I'm not sure why I'm submitting this but i had this dream last night and its so random. keep in mind i wrote this at three in the morning and don't judge too harshly.

As I ran down the hall I realized that the floor was a cloud. I bounced around a corner towards a class room and saw the sky surrounding me on all sides. I sank into the deep ocean when I walked into room 210 and a colorful fish swam by. I made my way towards the desk that lay on the top of a mountain. Winds whipped my face as I entered the dessert. I got to the desk. I woke up.

Was this really worth your time posting?
This would have been more suitable in a blog.
It's hardly displayed as a narrative and is rather pointless.

I found no point in reading it.

considering most of the stories on this site couldn't be classified as true "short fiction" anyway, i don't find anything wrong with the length here. you told us your dream, and i think it's a cool dream. go on and express yourself, point or no point.

Live to day as if your would die tomorrow.

You'd be astonished at the intimate stories, hidden struggles, and heartfelt dreams that people are willing to reveal if only they find someone who'll truly listen.
