*sorry I took so long, my internet was down*

Rai-

Rai rubbed her eyes tiredly watching the town near the forest's edge. It was the regional seat for this province, which meant the ruling lord lived there, even he himself held no real power. The testing was coming up, and it was her mission to get any kids found with power in this region away from Kraya.

The communication jewel (sort of like a cell-phone) on her bracelet began to glow, Rai lifted the stone to her ear so the message wouldn't carry. "Rai, don't be stupid. There's back up in the area. You don't have do this mission solo."

Sighing Rai rolled her eyes skyward. "And by the time back up gets here and we make a plan, those kids will be guarded like the royal vault. I'll be fine, nothing's going to happen."

"Right. Remind me when you get back to add that to your list of famous last words."

A wicked grin spread over Rai's face as she slipped down the tree and walked into town. Even though it was so hot out, the hood was pulled up over her head to hide her face. Nervously Kei kept her guard up and one hand on her sword, her eyes sweeping the busy streets for signs of trouble.

Gin sighed as he entered the small village. He knew Rai liked to work alone, but he was close and over heard the message. As he walked through town he didn't need to hide his appearance. A man caring a sword wasn't strange and no one knew he had powers outside the rebellion, yet.

As he walked through the town he spotted a hooded figure walking towards him. It pasted him and he turned. He sighed as she turned into an alley. He disappeared and reappeared in front of her, her sword drawn.

"You're not as insightful as I thought if you just walked right by me Rai."
I will always fight back, no matter what.

Rai-

"He snuck up on me. Damnit, I hate it when people do that." She glared at Gin. "Fine, you were a lot closer then I thought you were." Rai sheathed her sword and marched past him. Trying to keep some of her dignity intact. She turned back to him.

"Well are you coming?" She didn't stop to look and see if he followed. But stode towards the town inn. After they checked into their rooms they met down in the common room talking in low voices.

"Alright Gin, heres how it breaks down. The Testing starts tomorrow at dawn and goes untill sunset. Once it's over, we'll know which kids to save and which to leave alone. After that the Krayan's soldiers will stay in town for two days, to resupply and stuff. So we've got tomorrow to prepare, and two days to get those kids out."

Gin sat by the fire and listened. Once she was gone he started to think, "Information?"

"What is it Gin?"

"The Lords are told of false power, but they must be briefed some how. Tomorrow I'll pay a visit I think."

"You're not really that type of guy."

"You'd be surprised, besides if anything goes wrong I'll use my flash step."

Rai turned her head, "Fine, do what you want."

Gin sighed, "Do you have to sound so cold?"

Genevieve-

Genevieve leaned against the wall of one of the buildings in the town, staring into a bucket of water. She traced a circle in the air just above the water. The water began to swirl around in the circle, too. A small grin spread across her face.

"What are doing?" asked a woman that came up her.

Genevieve shot up and looked at the woman. "Oh um... nothing, nothing."

The looked at Genevieve suspiciously, but soon left and when on her way. Genevieve sighed, opening the door to the inn and walked to the front desk to take her evening shift.

"Please bring these linens to room 13." said the woman at the front desk.

Genevieve took the linens and began to walk up the stairs. She took a right turn at the top of the stairs, knocking on the door that had the number 13 carved into it. "Hello? I've brought some linens!"

An elderly man opened the door and kindly took the linens. He said a quick thank-you before automatically shutting the door again.

Genevieve began to walk down the hall, but stopped in her tracks when she heard someone speaking.

"Information?"

"What is it Gin?"

"The Lords are told of false power, but they must be briefed some how. Tomorrow I'll pay a visit I think." Genevieve pressed her head against the wall.

"You're not really that type of guy."

"You'd be surprised, besides if anything goes wrong I'll use my flash step."

Genevieve gasped as she began to realize that they weren't just normal people. But were they part of the Kraya? She put her head against the wall again.

"Fine, do what you want."

Genevieve heard a sigh, "Do you have to sound so cold?"

Rai-

"This guy was way too smart for his own good. All he had to do was dig a little and he'd find out my past as well." The thought struck Rai as she watched him, then she shrugged it off, smirking. "Yes actually. It's more fun keeping people off balance."

"And if people hate me. Kraya won't hunt them."

Tristan-

I stepped into the room, looking around cautiously. Trust was becoming a hard thing to come by these days.

A soft, barely audible thump caught my attention, coming from a vase near the side of the room. I smiled slightly and waved my hand. Instantly, the image of another me sprung up from the ground as I went to stand in a shadowy corner.

"Come out, fairy." the illusion called. It had taken me years to completely master the art, but it was well worth the results. "I know where you're hiding."

Sena-

"Come out, fairy." A male's voice called, "I know where you're hiding." Sena growled inwardly and yanked at her wing, a rush of pain ran through it and she choked back a scream.

"Then help me unstick my wing." She hissed, she couln't reach the wing sense her wings were longer then she was tall in any size she was. She jumped up trying to grab it and unstick it but only managed to hit the ground hard again. She growled inwardly and tried to move teh wing, but it was wedged to tightly to move.

Tristan-

I made the illusion move forward at the sound of the small voice. It peered into the vase and smiled.

"Are you stuck?"

"Wouldn't you like to know..." the smaller voice sounded again, echoing in the vase.

The illusion of me reached into the vase and unstuck the fairy. Another small thump and she appeared on the top of the rim glaring at me (or, the illusion of me) fiercely. I (the real me) smiled.

"Better?" the illusion asked.

~Aedomir~

For years, Aedomir would wander around, searching but never finding. He would ride and travel, wishing and end to these dark days. He had exiled himself really. What was the point anymore. Was ther eone? Would he be condemed to walk a silent road forever?

Then, out of the corner of his, he saw something flicker past the forest's edge. Taking the reins, he galloped down the hillside towards the dense woodland.

Sena-

"Yes," She replied jumping off the vase and onto the desk. She pulled her wing towards her and looked it over, it was fine, though flying might hurt a little for a while. She decided to test it out by jumping up into the air and flapping them holding her up. It didn't hurt like she thought it would. She landed with a triumphant smile and walked towards the edge of the desk climbing up to the top part so she could sit eyelevel to the guy. She would be able to hide quickly if the Lord came back too. "So why are you here, he never lets anyone near me unless he is around?" She demanded massaging her wing.

Tristan-

The illusion shrugged. "I was told to come here. As for 'he' who is the Lord, i assume, he is at dinner by now."

She eyed the illusion suspiciously, pursing her lips. It maintained a innocent, truthful look.

"So why aren't you at the dinner, then?" she asked finally.

"I don't do well in crowds. And i wasn't hungry."
