"And now...that we have her dog, I guess we'll take our leave." Naomi smiled nervously at the man who looked like he didn't buy it, even for a second. Naomi tightened her grip on her skateboard, ready to run at any moment.
The man didn't look like he believed it, like he's heard the story a million times before. "At least it's slightly believable because one of us has a dog," Coraline thought.
"Yes," the man said, "I think it's a good idea if you all came out." Coraline's heart started to pump faster and faster, making her jittery from all the adrenalin. Tera started walking, pulling Jay along with her. Samantha and the others followed silently. "I told you so..." a voice said in Coraline's head, but she ignored it. She'd have her parents for scolding her, she didn't need her conscience to do that for her.
*didn't know what to say...*
I realized that I said I'd be gone for only two weeks...but I was gone for much longer.I hope to stay on this time.
The murderer walked through the road when he saw his handiwork.
He smiled. He is good at burning things.
" Come on lady's, Your going down to the station."
Three girl's and a dog came out with a police officer tailing behind them.
THe murderer sighed. He walked up to the police officer.
" what do you want?" He said gruffly.
" Your arresting teenagers now because of going in a burn out barn? That's weird. People get arrested for the strangest things's." He shook his head.
" This is a crime scene. Not a burnout barn."
The murderer wasn't surpised." I guess prankster's are getting too cruel, But these girls were just being dectectives of it. Why are you stopping their future dream?"
The girl's chuckled. The police officer turned to them. they stopped.
" This isn't a prankster. Two bodys and a gas can. Look's like a murder to me sir."
Shit. Henry frowned," That's terrible. Who would have done such a thing?"
" The same guy who killed that dectective this morning. Burned his car and everything."
They found it fast. Henry gulped and quickly looked at the police officer through his sunglasses.
" I think these girls don't need to go the police station."
" You are not the one..." Henry revealed his eyes to the police officer.
" I said, that these girls don't need to go anywhere."
"...Yes" The police officer gulped and then ran to his police car and began to speed away.
Henry quickly putted on his glasses and turned to the girls.
" What were you doing in there?"

The four girls stood there, unable to think of what to say. An uneasy feeling passed between the girls. Jay stood infront of Tara like he was protecting her.
"What were you doing in there?" the man repeated.
Tara's grip tightened on the leash, and as calmly as she could she said, "As my friend here had said, my dog ran into the barn and I had to get him back."
He didn't look like he believed them either. Samantha walked up beside Tara. "We should probably get going now."
Coraline, Naomi, Samantha, Tara, and her dog Jay slowly began to walk away from the man. He didn't do anything, just watch them leave with a bored expression on his face. Coraline was in the lead this time, no one was talking.
When the four girls were a few feet away from the man Tara tured around and shouted out, "Hey! Thanks for the save from the cop!"
The man was staring at the burt barn, his hands in his pockets. He turned around with a sly smile. "Any time,"

Switching on usual station he drove down the road swerving past an on coming truck, but remaining strangly calm. The foreground some houses, but mostly woods. The DJ over the hum of engine was talking about the latest murders, and expressing police concern about being with someone. His bike was his pride, plus it was only time people saw him something other than a slightly obsessive nerd.
The road was clear now as he headed deeper down, the hum of his engine only noise to be heard. He was beginning to panic, just when a Lorry drove past. It was early, bound not to be much traffic.
Finally he saw smoke rising. Pushing the gear he wove down the wind blowing his hair but luckily for a mirror not his face.
Slowly the barn came in to view, he saw people milling about, braking his bike nearby he approached the lady he's seen before on the news.

Barnaby looked at the barn and knew that people whould be coming to try to solve this case by themself...That is dangourous with a serial killer around here...especially one who likes to play with flames.
Barnaby then got a call from his lab. It was his assistant, Fern.
" What is it?" Barnaby said in the phone.
" The results from the FBI site came back..The person in the photo is a Diane Wellings."
" Anything speical about her?"
" Well, She got arrested for arson in 1967 for burning down a fire in Detroit. She was caught in the fire and her face was severly burned to the point that she never gone out in public without a Mask. And you know who arrested her and provided the evidence?"
" Who?"
" Police officer Willings."
" The same one?"
" The same one."
" keep looking at her file."
Barnaby shutted off the phone and looked at the barn again.
" So...Someone is getting revenge for this woman...Who? and how is those two people in the barn connected?"
Fern looked over the file again...And then it was suddenly deleted.
" What the...?"
The murderer looked around the library and then back at his computer. He deleted the file about Daine Wellings.

