's locker, where everyone seemd to meet for lunch.

**Is I finding something in my locker today?**

Random

Only one more person came over at the moment, Travis. And thankfully he was being interrogated by Ronan about Alice. Taking the oppertunity I shoved the small painting of the rose in Bella's locker.

I wasn't good with words, but I was good with acting. She would believe that I didn't do it.


Alice

If I just keep this up I can distract myself.

She looked at the clock and determined it was time to go get the pass from the sub, who was always early.

Bella--

I met the others at my locker, giving everyone, even Random, a 'hello' hug.

As I opened my locker, a piece of paper fluttered to the ground.

"hmm..." I murmured, picking it up. It was a small painting of a rose. "This is amazing," I muttered. "Even better than the one from yesterday!" I squealed with delight.

"Do you guys know where this came from?" I asked after a moment. They all shook their heads, although Random looked strange.

...I'd have to ask him more on the ride home, which had become routine.

Ronan --

"Where the hell is Alice?!" I snapped, looking at Bella. I wasn't even slightly interested in the paper that had fallen from her locker.

"She's in the computer lab, but Ronan," Bella stopped me, grabbing my shoulder firmly. "I think you should leave her alone."

"Why?"

"She seems pretty depressed."

Alice

I exited the computer lab and checked to make sure I could slip by on my way through the intersection. I was safeish. So I ran.

Once on the other side I walked a little calmer.


Random

"What do you think's eating her?" I asked, I always saw her as a happy person, hearing about her depressed scared me a tad. And I didn't even know her.

Bella --

"I dunno," I sighed, slamming my head backwards into my locker, which I had been leaning against. Random reached out and put his hand in between my head and the locker.

"Self injury solves nothing," he said. I growled and hit my head against his hand. "Ow!"

"Sorry," I sighed. He moved, as if he were about to put his arm around me ,but thought better of it.


Ronan --

"She said earlier thta she was having doubts," I said, hoping Bella had some idea whta she meant. "About us."

"...dammit," Bella responded by slamming her head into the locker again.

Ok, im not quite sure what happened, but somewhere, i got lost, and im having immense trouble following the storyline. I dont know who is who anymore, so... ?

Random = fictional character made by Alice to pair with Bella
Ronan = fictional character made by Bella to pair with Alice

Everyone else is named as such in real life, although none of the events are real life events.

Alice

Time to go to band and get my pass.

I ran all the way there just to make sure I didn't get caught by one of my friends.

I returned to the computer lab, finding a computer which the teacher said would be unoccupied.


Random

This time I didn't chicken out, I put my arm around Bella and pulled her just away from the wall so she couldn't hit her head.

Bella --

I leaned against Random, the voice in the back of my mind noting how amazingly comfortable it felt. That thought was pushed even farhter back as Ronan continued.

"Why 'dammit'?!" he asked, obviously spazzing.

"Alice has...self-confidence issues?" I said, questioning the way I had chosen to word it. "Put simply, she's afraid."

"Okay...afraid of me?'

"Afraid of you both...together..." I struggled to word it properly.

Ronan --

I stared at Bella.

"That's absurd!" I exclaimed, refusing to believe it. "She loves me..." She did, didn't she?!?! Oh damn, there was the paranoia. "Well...I hope she does at least. I love her, so that must count for something!"

Random

I listened to the conversation unfold.

"I'm pretty sure she does," Bella went on with Ronan. "And that scares the crap out of her."

"But-" Ronan broke off looking pitiful.


Alice

I couldn't take it, I couldn't just sit there. When the bell rang and class got started a tad I printed out my project and started to wander the halls, my hands clenched around my safety pin like it was my life force or something.

Bella --

"It's hard to explain. Alice...I don't know. I'll talk to her, if you'd like?" I offered as we moved toward class.

"All right," Ronan agreed, walking off to band class.

Random still has his arm around my shoulders, which pleased me...but he wasn't supposed to know that. Either way, my hate for him had faded that much, and when I looked up at him, I smiled warmly.

"I have a substitute, I think i'ma skip out of English," I said, grinning.

"Why?"

"Because Alice is skipping out of band."

"How do you know?"

"Psychic bonds." Random raised an eyebrow at me. I nodded to show emphasis. "Wiat here?" I asked, not waiting for a reply. I ran in, talked to the substitute, and ran back out. "I'm clear. What class do you have now?"

Ronan --

I got to band class, feeling quite awkward when Alice didn't show up.

We had a substitute though, so I had a plan of sorts.

"Hey, may I go to the...urm...library?" I asked, thinking of a random place. Of course, the library was closed during third period, but I got credit for trying.

"Sure, go ahead," the substitute agreed. I nodded and went off to wander the hallways. I noticed Bella and Random walking quite slowly toward whatever class he had.

It was ironic, all four of us wandering hte halls at once.

I wondered if he would skip out of his hour too.

"Alice!" I noticed her walking toward the court yard.
