Time

What if there were people who could manipulate the Time around them: freeze Time, slow it down, fastforward it, rewind it. What if that person was you? Time Manipulators once a rare occurence started appearing more and more. Is it a natural phenomenon or is it a disease spreading around? The goverment is worried and send the few Manipulators they control to capture them. Now the few free Manipulators are on the run. It's a chase through time as the free Manipulators try to find a haven.

Ok, I think I explained a Manipulators abilities enough, but I want to add one more thing to make it complicated. The Manipulator can only travel as far back as he was born and when he travels forward he will age as well. I'll make a character bio sample and you can follow that one.

I'll join all right, But I'm was a bit let down when you said that we were only going to travel back to when were born...that doesn't really make it fun. Why can't it be when they travel back in time before they were born...can it be that they can only observe? invisible ghost's per say.
And the Fast foward thing is cool. I love the idea of Time travel, and I just want to freeze time to finally ROB a bank! HAHAHAHAHAHA! * clear's throat* Sorry.

Personal History: He was found to be extremely dangorus at a young age. He was picked up by the goverment at the age of 8 and was trained by the head agency of hunting Time controllers. But on septmember 10, 2001. Wanting to find out what happened on his birthday, Jumped forward a day and found out about the planes, terroists, and Al Queda.
He reported it but he received a strict scolding on using his time mending and said to the shocked boy that they will take care of it....But it wasn't taken care of.

Later he went rouge and whereabouts unkown...except for the fact that he has robbed banks and often stole important documents relatng to the date of his birthday.