Samantha shrugged. "He got us out of going with the cop, let's just drop it."
The nervous feeling that had been with the four of them was beginning to disappear. Few cars were on the road, and now there wasn't much to do. No one wanted to go back to the barn with the strange man still there. Even Jay didn't seem to comfortable around him.
They all stopped off at a cafe to get something eat and get their minds on something else. Tara couldn't stand the silence. "Do any of you know somewhere that we can go?"

Blair decided she really didn't feel like going to school today. The downside of that was she wouldn't be allowed to go to her soccer game. She called herself in sick then grabbed her keys and wallet and drove to a little cafe she liked to hang out in. She had to park in back because it was right next to the antique shop she worked in and Mrs. Haggins would tell her aunt and uncle she was skipping if she saw Blair.
Blair looked around the cafe and spotted four girls with a dog who looked vaugly familiar. She got in line and ordered her usual. Warm apple spice cider, she wasn't much for coffee. She picked a seat by a window and waited for her drink to come.

Everything calmed down, and the whole incident at the barn was just a blurred memory. Tara swished around her cappicino as she looked around the town to see if she could spot anything. A girl just a couple of tables away was looking back at her.
Naomi turned around to see what Tara was looking at. "Hey Blair!"
Jay picked his head up, but quickly lay it back down. Samantha and Coraline turned around and waved too. Tara seemed to be the only one who hasn't met Blair yet. After all, she was still new to Harborville and still meeting everyone.

Hour eariler...
The cop looked over his shoulder and saw that he wasn't being followed.
He sighed and then heard a beeping sound. The cop looked at the prisoners seat and he screamed. The Car exploded in a thousand peices.

Blair waved back and gave a warm smile to the four girls, one she didn't really recognize. She wasn't sure if she was supposed to go over and talk to them or not. She decided that since their table only had four chairs that were currently occupied she would stay where she was.

The murderer looked at the photo of the woman in his Car and began to crie. Then the world began to grow dark.
The murderer looked around his surrounding's slowly and then realized where he was...
A little child ran past crying. The murderer grabbed the boy and pulled him to face the murderer." Why are you crying?" He said in a hushed tone.
The Boy kept crying as he said," Because...Because my Mommy is dead!"
the murderer letted go of the boy and he ran away. The murderer stared at the boy as he ran away." His mommy is dead...His mommy is dead." The murderer whimpered and then he began to say," My mommy is dead...My mommy is dead...my mommy is dead...."
The murderer woke up and then looked around to see no one. He looked down to see the photo of his next target. He was standing next to his father at the age of 10 and was observing the motorbike the father had.
" time to spill a little blood." The murderer growled and then pulled out a explosive device.

Finding nothing useful from news reporter. He looked around the burnt carcass. But it didn't enlighten him. Just growing tired of lack of anything, he lifted the tape.
All of sudden he felt a hand on his shoulder, spinning around he met eyes of a bald police man staring at him angerily. Pulling him up he said, "No citizen beyond this point."
Muttering cheap curses Adams walked off. Seeing CSIs and Detective milling about like headless chickens. Hopping on his bike he began the engine and drove off.
Once back in town he made a stop in Kev Cafe.

Naomi was about to wave Blair over and find a spare chair for her to sit in as a man walked in. He had short tidy brown hair and green eyes, Coraline noticed him as Adam.
*I know, I know. It sucks. At least you dont have to tell me that.*
I realized that I said I'd be gone for only two weeks...but I was gone for much longer.I hope to stay on this time.
Just as she finished her drink a motorcycle pulled up outside. A man parked it and got off. He wasn't bad looking, and his bike was really cool. He walked into the cafe with an indiferent expression on his face and ordered a drink. She caught herself staring at him just before he did. She stood, threw away her drink, and walked outside. She looked back inside to make sure his eyes hadn't followed her, which they hadn't. Then she walked over to his bike, just to look at it. Her father had had a motorcycle, but her mother thought it was too dangerous and never let her ride it. She used to beg for hours, just one ride daddy and why not mum. After her mother's death her father sold the motorcycle.
